New Life

A cave full of blood pools and a disgusting aroma, a den full of beady red eyed creatures, disgusting beings doing as they liked..

Goblins..

They were screaming in joy as they broke necks, smiling and laughing as they destroyed families. Forcefully procreating with all races.

In a secluded area laid a lone monster, staring at the ceiling.

'What.. Where am I? Ah I see, I must have reincarnated again. That's.. the tenth time I believe? Anyway that life got boring anyway, being a wandering master swordsman was quite lonesome. What should I do this time..'

As Xen was deep in thought he lifted himself up with his hands to think more, only to see that he had dark green hands..

'Oh.. I see. Not a human, what am I an elf? That would be quite interesting. '

The screaming grew louder down the pathway in front of Xen, clicks and clacks sounded throughout the den from the bones breaking.

Xen looked around only to see bones and corpses, but he didn't seem to mind it too much, he had seen many in his previous lives.

"Shit.. clearly not an elf, cool." Xen then sighed to himself.

Usually when reincarnated he gained quite a large amount of knowledge forcefully inserted into his head, but.. this time it was just a bunch of growls and strange noises.

"Well.. if I can't speak the language how am I to understand the information.." He let out another large sigh before deciding on leaving the cave.

What awaited him outside made him stop in his tracks, his heart skipped a beat and he was in shock.

It seemed to be a desert with sand dyed the color red, human bones scattered throughout it clearly showing through the sand. There were swords that were rusted and many arrows, it seems long ago there was a large battle here.

Xen wasn't surprised or shocked about dead people, he was shocked that the sand was clearly dyed from the amount of bloodshed.. It was truly insane.

As he began walking Xen tripped on some cloth and fell face first into the sand.

'These damn stubby legs of mine.. Wait.. I know..' The cloth he tripped on was just large enough for Xen to repurpose it into a cloak, it was good enough for temporary clothing.

'So.. next course of action. Let's figure out if humans are extinct or not I suppose. Clearly I have never been to this world before.' Xen straightened himself and went on his way.

In the cave a goblin stopped for a moment and spoke to the others. "Gabu Gabu." (Where did the weak one go?) They all then stopped and looked around..
