1 Rebirth?

Rai knelt in a pool made from his own blood. Blood streamed from the corners of his mouth,as he looked up into the cloudy sky that extended to a crimson horizon. His eyes were half closed and he had a tranquil gaze as he stared at last moments of his life;his life in its entirety flashing before his eyes.

"So,this is the end huh ?" he asked himself. Strangely, he didn't seem to care that he would soon cease to exist,in a sense. "I wonder what this death is like?" Rai thought. He smirked as he felt his life draining away with his blood. "I look forward to it...this thing known as death."

Endless darkness as far as eyes could see. A void gifted with nothing. Out of nowhere,a sliver of an formless and ethereal existence, flickering like a flame appeared. " Where am i?" Rai wondered. "You are dead," a mysterious and ethereal voice sounded, "Do you wish to live?" the voice seemed to echo from all directions, like an eerie ghost or an omnipotent god.

Rai tried to pinpoint its owner,but to no avail. Even though this existence possibly held his fate(life and death) in its hands. He didn't care one bit. Life is over i have no need to care what other people think of me and needlessly be polite and be something i'm not. "I am evil." That's right, he was aware he is evil, and even reveled in the fact.

"Hoh," strangely amused by this peculiar intruder's question he thought " An unwelcomed guest,but fine I'll bite (thoughts), I want to live (words)." the awe inspiring voice filled with majesty declared,like a king passing on his decree,"you are given the right of rebirth in a place of your choosing."

Not even thinking of asking why he is given such a god-sent opportunity, Rai continued. " So tell me ,do those so called parallel worlds exist," the detached voice replied, "Indeed"

Rai pondered a long while, whilst holding his imaginary chin,"In that case i wish to go to Naruto's world preferably before he is born,but not too long before (words). tsk that fool has so many hot chicks like tsunade and ino to monopolize as ruler but does nothing. Hokage, why a boring profession like that is so sought after is beyond me." Rai sighed exasperatedly.(thoughts)

"Still though tsunade's boobs are humongous and ino is the epitome of sexiness. I WILL HAVE A HAREM !!!! calming down from his outburst (inburst). Madara, pain, obito, nine tails, kaguya, hashirama, so much fun things to enjoy fighting before i attain it all and live happily ever after in old age, unlike poor old gold roger." Rai smirked evilly.(thoughts) He would make a magnificent villain or perhaps he is already one.

"IF i was in Naruto's world i would unite all the villages as a city and lord over it with supremacy." rai thought with illusions of grandeur.

Rai always said one thing and thought another, his inward thoughts were the polar opposite of his outward words and actions. Dealing with a lost child in the past entailed....." mister i'm lost can you help me." "piss off you irritating brat, you're a nuisance" he would say as the veins in his forehead 'mentally' bulged. He would then proceed kicking he,she,it to kingdom come. Inwardly, of course.

Outwardly,"sure little one,hold my hand so you don't get lost again" he would say. He was the epitome of evil but appeared as a softhearted angel,deceiving the world and perhaps even himself. He truly was soft(perhaps), however he was the devil incarnate when angry and the littlest of things pissed him off.

He was oblivious to the fact that he was merely a thought presently and the owner of his voice heard both what he meant to think and meant to say, that is, both his 'thoughts' and 'words' .

" As you wish. You shall be granted an special attribute, bloodline and a special perk based on the rules of that dimension. What you do with these things may be your own uprising or undoing." the mysterious voice said with a deep and majestic tone. "Make your choice or to be more precise,let fate take its course," the voice said as a weird roulette appeared in front of him. It strangely had three layers.

"Psh,fate huh,i wont be controlled by anything or anyone." Rai 'thought' as he reached out to touch the strange roulette,surprisingly the three 'hands' began to spin, dazed by the sudden development his hand stopped in place and as he pulled it back, afterwards, the roulettes' hands slowed down,until they all finally stopped in different sections, on the three layers.

"Special attribute: Glacial, Bloodline: Uchiha , Perk: No limit." As Rai saw the uchiha he thought ,"bingo". as for the other two, he was unsure what they meant however he figured he'd find out later.

Inside the womb of a gorgeous woman in the uchiha clan's central district, a fetus suddenly opened its 'eyes'.
