"Oh damn not again" a young men shrieked as he looked left and round only to find himself in a dark alley. His name was karma hades, The young man was only 20 years old before the accident.

He had just returned from work before he was robbed by a gang of thugs one of them stabbed him on his heart and he died well he didn't actually die, He was transmigrated into a parallel world where the people residing there manipulated their energy in many different ways.

This was not QI from the novels but it was universal energy. An energy that was only earned by consuming plants and animals of that world, the plants were filled with beautiful colors you could smell the amazing aroma lingering around them you could literally get hungry just by getting to smell the scent, Although the plants were pretty and delicious they could actually devour you alive, the animals possessed elemental and other powers including space and time.

after getting the energy people learnt to manipulated it allowing them manipulate all five kinds elemantal energy including time and space the more universal energy they gathered the stronger they became eventually they could even fly. after a certain time of gathering the universal energy the leveling system could there by be activated they no longer needed to devour the animals because they only needed to just kill and get experience points the higher their level grew the more powerful they became and the more universal energy the gained.

Karma was different. He could actually use death energy, he was able to just absorbed the life force out of any living things but naturally due to his low level he couldn't absorb life forces of creatures more powerful than him. So he kept it a secret since there was no such powers in existence but he was betrayed by a girl he loved. due to their peoples levels getting higher and their universal energy getting denser they found ways to steal other peoples abilities because of his exposed death energy many people sought out to kill him and take his powers for themselves.

After experiencing betrayal, countless life or death experiences and intense despair. he got stronger with each and every enemy he killed, he could actually level up by killing other people everything he saw was nothing but experience points after defeating everyone he was hailed and the death deity.

With his dark powers and legendary sword he was renowned as the strongest and no one was equal to him. After 6 years of bloodbath and reaching level 1,000,000 attaining heavenly Devine energy he finally found himself in his world again.

The long buildings the soothing sounds of music finally he was back to his country in South Africa. karma stood up and saw vehicles, he couldn't even remember where he lived but after rocking his mind for a few minutes he was able to remember the details "beep" a car stopped in front of him as he was crossing the road "what the f*ck man

get out of the road" a middle aged man shouted while hitting the horn a few times. karma was leaking death energy by now, how could a mere mortal with no system yell at him. but he decided to hide it again after those years of pain he just wanted a peaceful life.

he proceeded walking to his house he kicked the door open "who the f*ck is this uneducated freak" a young lady yelled at karma she was fuming with anger. if not being afraid of being locked away for murder she would have already elbowed his ass.

"so disrespectful" karma frowned looking at the young lady and he realized she had a badge with the name Emily Smith. "how dare you kick my door and tell me that I'm disrespectful you are courting death, boy" Emily's voice grew more stern, karma's robe covered his whole body and with his short size, he indeed look like a small boy.

"tch"karma was also losing his patience, the young lady had been continuously scolding him word after word it was as if he was being burnt in word hell, the woman was actually claiming that this house was hers "how arrogant" he grunted with his perfect row of teeth clenched making his jawline actually looking more masculine.

"you're the arrogant one you lil brainless brat, scram before I get rough" Emily was like a mad woman "how dare you claim my house as yours!" karma's voice came out so cold even the lady started to fill chills running down her spine.

She smirked, picking up her phone and called someone "hello captain Fred someone is claiming my house as his, he even dares to act arrogant in front of me"she started telling the captain about karma and unforgivable attitude.

after they were picked up by a police car and went to the police station.

"I'm sorry for the inconvenience Mr hades, since you disappeared for 6 years we decided to let someone else occupy your house" the station commander smiled at karma and said " why don't you stay together till I find miss Smith a new house" he added "not interested" karma replied with a cold voice, he was a little triggered but he also understand that's why he didn't cause problems for the police "you have up until tomorrow to pack your stuff and leave my house " he added as he turned to the women and left.

The woman followed him suddenly a portal opened out of nowhere revealing a hideous creatures "argh" screams resounded throughout the area as the people ran In different directions, one of the monsters landed their eyes on karma and ran towards him while he was standing still looking at it emotionlessly. Right as the monster raised its hand to strike its head flew off its shoulders and then Emily appeared infront of karma holding a bloody sword "I saved your life, are you still going to kick me out?" She smiled at karma, karma looked her in the eyes feeling strange, several people sliced and blasted the other monsters apart and the portal immediately closed as a big goblin died.

Everyone was acting as if this was a normal occurrence as they went back work "what are you?" karma decided to ask the Emily

"I'm a rank C hero" she replied with the brightest smile in existence.

'Wtf is a hero?' karma thought.
