339 It's not Seeking Revenge, it's a Good Deed!

While Naruto and Sasuke were fighting, Obito watched the fight from a distance with his Sharingan. He knew that Naruto had an extensive sensing range, so he stayed as far away from him as possible without losing the ability to intervene in the fight.

Obito hoped that Sasuke could force Naruto to use his full strength, but that clearly wouldn't work out.

'*Sigh* Things are getting worse by the day. If I had known that they would be this absurd, I would have killed them straight after their birth and immediately collected the Kyuubi instead of having it destroy Konoha.'

'Oh well, this might be an excellent chance to capture him. I only need to suck him into my dimension and then see where I go from there. So far, I haven't heard whether he can use the Flying Thunder God Seal or not, but I'm somewhat confident that he can. Let's tread this as a test on whether someone can get out of my dimension like that or not. There might be a chance that he can ignore my Kamui like his sister, so I need to tread carefully.'

Moments later, Naruto's Bijuudama exploded, causing a severe expression to appear on Obito's masked face.

'What monstrous power. Truly worthy of the name of strongest Bijuu. Oh well, time to intervene. Considering Naruto's absurd senses, there is no chance a sneak attack will work, so I might as well appear directly in front of him. Obito was engulfed by a spiral pattern that seemed to ripple through space, and the next moment he stood next to the shell-shocked Sasuke.

And then, Tobi was engulfed by obscene amounts of killing intent, causing even him to flinch. Although he had faced the Kyuubi before and felt his killing intent, he only felt it passively radiating out of the giant fox, but now it was directly pointed at him.

Before he could adequately regain his wits, Naruto, wearing an eight-tailed chakra cloak, appeared in front of him, eyes ferociously gleaming like a predator looking at its prey.

Despite being stunned by the sudden attack, Obito still managed to activate his Kamui in time, resulting in Naruto's attack harmlessly passing through him.

Naruto landed on all fours and snarled at Obito like a wild beast.

"Oh? Have you lost your mind? How scary."

Seemingly angered by Obito's teasing words, Naruto recklessly charged at him again, just to harmlessly pass through Obito's body.

Meanwhile, Sasuke shook in fear when he saw Naruto's current state. He actually could not see Naruto move due to his insane speed, which shocked him even more than the Bijuudama Naruto shot not even a minute ago. After all, He had a fully matured Sharingan, yet he couldn't even see Naruto move. That meant that if Naruto took him even slightly seriously, Sasuke would die instantly, killed before he could even understand what was going on.

'I need to run. There is no way for me to win, and since the orange weirdo's technique that allows things to pass through him seems to work on the current Naruto, he will serve as a good distraction for my escape. Guess our alliance was relatively short-lived, but who cares. As for Jugo and Suigetso, they should be fine. I will just meet up with them later on.'

On the other hand, Obito was rather happy about the current situation. Naruto seemed to have lost himself to the rage, which means that Yuna very likely told him about who killed his parents and wants to avenge them now. This was precisely what Obito wanted to happen because if Naruto kept getting angrier, the Kyuubi should be able to break free from Naruto, which would allow Obito to control him with his Sharingan.

Naruto was about to lunge at Obito again when his movements stopped abruptly. Instead of attacking again, he raised his head and looked at Obito with a ferocious grin.

"Hehe, thanks for being an overconfident idiot, Obito."

Obito drew a blank when he heard Naruto's words, but before he could understand what was going on, Naruto clapped his hands together and gathered massive amounts of chakra.

"[Uzumaki Sealing Style: Space Confinement]"

A total of ten chakra pillars rose around a hundred meters around Naruto and Obito's current position and arched towards them. They met around 100 meters above Obito's head, and not even a second later, the whole area was covered by a massive dome with thousands of seals drawn all over it.

Yet again, Naruto shot towards Obito at insane speed, and yet again Obito activated his Kamui to let Naruto pass through him, but this time, the outcome was a little different.

*BOOM*

Naruto's fist punched right into Obito's masked face, sending him flying like a meteor, causing him to smash into the surrounding barrier.

Moments later, Obito smacked onto the ground. After dazedly looking around for a moment, he noticed another Naruto sitting outside of the barrier with his hands on the ground and in deep concentration. Additionally, a line of complex seals connected him to another two Narutos seated in a similar position a short distance away from the first one. Undoubtedly, Naruto's clones were stationed around the barrier and supported its existence.

Only now did Obito realize that Naruto's seemingly mindless attacks were just a distraction, so he could set up this barrier, which apparently could prevent him from using his Kamui.

Meanwhile, Naruto chuckled in amusement and reduced the number of tales to seven.

'Few, I will definitely have a muscle ache tomorrow; eight tails are no joke.'

[You are seriously crazy. You do realize that I could have easily taken over your body, right?]

Naruto could only chuckle in amusement when he heard Kurama's words.

'Hehe, but you didn't, did you. I trust my friends, you know.'

Kurama couldn't help but feel a little warm when he heard Naruto's words, and he was just about to dismiss Naruto's statement with a derisive comment when Naruto continued talking.

'Besides, if you really tried that, I'm sure nee-san would do something, somehow.'

Kurama couldn't help but shudder a little when he heard Naruto's words. Trying to take over Naruto's body would certainly summon Yuna, which he would rather not have to deal with.

Naruto, seemingly not noticing Kurama's state of mind, smacked his fist into his palm with an excited expression.

'Hehe, time to beat the shit out of someone. I can't wait. Additionally, a few of my clones are already preparing something extra special for Obito, so this will be a lot of fun~'

[The abomination your clones are currently creating aside, I'm honestly surprised that you would seek revenge.]

'Nonono, Kurama, I'm not seeking revenge at all. Obito is officially declared dead, so wouldn't it be a lot of paperwork for our beloved Hokage if he were to turn out alive? If I could kill him today, I would save Tsunade a lot of paperwork, and I would even allow Obito to stay a hero who died during the war. So, killing him is 100 percent a good deed and has nothing to do with revenge.'

Naruto's face twisted into a ferocious grin before he answered Kurama.

'Hehe, I do.'
