Twain threw an extremely thorny problem to Eastwood—acting as a psychological counselor to George Wood. 

Eastwood seriously thought back on it, and he found that Wood almost never had such an experience. Sometimes, it made people wonder if his heart was really oaken and as hard and stubborn as iron.
