9 Injured, but fine.

The headmaster quickly jumped up from his deep meditative trance an ran over to the young boy who was a snow white bed.

This boy of course, was Hai'er. He was severely injured whilst trying to force the energy flow within his body.

"Child. Are you alright? Is there anything I can do for you? Please.. Speak."

The headmaster sounded concerned and scared.

Hai'er shook his head and tried to move his arm.

Although it didn't move, he could finally feel his arm once again. His muscles were rebuilding and become stronger.

He forced a smile and look at the headmaster.

The headmaster only shook his head and went to go get water.

He suddenly heard a odd voice call from his head.

"Hello child, I am the flute of darkness. You have formed a contract with me. You were inside of my dark area earlier, I have done everything I could to repair your mental strength, I have also embedded some dark energies inside of your mental spirit."

Hai'er was confused.

The flute had a spirit?

Wouldn't that make it a legendary weapon?

He smiled and nodded his head.

"Okay then Mr. Flute, what should I address you as? And how to I use you? I cannot produce any sound off of you."

The flute appeared in his mental space and began talking.

"Haven't you read the book child? You are still incapable of using me due to your weakness.

All that I can say is, in due time, I will summon myself to you and I will serve you with my full and utmost respect."

The flute disappeared into his spirit and all dark auras surrounding Hai'er disappeared.

"Hmph, so be it."

Hai'er circulated his energy to begin healing his severely damaged muscles.

From afar, Hai'er would be assumed to be casting a dark spell, but in fact, he was simply healing his wounds. His dark power's purity increased several hundred times, so much to the point where it was visible. Although this was nothing special for a expert, one had to remember Hai'er was still a young boy. Around 14 or 15.

Most kids around his age couldn't even fully gather energy particles.

At most, the geniuses could only utilize the astral energy around them.

The Dark Energy healed Hai'er much faster.

His muscles although were still damaged, looked better than before. It was almost unrecognizable as a muscle before.

He smiled and began looking into his own body again.

He saw a odd floating ring in the middle of his body.

"Wait a minute, isn't that the ring that fused with me? Why is it there?"

He tried approaching the ring within his body, but was unexpectedly pushed away. It was like a strong gust of wind.

He persisted, he was too enticed with the powers of this ring that allowed him to skyrocket.

He wondered if he could skyrocket again. It would surely benefit him.

Although he couldn't reach the ring, he could still feel a pure and dense energy flowing into him.

"What a odd ring. A shame I can't reach it."

He snapped out of his trance and saw the headmaster quietly waiting for him.

The headmaster passed him water and asked,

"Kid are you alright? Don't scare me like that again. You cannot force music, you cannot force sound. Don't do that again alright?"

The headmaster genuinely sounded concerned.

"Hey, Headmaster, who was that girl who saved me? And also, what is above the Entry Magus realm?"

The headmaster chuckled and said softly,

"The Girl you're talking about is the Princess of the Southern kingdom. And the realm above the Entry Magus realm is the Element Gathering Realm."

Hai'er nodded and told the headmaster,

"I'm currently at the eigth realm of the entry magus realm."

The headmaster jumped.

"You're 1..5?"

He stared at Hai'er as if he were a monster. Who was this boy?

"However headmaster, I have reached a major bottleneck, I cannot break through just yet. It'll take a month or so before I can break through again."

The headmaster sighed in relief,

"Whew, I didn't think a monstrous kid like you would even have any bottlenecks. When I was your age. I were still a entry magus 2nd realm!"

Hai'er finally realized how serious this was if it were to get out.

He quickly concealed his aura.

"You finally realized how serious this is. If people find out, they'll kill you. You virtually go against every single rule there is in magic."

The headmaster said this while shaking his head.

Hai'er nodded and smiled at the Headmaster.

"Headmaster, Im going to sleep for now. I need to regenerate my power. Im too weak at the moment."

The headmaster stared at Hai'er and said.

"Well said, have a nice sleep, I will set an array formation around you whilst you sleep."

The headmaster began writing in midair.

Golden Characters of some sort of rune appeared in the air, the runes surrounded Hai'er and gave him a sense of security.
