The next morning. Kleint was in the small river, cleaning the blood of monsters and his blood. He was up much earlier than everyone else because of the severe pain from pushing his body beyond its limit. Besides that, the pain had built up because when Davey betrayed him, his body was torn apart.
So he spent the rest of the night awake because of the sharp pain in his body. But despite the pain, Kleint realized that his body was recovering faster than it should typically be.
Kleint finished wiping off the crimson blood as he thought, frowning slightly due to the muscle pain.
Leaning against a tree and watching the others sleeping, he began to think about his short-term goals, which were vital since he didn't want to go around like a headless chicken.
Well, the priority now is to get a class and to survive... When I get a class, I will be able to think much more in the future; besides the class and surviving, I have to make Alice find me helpful so I can take advantage of the benefits that a regressor has, and of course, I won't forget to take revenge on Davey... Kleint sighed as he organized what he would do for the time being: to get a class, survive, and get Alice's attention.
But the main thing now for him is to get a class so he won't be so helpless and have a better chance of survival.
Soon after, the forest's darkness disappeared, and a clear blue, cloudless, sunless sky replaced the dark, cloudless, moonless sky. People began to wake up and headed to the river to wash their faces and at least rinse their mouths, as they had no toothbrush or toothpaste.
And as they all passed Kleint's side, they greeted him.
"Good morning, sir."
"Good morning, sir; how is your body."
Sir? Kleint's lips twisted slightly, seeing how the survivors greeted him respectfully; although he didn't mind the survivors, he couldn't ignore the part where they called him "Sir." He was only 24 years old!
Not knowing what to do, Kleint flashed a nervous smile and shook his hand slightly as if returning the greeting.
After that, they gathered, distributed the bread, and began to eat in silence; none of them wanted to talk; they greeted Kleint simply out of fear and gratitude for what had happened the night before.
Once he finished eating the stale bread, Kleint approached Alice, who was leaning against a tree a little further away from the others.
Alice, sensing someone approaching her, slowly opened her eyes to see who was approaching her; seeing that it was Kleint, she asked calmly, "What's wrong?"
Kleint did not answer immediately as he organized his thoughts, and after a brief silence, he replied: "It's about the supplies; it's not enough for tomorrow. Due to the sudden attack of the monsters, much of the supplies in the makeshift camp were lost. And with the ones we have, we won't make it to tomorrow."
Alice was silent for a while, although she already knew what to do; in this situation, she decided to ask, "So, what do you suggest we do at this point?" she was a little curious about the answer.
Are you testing me? Well, this is perfect... Kleint, inwardly happy, put his hand on his chin briefly as if in thought and replied: "Before we fix the supply, we have to make several changes.
"The first thing to do is to have someone manage the food. As you know, no matter how much supply there is, if it is not managed well, a lot of food will be wasted; with that taken care of, the food could hold out a little longer unless something unexpected happens like before.
"And to bring more supply, I would go back to the starting point because, due to what happened at the place, it is very likely that there are still supplies left at that place..."
Before he finished speaking, Alice raised her hand for him to stop. Kleint stopped, and when he saw this, he secretly pressed his fist nervously.
On the other hand, Alice is satisfied with the answer she received. She had something more or less thought, and a small smile appeared on her face, and she thought: Umu, it seems that I was not wrong in saving him; it appears that he is capable despite the situation he is in...
After coming out of her thoughts, she said calmly: "You are right; we need someone to administer the food. Don't worry about that. And about the supply, I had thought practically the same. So you, one more person, and I will head to the starting point to bring supplies."
So you have me in mind for the moment... Well, it looks like I've taken a good step... Kleint mutters silently, satisfied, noticing that Alice is taking him into account for the moment.
But he is still unsatisfied with this small breakthrough; he has to work more to be included in Alice's plans, which won't be small and will significantly impact the world.
"This, can I choose the remaining member?" Kleint asked deliberately.
"Sure, as long as it's not a burden, it's fine," Alice replied neutrally and indifferently.
And before Kleint withdrew, Alice spoke again as if she was reminded of something: "I had forgotten to tell you that once we came back from the starting point, we cleaned up the surroundings to avoid the same thing happening."
Kleint assisted as he withdrew and approached Lee Joon, the person he wanted to bring to join the group to go to the starting point.
Standing before Lee Joon, Kleint suggested to him calmly not to scare him and that he would not feel obligated to accept, "This Lee Joon; Alice wants to form a group to go for supplies. Do you want to join the group?"
"Group?" Lee Joon repeated, confused at the sudden invitation.
"Yes, group. It's something Alice, the woman who brought us to this place, decided to do, to bring supplies to this place. As you know very well, with the supplies we have, we won't even last a day."
"I understand what you mean, but why don't I have talent? If it wasn't for those women and you who saved us, I would most likely be in some monster's stomach," Lee Joon said quietly and lowered his head.
That you have no talent, then, what am I... Kleint satirized quietly and calmly, "I'm telling you because I think you're very talented."
A small smile appeared on Lee Joon's lips, and he said, "I'll join the group."
"By the way, get ready. In a few moments, we will go out. Take a weapon from the ones in there," Kleint said with a small smile as he watched.
Lee Joon assisted as he got up to go and grab one of the weapons in the place.

Moments later, after introductions, Kleint, Alice, and Lee Joon headed towards the starting point to bring more supplies to the camp.
On their way to the starting point, they encountered a group of nine of the monsters they had attacked earlier; the monsters appeared like a wolf out of hell itself.
Two heads full of teeth and pus, with skinless bodies full of crimson red blood. The whole body is full of red mouths, eyes, blood, and a long tail, which is also full of eyes and teeth, and on the tail, one has a mouth.
Seeing the appearance of this monster, Alice took the initiative and finished off five of them quickly with precise cuts, and without giving the monsters a chance to attack the remaining few monsters, Alice deliberately left them wounded so that Kleint and Lee Joon finished them off.
They would continue killing monsters on their way to the starting point. Finally, after two long hours, they arrived at the starting point.
When they arrived at the starting point, there was a strong smell of blood. The place is full of crimson blood and small puddles of guts. In addition, some limbs and body guts lying on the ground of monsters could also be seen.
It seemed that those who had died in this place had fought to their last breath, taking some monsters with them.
Argh, I still can't get used to this sight and this pungent smell of blood, but at least I'm not throwing up... Kleint covered his nose and mouth so as not to throw up the stale bread he had eaten earlier, even though his stomach was upset.
I look over at Lee Joon; he is throwing up what little he had eaten earlier. It is usual for him to be vomiting as he is not used to this sight and smell.
Kleint looked at Alice, who was completely normal, inspecting the place full of crimson blood. Well, it's normal for him to be unaffected with this sight, she must be used to it.
Kleint sighed quietly, settled where the corner was, and saw several leather bags and canteens filled with crimson blood. He picked up one of the supply bags and opened it to see if blood was inside.
"Sigh. It looks like there is no blood inside the bags." Kleint sighed in relief, seeing that the bag he opened had no blood inside, and checked the other supply bags.
Once he finished checking his supply bags, he walked over to where Alice was and said he, holding his nose, "I just checked the supplies, and they are all perfectly fine, but we can't carry them all in one trip."
Alice said neutrally, "You don't have to worry about the supplies; what we can carry is enough, and we can make several trips and carry the rest."
"By the way, what are those coins for?" asked Kleint curiously.
After stopping vomiting, Lee Joon also came closer to listen, as he too was curious as to why there were coins in this place, although he had an idea about it.
"Those coins are to use if we survive this tutorial," Alice replied without giving much detail.
Since he had nothing more to talk about, he grabbed what supplies he could carry, and they returned to the safe zone as quickly as they could to avoid any inconvenience along the way.
