To the general populace Rating Games are fun, breathtaking, blood boiling, to die for and other words you can use to say they enjoy it but to me, it's just not fun.
Sure there's your honor on the line and you're proving yourself to others by showing how strong you and your team are but I was never to be one that gives a shit about the opinions of other people that I don't know.
So excuse me for not caring about the Rias VS Sairaorg Rating Game, I honestly don't care...
The only importance of this game is visitors from Olympus and Hindu Factions. They're also signing the treaty.
I avoided Hindu Gods, there is a rumor about Indra being able to read minds and I rather no try my luck.
"Jacob look! Issei-san is unlocking his potential!" At Asia's nudge, I turned my eyes to the screen. We managed to satisfy his potential after letting it run in the town for a while.
Sairaorg who's wearing golden armor is being pushed back by the ghostly figures chanting Oppai while Issei is in the middle of a ritual circle.
Also, he is pressing on Rias's nipples on Live TV! I took out a special of alcohol I keep for these types of days and started drinking.
"My life was awesome until Issei unlocked his Sacred Gear."Looking over I see that he changed his Juggernaut Drive chant to something else to achieve Crimson Cardinal Promotion...
"Ahh, Rias-senpai is shooting laser from her nipples!" Great now we have Nipple Beams... And they won.
In the end, some of the members of Rias's peerage was selected for promotion tests to become mid-class devils.

"So, Ravel. May I ask why do you want to study in the same school alongside the people that used your brother's head as a soccer ball?" I ask Ravel who's giving shy looks towards Issei...
"Jesus Christ Jacob!" Azazel yelled causing pain to all the devils in the room.
"It's okay, my brother is better than ever now. Especially after Gremory team helped him get over his mental trauma." Well, Ravel is starting to study in Kuoh now...

"Jacob?" Ophis nudges my sleeve to get my attention.
"Yes, Ophis."
"I want to see Ddraig."
"Is it because of the last power-up he had?" Seeing her nod I sigh.
"I want to ask him about his growth." I can only call Azazel under that adorable look.
"Azazel, Ophis wants to meet Issei."
"I see, I see. I will arrange... Wait what!?" It took me about three hours to give an explanation
Then Azazel came to my house to talk with Ophis himself, I smartly opened an anime on the side because I can feel the boredom radiating out of her while answering Azazel.
In the end, Azazel left with an amused smile. He's going to talk with Sirzechs and the rest.
He wasn't going to but I kinda choke slammed him to the wall. I know him better than that.
He wanted to use this to get fired from his job.
"Azazel is boring*yawn*" And she's off like a light.
"It would have been better if you didn't fell asleep on my lap though." She didn't wake up even after I poked her cheeks.

Looking up I see Asia taking multiple photos.

Finally, Ophis got cleared to see Issei, they were visibly nervous to meet the Infinite Dragon God.
Then she sat on my lap, took out her bowl, and started eating pudding...
"Is she really Ophis?" Rias mutters under her breath.
"One and only." I answered
"Why is she like this?" Issei asks.
"Stronger the dragon simpler they become. Ophis just wants to have silence, Great Red just wants to roam around the Dimensional Gap in peace." Azazel explained.
"So she's childlike then what about Khaos Brigade?"
"Jacob here tricked her with pudding and he's not even evil. Think about a villain tricking her."
"That's sad." Azazel just shrugged.
"Anyway, Ophis I hear you wanted to see me. Why?" Eventually, Issei asks.
"Why did you change your color? Are you going to give up on domination?" Right...
After Ophis asked her questions I asked one myself.
"Issei can you real quick grab Rias's breast with your Boosted Gear."
"Right away!"
"Now think about how Oppai gives you power."
{Oppai Boost!} Ddraig announced before breaking into tears.

After the lights died down Issei's power was tripled but in return, Rias was reduced to A cups.
*Mass facepalming*
"Nooo!" Issei started wailing after seeing Rias's breasts getting smaller.

"So he temporarily powers up using Rias's Oppai but it diminishes her size temporarily... Also, it looks like it's only applicable to Rias." After some tests, Azazel got the results.
Issei also calmed down hearing he didn't kill the Oppai on accident.
"Maybe it's because Issei used her for the ritual to unlock his potential. He can probably use it on other ladies in his harem later." Oppai batteries...

"Anyway, Ophis what are you going to do now that you talked with Issei?"
"I decided to leave the Khaos Brigade, it's more fun to eat pudding and watch anime..." Looking up I see everyone looking at Ophis with wide eyes, Rias had stars in hers.
"Well, I was getting to that. Vali tipped me off about Hero Faction's revival and their plan for Ophis.
It appears Khaos Brigade also have Sephiroth Graal user with them. They're getting dangerous, we're looking into how to permanently re-kill people that have been revived." Azazel looks solemn like he cannot wait to quit his job from Grigori.
The information we received also dampened our mood, but the team's motivation to get stronger grew bigger.
It was decided that Ophis would live in Hyoudou's because of old farts in the devil council's meddling. I was fine with it either way.
"By the way, what's up with that bowl? It keeps filling back up"
"Jacob made it."At her answer, Azazel turned to me.
"It's a bowl infused with the concept of infinity, this way Ophis doesn't run out of pudding."

Sirzechs's peerage came to visit, they gifted a familiar to Issei for his upcoming promotion, a genuine Skíðblaðnir, a living ship. Issei named it Ryuuteimaru.
The promotion exams are coming, since it's guaranteed that kids will pass we decided to celebrate to both celebrate and also to draw the Hero Faction.
Kitty sisters came up with a way to seal the souls of the ones we kill to make sure they won't revive.
Since we have a way to kill them for sure there's no need to give our enemies time to amass power.
While kids are dealing with those I got summoned by Hades, as an authority when it comes to souls he offered his help and he was willing to lend an artifact to me.
Since kids are losing their biggest cannon(aka me) temporarily they're accompanied by Vali's team as reinforcements.
Hades is always bad news even after the treaty so I kept my guard up on the way to Cocytus and as I expected I got surrounded.
They're humans, but I have a feeling that Hades has a bone in this ambush.
So much for helping us...
"Hello withcer, we the hero faction wanted to pay your family back for what they did to us!" Wait, Hero Faction? I guess they want payback for what Mary did.
"Woah, please don't eat my brain(!)" The one with the spear gritted his teeth at my mocking tone but got held by another due with glasses.
"Your provocations are meaningless Withcer. From the moment you stepped your foot here, you were already dead!" Oh no, he didn't!
I wasn't able to retort because I found myself in an empty hall with a message on the wall.

"Cao Cao, was it a good idea to use that treasure you got from Indra's Treasury like this?" Georg asks while fixing his glasses, he seems pleased with his last line.
"Indra told me to be wary of him and not let him grow any longer. Indra can handle that thing that killed us." Reminded of their brutal death, Georg rubbed his neck with an uncomfortable expression.
"Thankfully Qilippoth Faction had the Sephiroth Graal. Otherwise, we'd be dead for real." Saying this Georg picked up the treasure from the place Jacob was standing a minute ago.
It's a clear sphere, inside of it is green plains with one home in the middle. It looks like a failed snow globe than a supreme treasure.
"Who would have thought Kali would create such a vicious prison." Georg shuddered thinking about being trapped forever and not even being able to die is really cruel.
"That's wrong Georg, Kali didn't create that to be used as a prison.
From what Indra said, she was trying to make a place for her lovers, so they won't die of old age.
While testing it, she discovered that she made a mistake, sure those got in got immortality inside the treasure but the time they spent inside would catch up to them upon leaving.
There's yet to be someone that survived getting out of that thing even if they just stayed for an hour(outside time) inside.
