Demon lords|||C16

"Hello, the name's Dagruel."

Seeing Dagruel's friendly demeanor Guy visibly relaxed, while Ray analyzed the situation.

'Dagruel showing up means that the second generation demon lords are following him soon, Luminous won't be a problem, she hasn't established her religion yet and if I'm right she wasn't able to get her ultimate skill [Lusftful King Asmodeus] until much later.

Then there's Dino the way bigger problem, his ultimate skill [Fallen King, Lucifel] is just way too op, it combines both a weaker form of Milim's [Wrathful King, Satanael] and a weaker version of Guy's skill [Prideful King Lucifer].

Dealing with him could end disastrous, so I should formulate some emergency plans, just in case he ever does something suspicious.'

Just as that line of thought ended, Guy walked over to the hulking giant of a man that is Dagruel.

"Show me your strength!" Without missing a beat Dagruel unleashes a devastating swing with his fist.

*BOOOM*

Destroying most of the furniture and catapulting Cynus and Ray outside the building suspended in endless space, all the others just used magic shields to defend themselves, Ramiris simply clings onto Ramiris.

*Sigh*

Ray cast blink magic immediatly, not wanting to be stuck in infinite space for longer than necessary with such mastery over the blink magic that even a monster like Guy wouldn't be replicate the skill from scratch.

Ray spent most of his time practicing his unique skills, summoning demons to learn new ways to use magic, working on R'yleh, or improving his efficiency with especially useful spells like <blink>, so his experience in using one of the simplest, yet strongest movement spells is to be expected.

Ray let himself be flung away because he was scared of the possibility that his magic shield would break, showing everybody how weak he actualöy was.

Anyways, A huge smile formed on Guy's face and he took the giant and teleported to the outside world, probably testing the new members' strength without destroying the banquet room.

Ray glances at the destroyed room, noticing how the blue and green primordial were slowly repairing the mess caused by the small exchange of blows, during which nobody was hurt, except the room.

He sighs once again and sits next to Milim and Ramirs, the former still enjoying tea snd cake, the latter having lost her will to live after that attack.

He uses another spell and another plate of biscuits appears in front of him, directly from one of the bakeries in R'lyeh.

"So what did you two do since the last time we met?"

"I met some bloodsuckers and then I wandered around the wasteland until I found that giant kingdom," Milim said, stuffing more and more sweet cake into her mouth, Ramiris remained silent.

'So the vampire kingdom is already established, and if I'm correct Veldora will be the one to destroy it 300 before cannon and get sealed in the cave of awakening due to the Chronoa, Hinata, Chloe hero.'

"Say, Ramiris can I come over and visit your Labyrinth after this?" Ramiris eyes get filled with life once more.

"Of course!"

A few hours passed until both Guy and Draguel appeared again, the giant having gotten some bruises but nothing life-threatening.

"So what do you call yourselves? If I understand this right then all of you should be on the same power level." Dagruel said, looking somewhat unnerved, he knew already how strong both Guy and Milim were, but both Ramiris and Ray seem, unbelievably weak, the fairy's aura was on the level of a low ranking monster while the human's magicule number was as high as that of an archdemon, maybe slightly stronger.

Guy just returned an annoyed smirk, he knew how weak Ramiris was, but as he looked at Ray some bad memories resurfaced, and to top it off he was denied every battle after his only defeat.

"Never thought about it, we just hang out drinking tea sometimes," Ray answered truthfully.

"Well, what have you all in common then?" Dagruel asked as something deep inside Ray screamed at him to flee.

"Well... Guy Milim and I the great Ramiris are demon lords soooo, how about the greatest super demon lords."

///_One !WHOLE MONTH! later_\\\

Ray thought to himself when he read the few paragraphs in Tensura about how long it took to decide on a name and how terrible it was, that it must have been nothing more than an overestimation but NO! He sat for three straight days on his ass and did nothing more than create names, it got to the point that he and Dagruel left multiple times already to look out for their people.

'Hell, how come Rimuru octogram idea was accepted so f*cking easily!'

Ray Dagruel Guy and Ramiris were the only ones who took this seriously, while Milim just ate more and more sugary substances those four agrued days and night.

Ray on multiple occasions tried to flee the scene, by making up excuses, like for example his city needed him because a dragon was attacking, but every time another member teleported right next to him and dragged him back, at this point, it was more torture than an actual tea party.

That was until.

"Hey how about we call ourselves the great demon lord council," Milim said from the back, her food clearly run out.

"YES!" Ray

"It's not as good as 'Banquet of great beings but it gets my pass" Dagruel

"I'm fine with that." Guy

"I guess it's barely ok" Ramirs

Ray was filled with pure and unhindered happiness, never in his life did he think something like deciding on a name could be this horrifying.

"Good, I'll be off then!" Ray said as he cast a long-range teleportation spell.

"What about visiting Me!?"

"Ah yes, I guess I should cool off somewhere else before returning home."

The reason Ray wanted to visit Ramiris was to summon one of those greater spirits or spirit kings whatever they were called again.

He didn't try summoning a spirit before because of Chronoa, the only being Ray knew of, with the Time element except him and Cynus of course.

He just didn't want to risk setting free that mess of a thing. She was the literal incarnation of the bad emotions caused by a time paradox, and her strength was on the same level as Milim and Guy, perhaps she was stronger, after all, she was never fully released from her two... body neighbors?

To explain she was trapped in a body with Cloe and Hinata, those two kept her in check, and together they were known as the hero Chronoa, not complicated at all.

And last month or so Ray received a report of exactly that hero saving people in the human kingdoms, meaning all is well and he can try to summon a spirit, that won't be filled with malice and will hopefully help him in some ways, either by being a free magicule Storage, or by acting just like a greater spirit of light, that lets a hero egg hatch, and cause his seed of an anomaly to grow.

"And this here is a Gravitation trap.

Ohh and look at that, those are to teleport invaders directly outside.

Just imagine what those spikes will do to a human."

Ramiris was showcasing her Labyrinth, and to be honest Ray feels almost sad for the former spirit queen, all of those spicy traps and cleverly designed corridors just going to the trash.

*Sigh*

"And over there is the core of the dwelling of spirits, the place where any being can try to summon a spirit." Ray's ears picked up at that.

With a sheepish smile, Ray asked "Can I perhaps try my luck?"

"Sure but don't be sad if you won't summon anything great, because under normal circumstances only somebody like me who is loved by all spirits will actually summon something."

Ray nodded and walked towards the door and after opening it with a loud creak, a majestic and magical bridge gets created leading towards a large platform with rails suspended in the air.

Under the platform is a giant crystal radiating with magicules, just like it had infinite.

Ray's mouth is agape, adding to Ramiris' smuggnes, but not because all of this seems so beautiful, no, because Ray knows exactly how... boring this will look in two thousand years, he just feels so bad for the former spirit queen.

"You just need to go over there and say something to the spirits." Ray was brought out of his stupor by Ramiris' words.

"And what exactly?"

"You can say whatever you wish to, for example, 'hello' or 'what's up'."

"Mhm."

Walking to the platform in silence, Ray formulates the words he wanted to say until he remembers something oddly nostalgic

"I promise."
