10 Village Leader

Seeing it was late at the moment now, James and Rebecca went back to the hotel to sleep there and go talk to the village leader in the morning. It didn't take long to get back and pay another 20 zeal for the night. They just then went to sleep ready for the next day.

After a good night's sleep they both woke up " good morning Rebecca" James said a little happy as they may end up getting a house for themselves today.

"Good morning to James," so was even happier as being able to wake up and see James every morning was amazing for her, she hoped it could keep carrying on and maybe they can become more close too.

"Well anyway let's get over to the village leader's office so we can see what he said and if he may or may not help us tho," James wondered a bit hoping he didn't have a connection with those other people and if he finds out he wouldn't do anything to them.

They both get up and walk out of the hotel and just start walking to the centre of the village and seeing what looks like the biggest building in the village, it's not too big but still the biggest in the village as they walk up to the front gate.

The guard at the entrance stops the 2 of them. "Stop what is your purpose for coming here"

James talked to the guard first "hello sir well we just became Planet Gods and the girl at the Gods association said we should come here and the Village leader could help tho. I'm guessing too so the village leader knows there are other Planet Gods here who can help."

The guard's eyes go wide as if they are both Planet Gods it's best not to get on their bad side but also it would help the village a lot of other Planet Gods stay here. "No problem just wait here a second and I will go tell the leader about you give me a second," He then runs off to go tell the village leader of this news.

It didn't take too long only about 10 minutes for the guard to come back, "please this way the village leader wishes to talk to you."

"Thank you we will follow" James and Rebecca follow the guard in what now seems like a small manor, they then end up going into what seems to be an office and they enter. As they do a man is sitting down on one side of it.

The guard bows a bit "sir here is the 2 Planet Gods I told you about," he then walks straight out after to let them talk to the village leader alone.

"Oh hello, if you don't mind can you show me your badge for your Gods rank and say how or why you ended up in my small village," he did say this respectfully tho as if it was 2 Planet Gods it would help the village a lot to have them here. Who knows they may become even stronger than just think of how much stronger they may become.

"Sure we don't mind," James handed over the id card he got then Rebecca did the same. "The reason we are here is that, well let's just say we got betrayed when we ascended to the God realm and they thought we didn't have any talent so tossed us here while we were unconscious. That's how we ended up here."

The leader took the id cards and looked at them, "well you are Planet Gods and I'm sorry you seem to have a hard time just getting here but I'm not too surprised those big factions always send people they don't like to the dead lands and here is worse to nothing really around us anyway just lots of demons." He also hands the id back to them.

"Well, tho it's not all bad for you any way we don't have too much here only around 150 Gods and I'm the only planet, God. I was also sent here as they didn't want me to maybe now we have you we can turn this place around a little, get a few more Gods maybe even expand.

For now, as your know, I would say it's best for you both to get stronger for now. So here is a set of keys to a house sorry it's only 1 and small but hopefully with your help we maybe can change it. If you really have more talent than me you may even be best to take over the village." He jokes a little as he hands James a key. But he really did want the best for his village and hopes these 2 kids stay.

"Thank you sir for your help and for giving us a house to stay in we won't let you down. After our planets set up a bit more we can help out the village a bit after your help." James and Rebecca bow a bit thankful there is someone who will help them.

"No problem kids I want what's best for the village if you need anything feels free to come to talk to me, ill tell the guard to let you in any time you are always welcome," he really was happy that the village may get better and even could get back at other if these 2 are more talented but he can only hope.

"Well thank you again sir we are going to go check out the house you gave us," James and Rebecca both get up and say bye as they start to leave the village leader's manor.

After they got out of the manor they start walking to the house the leader gave them, it took a little while to find it but after around 30 minutes, they find a wooden house close to the wall that ended up being the house he gave them. They unlocked the door and walked in.

It wasn't that big only have 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a storage room nothing else. They both looked at it they knew it wasn't much but were happy as they at least had somewhere to stay till they built a new one or moved when they get a lot stronger to protect themselves and afford something else.

"Well looks like this will be our home for the while Rebecca you don't mind it right."

"It's small but I think it will do us well till we get stronger and can get it ourselves" Rebecca replies seeing she didn't mind it here especially as she got to be in the same house as James so made her even more as of it.
