1 God of Reincarnation, Wishes, and Luck .... Reincarnated?

Ryuk, God of Reincarnation, Wishes, and Luck, had made a mistake... he was reading a reincarnation novel and said "I wish I was reincarnated into a anime world." without thinking, he granted his own wish, let me explain how wishes are granted, every wish made, you have a chance to get it granted, it is normally 1 in a millenia, with his infinite luck he was granted his own wish, now he was in a womb, in the world of Pokemon, yes Pokemon, the world where people enslave little creatures to fight for them as a past time, almost as bad as the one guy who wished to be reincarnated and got it granted, but landed in Vinland Saga and got killed in a few hours in the woods. (Ryuk was 5 when he became god of wishes and every millenia, 1000 years, is 1 year onto his age, therefore he is 5000 years old but has the mentality of a 5 year old) There were a few rules for wishes

Rule 1. No Wishing For Omnipotence

Rule 2. No Wishing To Alter Someone Feelings Towards Wisher

Rule 3: Any World You Go Into Will Send You To An Alternate Universe Thats An Exact Copy

and Rule 4: No Taking Back Wishes

'GOD DAMMIT!' I shouted in my head, 'WHY IN THE OMNIVERSE DID I WISH FOR SOMETHING WHEN MY JOB IS TO GRANT WISHES!' Me, still angry, started kicking, I did this for a few minutes before calmkng down, "Alright, in reincarnation novels the MC has really OP abilities at the start but doesn't realize, I wish for a system, best in the universe." [Integrating... Found Host, Ryuk Zekram, integrating features, System has Status, Shop, Inventory, Fuse, Merge, Alter, Skills, Party, Grant, Territory, and Wish function.] I nodded in approval 'I wish for Time Manipulation, Space Manipulation, Vehicle Creation, Item Creation, and Animal Transformations.' [Granting.] 'Now I wish for the world to skip to the time I'm born.' [Done]

-9 Months Later- -Narrator PoV-

In a hospital room, a lady is seen on a hospital bed, crying in pain while being told to keep pushing, after 4 hours a baby came out, however the baby had a full head of Black, Spiky Hair and had Bright Red Eyes (Basically Ryuk from Death Note) this was Ryuk, as he was born, a huge shockwave came crashing from the baby, all power sensors and electrical items in the world went haywire, power sensors spiked and electrical devices start going crazy, this was caused by a single baby, but no one would ever know that.
