105 Chapter 105. Shenghuo Village

"The Southern Mountains once again..." Leo sighed as he started at the landmass in front of him. The early morning sun was blaring with a cold heat as its ray creating a nice comforting feeling.

"They really work fast," Leo spoke with a slight smile on his face. At the far horizons, he could see small little buildings on Mt. Ketumati and the mountains surrounding it.

As he made his way to the bottom of Mt. Ketumati, he saw large thick wooden entrance surrounded by a long wooden fence that spanned all around the mountain. On the entrance was written, 'Shenghuo Village.'

'Shenghuo Village...' Leo thought with a smile, 'I like that name.'

As Leo made his way up the mountain, he approached where the cave used to be and surprise appeared on his face. Along the outsides of the cave was now a long road and there were countless little houses around it.

A few shouts of laughter could be heard as children ran around the road chasing each other.

"Garrick has done an impressive job. He's already gotten some villages here," Leo spoke to himself as he then headed into the cave.

And upon arriving at the altar room, he saw that there was an extra pathway stemming from the cave and he was further surprised when he suddenly felt a huge burst of energy coming from somewhere deeper inside from the path.

Sensing that it as Garrick's energy, Leo immediately walked down the path. The path then led to a huge hall that was filled with weird things that were being used by Garrick who was practising the black ranked art that he got as a reward from the king. Garick had received a black ranked earth axe art called Scythe's Execution and had been practising diligently.

"Yo!" Leo spoke as he entered the room.

"Leo! Hey, I didn't think you would arrive so early," Garrick spoke as he immediately turned around and saw Leo.

"I wasn't as busy as you might have thought," Leo spoke as he curiously looked around the room, "What is this?"

Hearing this, Garrick laughed as he spoke, "This is the training room that was left to me by my ancestors. I don't know how but my art has improved quite a lot."

"I could sense it from the entrance," Leo spoke, agreeing with what Garrick had just said, "Where's everyone else?"

"Oh, Theodora is with the kids. Mars and Vanessa are training together in the forest. Wenella and Laura are at the peak. I think she's trying to break through to Origin realm," Garrick answered as he pointed upwards.

"I saw that you have already gotten a few villagers to come here already. Where are they from?" Leo asked curiously.

"They are just from neighbouring villages that we passed by on our way from the capital. They didn't like their village life there so I got them to join us," Garrick spoke and suddenly his facial expression changed into a pleading expression.

"What?" Leo asked with a slight sense of foreboding.

"I was hoping you could help these villagers learn cultivation and guide them," Garrick spoke sheepishly as he looked towards Leo.

"Oh... I didn't expect that. Sure! I can try," Leo answered agreeing to teach the villagers cultivation.

"Thanks so much!" Garrick spoke happily as an incredibly bright smile appeared on his face.

Suddenly... Rumble!

The cave began to shake slightly as the energy in the air began to condense around the top of the mountain.

"She will get through safely but you need to save the other one," Garrick spoke seriously as he simply walked back and continued training, having complete faith in Leo.

Leo nodded and immediately dashed as fast as he could to the peak of Mt. Ketumati. Large bursts of energy began emanating from the peak as light cracks appeared on the stones that were on the mountaintop.

"Laura will be in danger if the energy grows any stronger!" Leo spoke to himself in emergence. Laura was only a condensing realm cultivation, if she was to be exposed to this much chaotic energy then her the energy pathways in her body could be damaged.

As Leo shot up through the layer of cloud and got onto a tall rock right before the pond, he got a better look at what was happening. Countless energy was condensing on Wenella's body who was sitting on the very top of the peak, giving her a green glow as her body became slightly illusory while releasing countless waves of energy. Leo could see Laura currently being shielded by the large tree and she seemed to be finding it hard to adapt to this type of energy and her consciousness seemed to become hazy.

"Leo!" Laura suddenly spoke in surprise as Leo had suddenly appeared behind her.

Leo did not answer immediately and he placed a hand on Laura's back and infused a large amount of energy into her energy pathways to make it easier for her to face the chaotic energy.

"Will master be okay?" Laura asked in worry.

"She will be fine. It's a bit sudden but she should be fine," Leo nodded confidently as he looked at Wenella. The green energy was an extremely thick condensation of energy that was attacking her. Judging from what he had read in the Lapis Library, this type of occurrence when attempting to break through was a good sign. To break through, Wenella would have to fight off the chaotic energy while trying to calm the chaotic energy that was inside her body as well.

A few minutes passed and the glow on Wenella had slowly become more clearer and after half an hour, all of the chaotic energy in the mountain suddenly disappeared and was replaced by a huge suddenly energy shockwave as Wenella's eyes slowly opened and she stood up.

"My goodness..." Leo's voice rang out from behind her and Wenella immediately turned around and saw him and Laura waiting behind a tree.

"Master!" Laura ran to her in worry and concern as she immediately hugged Wenella.

"Master's fine, dear child," Wenella smiled as she also hugged her back.

"Congratulations!" Leo spoke as he smiled.

"Thanks!" Wenella replied with a smile.

"Here. Take this as a congratulatory gift from me for passing to Origin realm. It is my first ever creation. It should help you," Leo spoke as he handed Wenella a small wooden cylinder box and left the mountaintop and walked back down to see his house.

"What could it be?" Wenella spoke to herself as she began getting excited and she opened it. And she saw that it was a pair of bold black light metal glasses. A confused expression appeared on her face. She had extremely good vision so why would he give her a pair of glasses?

Nevertheless, Wenella opened up the glasses and placed them on her eyes and it was now that she saw how special it was. She was able to see things from about a kilometre away extremely clearly. She immediately realized why he said this would help her as she used a bow as her primary weapon. A slight blush appeared on her face as the realization struck her. She had just been given a gift by a boy who had saved her twice now, it was obvious that something would be spewing up deep inside.

"Laura, prepare for training," Wenella quickly spoke as she forced herself to regain her composure.

And just like that, that day ended with Wenella becoming an Origin stage one expert but it resulted in her having to not use energy for a few days to fully restore her energy reserves. Leo spent the rest of the day in his house planning on how to begin teaching the village kids. Garrick spent the whole time training in his cave mansion and the kids joined him towards the evening. Mars and Vanessa had grown a lot closer than expected and they had suddenly gotten into a relationship which was surprising news to Leo. After their journey from the forest, Theodora and Vanessa worked together will the village women to make food.

"I see... This will be a nice way to do this," Leo spoke with a smile as a lightbulb lit up in his mind as he laid in his nether mansion's library, Leo took out a large scroll and began writing on it with ink while smiling, "I need to help them build their foundations. I'll get Mars to do this."
