Spirit Master: Intermediate Warrior Apprentice

"Ugh!"

"I can't sense anything around me.

What happened?

I can't even open my eyes. It feels like I'm floating in the vastness of space."

Luke's mind was filled with many questions as he tried to understand what was happening around him and the words he just said.

But since he didn't feel any physical sensations, all he could do was enjoy the feeling of floating and wait for whatever happened next.

Being in this form wasn't bad.

Luke started to relax and let go of all his worries as he embraced the tranquility surrounding him.

Maybe this was a new experience or just a weird dream that he would wake up from soon.

Anyway, he chose to embrace it and see where it would take him.

*****

In Luke's mind----

A huge, mysterious power continuously surged from Luke's mind and instantly merged with every spot in his body.

Under the baptism of this mysterious power, Luke's bones, organs, blood, muscles, and skin were undergoing drastic changes.

Even every cell was changing rapidly.

This rate of change was hundreds to thousands of times faster compared to when Luke became a Warrior.

In theory, such a drastic change should tear apart anyone's body.

However, as the mysterious power merged, Luke's insides were completely unharmed.

****

Outside, Luke's body was also going through changes.

A vortex made of Cosmic Energy started to swirl around Luke's body.

|Wosshhh~~|

The energy started swirling around Luke's body, gradually growing in intensity.

It shimmered and cracked, weaving intricate patterns in the air as it coalesced into a colorless cocoon.

The cocoon pulsated with energy, emanating a warm glow that bathed the surroundings.

Luke stood at the center, his eyes closed, completely enveloped by the ethereal construct.

As the cocoon took shape, the raw power coursing through it resonated with the world.

It was as if the very fabric of the universe acknowledged Luke's presence, responding to his connection with the Cosmic Energy.

Within the cocoon, Luke's consciousness expanded beyond the limits of his physical form.

As time passed, the cocoon gradually transformed.

Its surface grew smoother, its colorless color intensified, and intricate patterns of light formed, reminiscent of ancient runes.

The energy cocoon acted as a vessel, channeling and refining the raw energy into a more focused and potent form.

A sudden rush of energy coursed through Luke's body, and his eyes opened wide, shining with a powerful shade of blue-like color.

He emerged from the cocoon, totally transformed.

His well-defined body was now smooth, radiating an otherworldly glow.

His skin became translucent, revealing a set of pulsating veins that seemed to carry a lot of energy.

Luke's height of 175 cm was now 180cm, his muscle mass had increased, and his posture had become more upright and confident.

As the air around him seemed to crackle with an otherworldly energy, the environment echoed with a soft hum.

Nature itself appeared to recognize the transformation that had occurred, as if paying homage to Luke's awakening.

***

An hour later, Luke's eyes snapped open, revealing a vibrant shade of blue that seemed to hold the secrets of the universe.

His newfound strength and energy surged through his veins, filling him with a sense of purpose and determination.

"What happened?" Luke whispered, his voice filled with both wonder and confusion.

|Ding!|

[Host has unlocked Spirit Power]

[Spirit Master is added to your status panel]

"Spirit Power? What that?" Luke asked, his curiosity piqued.

He could feel an invisible force emanating from within him, intertwining with his every breath.

He could feel that he could use that power without any problem, as if it were his own all along.

"System, open the status menu," Luke commanded.

[Yes, host], a robotic voice, responded in Luke's head.

"Spirit Master? Another thing to add to my status," Luke thought as he read over his status.

It's also said that he was at the intermediate Warrior Apprentice Stage.

Luke didn't know what a Spirit Master was. He searched inside his memories, but nothing came up.

"Even if I don't know what it means, I feel that I can use this new power to my advantage," Luke thought with a determined look in his eyes.

Just as Luke was about to test out his newfound power, a knock suddenly came from the door. Startled, Luke quickly closed the status screen and went to answer it.

"Luke, your time is up," Coach Johnson called out, standing on the other side of the door with a stern expression.

Luke's heart sank as he realized that his training session was over.

"Four hours had already passed!" Luke couldn't believe how quickly time had flown by.

"Yes, I'm coming out now," Luke replied, disappointment evident in his voice.

He reluctantly stepped away from the door; he still wanted to test his new power.

"Well, I can just test in another place," Luke thought to himself.

"What happened was the first time you didn't pay attention to the time," Coach Johnson remarked, his tone slightly amused.

Luke shrugged, feeling a mix of frustration and determination.

"I just got an enlightenment and didn't notice the time," Luke said, trying to sound nonchalant.

"But I'll make sure to be more mindful next time."

"Hahaha, good luck with that," Coach Johnson chuckled, patting Luke on the back.

After that, Luke left the boxing gym, his mind racing with thoughts of how he could use his new power.

Coach Johnson gazed at the back of Luke as he disappeared through the gym doors.

He couldn't help but feel that the kid had changed since he exited that room.

"Maybe it's just my imagination." Coach Johnson shrugged, shaking off the thought.

What could have happened in these four hours that would cause such a transformation in Luke?
