10 Preparation for Winter: Alpha attack {+}
A feast was made giving life to the quite night.
The sound of bones and Sticks banging to a cheerful rhythm can be heard, accompanied by People singing.
It was a happy night for them as they celebrated the great blessing of the Messi's.
Nexus was place directly into the front of this celebration, overlooking the people.
'it seems like the hunt bas been Good' he thought.
Not knowing that the celebration was because of him.
The night quickly passed and the people finally slept.
Nexus on the other hand was still wide awake.
He was Channeling his Soul energy, using it he enhanced his current body, injecting energy to every cell of his body gradually making them Stronger.
His been doing this everything since his birth.
This was a relatively easy task for nexus who has a Godly Soul.
With his every cell enhance nexus was able to develop much better than any Vosaris.
Even with having body that has the best potential of all Vosaris his progress was still abit slow.
Nexus Soul was simply too powerful and his current body isn't a perfect match for it.
Nevertheless it was still better than nothing.
A few minutes later, nexus finally finished enhancing his Cells as they have reached their limit of absorbing energy.
Anymore and they would explode.
Feeling the drowsiness, nexus slept giving the night Peace once again as the Vosaris sleep leaving the animals to explore and hunt freely.
Like always it was filled with howl's from the alphas, the screech of the Birds and the scouring of the prey.

5 years have passed.
Nexus was now a Child capable of forging, and very soon he will hunt with his father.
Inside of the undergrowth of a forest nexus or Gahr as his called and his mother Yiv is foraging for Drins, a type of Berry found through out the forest.
On his mothers hand lay's a bag made of leather, Drins occupied it taking half of the spaces.
Seeing that her bag is already half full she shouted for her son.
"Gahr come here, we will go home now"
Nexus who was picking all sort of plants and herb's heard her call and immediately stopped.
"Just a minute mother, I'll be there soon" he responded.
Nexus quickly packed his things, putting them on his bag and headed to his mother.
Arriving he was greeted with a hug from her and they went home.
After a few chit chat with his mother they were finally home were he was greeted by the face of his Father holding his spear waiting for them in the entrance of the cave.
"Is everything ready Yiv" he asked.
His mother responded with a nod,
"We have all the food to last the Winter."
"Good."
Winter season was coming and Looking at the serious faces of his parents, nexus knew it was gonna be rough in the following months.
He still remembered when five of the group died due to the lack of food and warmth.
Even with enough food to last the winter there will still be accidents that will happen.
Everyone was adamant on not making it happen again.
After stocking the food up, Nexus accompanied his father in getting firewood, along with the other men of the group.
On the way there they found a hoard of alphacs drinking on the nearby lake.
Alphacs are herbivores similar to Dears, they have a long and sturdy body with a long neck and dear like Head, they are mostly grazers of the forest and like to eat all sort of plants with their favorite being the mush, a mushroom like plant thats actually edible even to Vosaris.
Seeing the opportunity to hunt his father quickly took the Stone tip spear he was holding and threw it hard on one of the Alphacs.
His spear accurately Peirce the neck of one them.
After struggling struggled for a bit it finally succumbed to it's wound and died.
All the other alphacs Ran out when his father Spears killed one of them, he quickly ordered five of his men to take the Alphac corpse and told them to go home, afraid that other beasts will smell the blood and come to them.
Bowing down to the dead alphac before them they skinned it and clean it's body on the lake and washed its blood away, throwing the intestines to the lake soon after as a form of payment for the water it provided.
After they finish processing the meat it was Wrap in cloth they returned the spear and they Carried the meat home.
Nexus watch all of it in fascination, the way his father threw that spear in blistering speed was amazing no matter how much he has seen it.
Very soon he will be able to do what his father did, and he could do it much better than him for Sure, for now his strength is only compared to that of a 10 year old, it's definitely impressive but not the best, his father was already 30 and he was still 5 giving him more room for improvement.
They continued walking until they arrive at a burned forest, this is where they collect their fire wood.
Chopping up a nearby withered tree, the even distributed it to the group.
Carrying about 10 pieces of dead Wood, each about as big as an adults arms they headed home to store them.
Nexus was only carrying 5 of course, he was still a child after all.
As they walk home one of the group members was suddenly attack by an Alpha.
Alphas are carnivores similar to that of wolf but more smaller and tougher , it has thicker fur that requires a lot of strength to Peirce, it's basically the nightmare for Vosaris to encounter due to their speed and thick fur, thankfully alphas are solitary unlike the Wolfs but still, one is dangerous enough for them to handle.
The alpha attack everyone in it's vicinity, injuring many of his men but they manage to injure it aswell, only slightly though.
Seeing his men being attack his father quickly retaliated.
While it was busy biting his men, he aimed his spear at it's back, and directly strike it with his full force piercing it's back.
The alpha howled in pain but it wasn't killed by it, The alpha, now angered and wounded, turned its attention back to his father, growling with a fierce determination
In a split second, the alpha wolf lunged at him, but his father managed to evade the worst of the attack.
With a quick sidestep, he avoided the full force of the alpha's jaws clamping down on him, but its teeth grazed his shoulder, leaving behind deep, bleeding scars.
It quickly circled him, sizing up its adversary and planning its next move.
His father knew he had to act swiftly to protect himself and his men from certain death.
With his spear still in hand, the father braced himself for the alpha's next attack.
The wolf lunged again, but this time his father was prepared.
With all his strength and resolve, he thrust his spear into the alpha's side, just as the wolf's jaws closed in on him.
The alpha let out another agonized howl as the spear pierced its side, causing immense pain and forcing it to release his father from its grip.
His father, was breathing heavily and bloodied, stepped back, ready for another confrontation.
The injured alpha, realizing it was outmatched, decided to retreat.
It limped away, leaving a trail of blood on the forest floor.
And his father, though wounded, had successfully protected everyone from the fierce alpha.
Watching the alpha disappear into the depths of the forest, he knew that this would not be the last encounter with the alpha.
The fight was over and he collapse on the ground below, tired of the ensuing fight.
Looking around he saw his son Nexus who was being guarded by his men, he smiled.
"Thanks for protecting my son, Gahr, we should get going before another beast attacks"
His men quickly patched up his wounds using their leather clothes and Carried the injured men of the group.
His men thank him and they headed home with the fire wood.
Upon arrival they were greeted with the worried members of the group who immediately ask what happened after seeing the injured mean.
While nexus on his arrival was hug tightly by his mother.
"are you okay, what happened!?" She ask worryingly.
"I-im okay mom please let go" he said to his mother barely breathing from her tight hug.
She stopped squishing him after those words and headed to his father.
After a brief explanation by his father the people understand what happened.
They where attack by an Alpha and thankfully they managed to survive without anyone dying.
His father and his men soon rested, tired from the fight.
Nexus on the other hand was laying awake thinking about what just happened.
Originally they planned to do 5 more trips in taking firewood but due to the Alpha attacking them it was cancelled.
''The world is dangerous for sure" he muttered
