12 12: first mission

A couple weeks had passed since Alex had last been knocked out. The training intensified but his Aunt seemed to be gentler even going as far as to actually guide him.

He was currently walking the busy streets of Hoosier city. He quickly fixed his hat to cover his face before ducking into the crowd of people.

He was being followed and he knew it. He kept his cool using his peripheral vision to spot the men following him. He stayed with the crowd doing his best to stay hidden.

They were getting closer and the crowd was no longer helping hide his location. Alex only had one other choice, he ran down an alley.

His pursuers followed Alex ran as fast as he could. Luck didn't seem to be on his side as he soon ran into a dead end. His only option was to climb the fence. He quickly threw his bag over the fence. He took his first step before he heard.

"Stop, Stop, put your hands up or we'll shot." Three men dressed in similar outfits to Alex appeared with guns in their hands Alex was cornered.

He turned around not before touching the fence with a little bit of electricity. He slowly raised his hands with a smile on his face.

Agent one raised his hand putting it to his ear. " ma'am we've got him, we're bringing him in." Alex smile only got larger when he heard that.

"Why are smiling prick you lose." the talkative agent known as agent three yelled still pointing his gun at Alex.

Agent 2 kept his gun trained on Alex they had all read the reports and even though their target was a kid he would never underestimate him.

Alex frowned as he looked at Agent three. Alex pointed his finger, he no longer had to search for his power it did as he wished. electricity shot through the air shocking all three agents making them drop their guns.

Alex didn't wait for the to recover as he dashed towards the agent who was talking into his ear piece. He slid towards agent one effectively sweeping his leg he than raised his elbow lowering it swiftly on his forehead knocking him unconscious. Agent two raised his foot trying to stomp Alex's head making Alex roll to the side.

Alex quickly stood up charging his fist with electricity. He quickly struck Agent two in the chest sending him flying towards the wall on the right. His body crashed into the wall leaving him out if breath.

Agent three realising he was the only one still standing reached towards his back pocket pulling out a knife.

Alex sighed seeing that this reminded him of almost every movie he had ever seen. Agent three charged at Alex knife in hand confident in his ability to stab and slash.

Alex waited till he was close before he stepped into his guard grabbing his forearm with his right hand while simultaneously bring his left hand up to his chest. like a teaser Alex's hand literally shocked agent three.

Alex's watched as Agent three's body hit the ground he was still conscious. "Dick" Alex kicked him in the face knocking him unconscious.

Alex walked over to where the Agents dropped their gun. He picked them up only knowing that they were pistols he threw them over the fence like he had done with his back pack.

Alex quickly grabbed the fence he used his electricity as a magnet keeping himself connected to the fence. He stood atop the fence with His back to the agents he turned to the conscious Agent smiling before giving him a quick salute. He jumped quickly landing and grabbing His back pack. He grabbed the agents guns and quickly walked away.

Alex dumped the guns in a trash can beefier leaving the alley. He was running out of time it would be dark soon.

His mission was simple break into one of Dr.Hansons labs install a flash drive into one of the computers. So someone could have a back door into their systems.

He was going this alone with no team behind him. His Aunt thought he was ready and considering the new ways he could use his powers he agreed.

Sure his powers weren't OP but in the right circumstances he could be a force of his own. The building wasn't hard to find it was one of the key pieces of information he was given before hand.

It was surrounded by eletric fences and for most people that would be a problem but not Alex. He quickly hopped the fence completely ignoring the eletrcity it gave off. Next was the hard part, he couldn't just walk in and take the elevator to the top floor.

It was time to use one of the recently discovered quirks his power had. He had been doing one of the only things he could do to find ways to use his powers reading comics.

His powers revolved around electricity and he remembered another hero who didn't have electric powers but used it quite often, Spider-Man stuck to walls in the first three movies his hands had long hairs coming out of his fingers but in the comics, the ability works by electrostatic force which allows him to climb walls. It can adhere him to any surface and as long as the material of his costume is not too thick, he will be able to climb/stick to any surface.

It took Alex a few days to learn this ability, sure he could understand how it worked but knowing and doing are two completely different things. He had quite a few nasty falls he had the power to stick to walls but he didn't have Spider-Mans spider like agility. The healing ointment came in handy those few days.

Before he could climb though he had to take care of one minor problem. The place was literally surrounded by cameras he would easily be spotted.
