13 Adventurers Guild
Min arrived above the adventurers Guild Building, and landed on the ground while looking around his surroundings. Then entered the building full with people both humans and beastkin alike.
Min remained calm and walked towards the counter and grabbed a chair and sat. The place was noisy.
"Everyone will you please shut up!" a loud magnanimous voice sounded in the building.
After everyone calmed down and no one could be heard. A big beastkin wolf-like face and big muscular body walked towards Min looking down on as if he were an ant and said.
"Who the f*ck are you to order us to shut up"
After he said that to min in an angering tone, Min stood up and drove his hand through the wolf man's chest.
-Krr!Khrr!
"Wh-whh-what..r.. Yo.." before he finished talking Min ripped the wolf man's heart out of his chest and the wolf man's body dropped to the ground with a hole in his chest.
Min took the still beating heart and took a bite to see if it would taste good. Then waved his hand and a barrier surrounded the building allowing no one to leave.
'Yummy taste like a sandwich but with more flavor on it' Min thought and smiled while eating the heart of the currently dead wolf man.
After finishing his meal, Min sat back on his wooden chair. No one made a sound after they saw what just happened, the wolf man was a powerful S rank warrior and he died like an ant in Min's hands.
"Ok i got an offer to make, but it's only available to humans. Would you like to become a part of a race that is immortal and has unlimited potential?"
After Min said that he added "I am a god and I recently created a new race would you like to die or be part of it?" while remaining calm.
After a few whispers a young cat-eared girl stepped out of the counter and asked while shivering in fear "wh-why only..hu..humans?"
"All races are allowed to become a vampire but if everyone turned, what would we do about food, a vampires main food source is blood. So I made it every race can turn except for beastkin, they are food" Min replied in a cold speech, then waved his hand and the young girl turned to ash.
The moment other beastkin heard what the man in front of them just said they all started running towards the exit but an invisible barrier stopped them.
"Well humans it's time for a revolution and joyous age to start" After Min said that he snapped his fingers and the bell rang.

A white fog appeared and enveloped every 91 humans in the building.
-Aaaaaaaaah!mommy...aaa..hel-ppp..ahhh..!
Screams can be heard from the building as white fog disappeared, everyone's stomach made gurgling sounds and their faces showed the hunger expression, as they marched towards the scared Beastkin and fed upon them in a barbaric manner.

After all the building quieted down, the newly made vampires stood in front of Min while making a happy smile, their clothes drenched in blood. Then a snap sounded and red light Bubbles enveloped every vampire changing their clothes to black suits and 1 Silver dot on it.

After that every vampire expression changed, then started talking to each other talking about what they have just received.
"Which of you is the strongest here?" Min Asked.
When everyone heard the question they didn't dare to lie and showed way to a young man.
"What's your name?" Min Asked the young man.
"Zen, Ranked S+ your Majesty" the young man answered while kneeling to Min.
"Zen i give you the surname Vampiric, you're named the leader of these adventurers" Min said then continued "The System access i gave you all will guide you through your journey, i want you all to leave the capital and turn every human village into vampire village in Terio Empire Territory."
"Understood your majesty" Zen Replied.

Then a dark blue oval portal appeared in front of Min and stepped inside and disappeared with the portal.

Teleported back to his castle, Min decided to explore his castle. Since he created it but he hasn't explored inside of it.
