1 A special boy

One night a very special boy was born not far from a certain pro hero school during birth his mother passed away due to an 'unfortunate' accident and was to live alone with his father which after the passing of his wife became an alcoholic and blamed him though still being a baby he was unaware as he turned 1 he could already walk and run which his father found him to be a freak for when he turned 2 he learnt how to say a word the first word he uttered was "Worthless" due to it being the word he heard the most when he turned 3 he was spending his time looking at magazines and books he found around the house and was able to read by the time he was 4 and then he started kindergarten later in the year almost everyone awoke their quirk except him and 5 others while 2 of them were quirkless he hadn't had a quirk check due to his father always having a hangover or being drunk at home

at the end of the year, the 3 that hadn't awoken have and he was left behind with the other 2 quirkless children but on the second last day of school it happened he was walking to the school when he seemingly teleported a few feet forward he tried again only to shoot forward and trip since he was rather smart for his age he knew it wasn't teleportation it was speed

after reaching the school ground with a few short bursts of his quirk godspeed he walked to the school field now it was time to train while he didn't think about getting caught by teachers it wouldn't matter because they wouldn't be able to see him after now it was time to begin rather than trying to sprint to the end he tried a burst of speed he is currently travelling a few hundred metres slower than sound he used it a few times for his mind to just barely adjust to the speed

Now it was time to try running what he was doing was more akin to a lunge than a walk or a run so he lunged his way to one end and faced back the field was only about 1000 metres long (because people with speed quirks) he readies himself to run *BOOM* a sonic boom was triggered he went fast enough to dent the ground the sonic boom travelled out towards the school building shaking it and breaking all the glass in it, while it didn't even take him a second to reach the other end of the field he just travelled at nearly 10x the speed of sound at a whopping 3430 metres a second crossing the field in just about 0.2 seconds while everyone was panicking so was our character he didn't know how to stop but luckily his quirk lets him stop instantly without experience G-force or damaging of clothes though he didn't know that he tried and curl up into a ball but he slammed right into the metal chain link fence thankfully rather strechy wait no that was it breaking and he then flew into the school forest until he slammed into a tree right beside none other than the animal lover Koji Koda, Koda nearly wet him self due to the sonic boom and now the kid crashing into the fence barley even a second later. now our man the speedster has a broken back and some ribs Koda crawled over to Sokudo he then saw all the blood but what really took his attention was there were no wounds on his body he seemed perfectly fine (speed for the win) Koda was scared and worried and was on the verge of collapsing due to the amount of blood if it weren't for him being worried so against all odds he picked Sokudo up with his bare hands and started the journey back to the school where everyone had just started to calm down by the time he arrived.

he then walks into the school covered in dried blood and an unconscious Sokudo in his hands anyone one that saw them squealed or recoiled from the sight of all the blood while Koji was crying due to getting covered in blood and the potential death of Sokudo even though they have never talked he was nearing the nurses office but then a kid who believes people without quirks are useless walks into their path "drop that kid NOW he doesn't have a quirk he should Just DIE like any other quirkless trash" the kid starts to use his quirk it was called Recreation which lets the user make whoever they touch High to the point it would kill them but at least they get their greatest high ever he then reaches out to touch Sokudo Koji tries to do something but he can't there are no animals around but nothing happens Sokudo's heart doesn't stop beating which is unusually fast but no one pays that much attention but the kid had so much confidence in his quirk he didn't even check Koji ran as fast as he could to the nurses office which was only a few dozen metres away and nearly throws Sokudo onto the bed due to the higher risk of death Koji for one of the only times in his life yells
