21 Battling spirit beasts part 2

Facing the snake I started moving around it with my own homemade moving technique which was a combination of Tang san's ghost shadow perplexing track and Nurarihyon's Kyouka Suigetsu following the Mukuro's concept about the mist(from anime hit man reborn .....illusions.....or real illusions.....hidden in an illusion is the real illusion from one illusion will sprout another illusion....hidden in truths lie lies. That is the mist.) While moving around in different ways making my movements hidden in the shadows my sense of presence starts to manifest in the after images while my own was hidden, I first started by taking out the sleeve darts and shooting it against the scales of the snake making clang, clang, clang sound failing to penetrate inside. Observing it's toughness I started adding small amounts of armament haki in the darts one by one until a dart manages to make the snake bleed and took out a different weapon, shooting once more without armament haki it soon penetrated unlike when the sleeve darts was used the new weapon was enough to pierce the hard scales of hundreds of years old beasts and replaced it once more with a different weapon once more attacking. This kept repeating until I managed to test out all the weapons lethality, in the middle I even had to heal the snake as it was losing too much blood and detoxified teacher bit by by bit as he was still poisoned. Finished with the last weapon I mercilessly went towards it's neck and sliced with the dagger given by teacher on our way here coated with armament haki and it went like cutting butter with a hot knife with almost no resistance.

Putting the released hundred year old spirit ring in my soul space I observed how many percent of the spirit ring was absorbed per second and how much my soul grew and went on to a different spirit beast but instead of a hundred year old spirit beast I went to a ten year old spirit beast and killed it, moving it's soul ring into my soul space I once again observed. Repeating the process with different level of spirit beasts I noticed that the more aged the spirit ring the more my soul space grew and the shorter the process the spirit ring dissipated faster as they aged making ten thousand years spirit rings the better option for my cultivation.

So I once more killed a ten thousand year old spirit beast and observed it's spirit ring structure to be able to replicate it cause unlike the spirit ring(fake) I used to substitute with Xiao Wu's mom the ones I was trying to make was more for my cultivation so while the substitute did function as a spirit ring allowing Bibi Dong to upgrade completely with a new ability it didn't have much of an energy to absorb it was more like a devil fruit just with the side effect in a different form like slow absorption instead of weakness to water.

Making a prototype wasn't difficult as I just made a ring and filled it with spiritual energy the amount of spiritual energy determined it's age but when I was about to put in enough for it to be a hundred thousand year old red spirit ring it cracked and bursted releasing the energy inside which meant that the limit I could make was only 99,999 year old spirit ring.

Finished with the experiment, I went back to my teacher and detoxified him making his sleep more comfortable and made a cart to lay him down while I pulled the cart back towards the school mid way he woke up still a bit weak but asked what happened and I soon told my heroic deed and showed my new blue silver grass with a spirit ring(light show) saying the ability was to increase the toughness of the grass and inputting the romanti snake poison through it. Since it was already night by the time we arrived in the school teacher decided to get his own spirit ring by himself as I already had mine and the next day he took me to spirit hall to get my level checked and get a new subsidy.
