15 Into Tartarus/ A fight with Styx?

(Short Chapter)

*Crash*

Adonymos opened his eyes as he got up from hitting the bottom of the pit, Just as he was about to walk Cerberus landed on him giggling in his mind.

(" Again Master Again") She said in his mind as he lay there flat on his stomach with her weight pressing down on him.

"Cerberus... please get off me," Adon said helplessly trapped between Her and The slimy floors of Tarturas.

("Umu, sorry master!") Cerberus was getting better at speaking by the second, Adon smiled and scratched behind her ears before stretching and looking at his surroundings.

Everything was dark, but it wasn't natural, that much Adon could tell, Just from the fact that the darkness was almost tangible made him sure of it.

"Are you going to just watch me?" He said glancing to the right as a woman in black robes came out staring at him curiously.

This woman was Styx, she had decided to see just what it was about this God that made her master so confident In him, "What brings you to tarturas?" Styx asked smiling lightly.

'He's a god and all gods are known for not being able to resist beauties' She thought slightly pushing up her breasts as dark water flowed behind Adon, without his knowledge.

Adon eyes her suspiciously and were about to answer before he heard Cerberus's voice in his mind ("Master this woman is Styx!, dodge!") Cerberus said jumping away at the same time the water crashed down.

Adon dodged to the right and plunged at her Faster than she could blink, But she is still a powerful goddess and was able to block his attack and kick him back, ripping through his chest with her heels.

"My master sees something in you... but I don't see a thing, you're a waste" She says Making Adon's eyes start to turn red as he activated the rage skill, it was now stronger than before, giving him a 250% boost in all stats.

Adon lined at her breaking the sound barrier as he smashed his fist into her face, making her smile as she covered herself with water, The water splashed to the side as Adons fist collided with it.

He had already lost himself and there were only 2 ways this could end, One being him beating her and possibly killing her, the second being she somehow knocks him out, thought Cerberus wouldn't let that happen.

*Cerberus Has Gained enough affection!, New Familiar added*

Cerberus started to growl, she didn't know what had just happened but she could feel her master's anger, it was even influencing her slightly making her eyes turn red as she grew to her full height.

"What is this?" Styx wasn't one of the goddesses who could see souls very well, she could tell that they had become connected somehow, and they had also both become impossibly stronger than before.

Deciding she needs to end this quickly she raised her hand as the river Styx flowed out of her, she wouldn't kill them but maiming them wasn't too bad.

" What are you thinking about!" Adon said smiling cruelly as he appeared next to her with his fist colliding with her face.

'D-Did he just gets...faster!?' She thought as she flew back from the force of the punch, As she tried to get up, one of Cerberus's heads greeted her with its teeth, biting into her flesh as she jumped back.

'This is bad, they're both getting stronger by the second' She thought as Adon disappeared once again kicking her from behind.

Adon pulled out the calamity saber and rushed forward once again "Bring forth a great Calamity, Cataclysm!" He yelled and struck down towards Styx.

'I...I'm going to die!?' Styx instinctively knew that this attack would send her straight to tarturas, even though she was already here, she didn't want to die for it, 'I've failed you... my king' She thought as she closed her eyes and accepted her fate.

*Whoosh*

The Blade stopped right before hitting her causing the surrounding to crumble as both Adon and Cerberus Went back to normal looking down at the frightened Styx.

"What do you want?" He asked keeping the blade mere centimeters from her throat, should she say something he doesn't like.

"I-I..." She couldn't find any words to say, things had changed too quickly, from her beating him, to him beating her, and now to him asking questions, her mind couldn't keep up as the fear was still very much present as she felt the promise of death from his sword.

Adon chuckled slightly and put the sword away turning around and walking with Cerberus "Actually... I don't really care what you want...I feel something is different about me... but I can't say I hate it" He looked back grinning wildly before disappearing into the shadowy abyss of Tarturas.

Styx finally let out a breath and wiped the sweat from her forehead, "Is this why?... master mist have known and didn't tell me about it..." Styx lowered her head in shame for feeling the same pressure from Adonymos that she felt from Cronus.

("Master what was that?") Cerberus asked as Adon checked the notification with a smile, then turning to her he patted her head.

"It seems me and you are going to be together for a while Cerberus" When he said that Cerberus's eyes turned to stars as she nuzzled her head into his hand.

"Hmm, all we have to do now is get through tarturas and survive before we can leave..." Adon smirked at the Challenge, he had been scared when he first came into the underworld, but now, he had subconsciously been getting less and less afraid and more confident and excited about what was to come.

He now noticed this, and didn't really care about it too much, the faster he got stronger and would be able to be useful to his pantheon the better, who cares if his personality changed?

With these thoughts, he walked side by side with Cerberus deeper into Tarturas...
