9 Chap 9: Training
Near Mahel City, in Grox forest stood a young girl holding a tanto in stone facing a white squirrel.
"Do I really need to kill him? He's so cute! I don't know if I can kill him... " Akiko said with worry while seeing the cute face of the squirrel. But Aki shut her thoughts away in a merciless fashion.

Don't get cocky, you're far away from even the word weak. Even if your stats where boosted because of she <Sharing> Skill and you were tempered in my magic, you don't have any combat experiences. Hearing that she wasn't even at the level of the a squirrel, tears began to show in her eyes, but because she promised to never cry again, she hold them, and started to calm down
Akiko lowered her head " I'm sorry....I won't get cocky again. Beside, it's true that demon and such a lower demon as I don't even stand equal with a squirrel...even cockroachs are better than myself. I don't deserve...
Seeing that she was tarnishing herself like it was normal, Aki stopped her in anger.

Aki sigh seeing what kind of master she picked. Fortunately Aki tell her to stay in this forest with no monsters to train, or else when would have already died.
After talking a bit with her, she come to understand that normal people usually have an average level of 0 or 1 never above. And those that started adventures usually have a level of 2 to 3. And that was the current level of Akiko.

What was the most incredible thing for Aki, was that Akiko had a goldy title, and an OK stats for a level 3 but she really didn't have any confidence. Even when she was holding a goddess in her hand.
Changing Akiko's way of thinking, was more hard than Aki thought. It's been now one week since they've met but Akiko just didn't do any progress except for the crying thing. And now Aki was searching a way for Akiko to aquire more confidence and combat experience that why she Akiko was now fighting a squirrel.
{Ok, now go fight that animal and win! You can do i} Akio said to try to ignite her fighting spirit. And while it didn't really work, at least her whimperer side vanished, replace by a serious face. And that give birth to an idea for Aki, but she didn't want to ruined her concentration now.
Akiko then, didn't hesitate more and ran to the squirrel with Aki in her left hand with the blade in her direction, like a ninja.
The Squirrel, was 1m10 tall so Akiko didn't have to crouch to reach her, but like Akio said, she won't be able to. The moment, Akiko reach the squirrel, this one jumped off her head and kicked her back to propulse itself far from her grasp. The move, sent Akiko head first crash into a tree.
Thankfully, the kick wasn't that hard so she just get out with bruises on her face. But it was the first time she was hit in her life, she almost cried because of how painful it was for her.
Thing that Akio approved {In a fight, you don't have the time to cry for every injury you will have. So endure, endure even if your enemy break your arms or cut one of your legs. If your still in live, don't give up, keep endure and win!} To what she answered with a simple nodding. She then run to it again.
At noon, in front of a campfire, Akiko was lying down while eating fruits. After her first clash with the squirrel, she kept coming at him, resulting in him toying with her. Because of that, she now wore many injuries. She could have stopped earlier, because after her third time coming at it, Aki stop urging her to go fight him again, but she decide herself to keep going so she can prove herself that she can change even If she couldn't beat him. And in fact, it worked pretty well. The more she kept fighting, the more her aura kept changing becoming more and more that of a fighter. And that pleased Akio, even if she didn't say it.
{Akiko? I think that I have a solution for you and your shitty attitude. Starting from now one, every time you're holding a weapon, I want you to concider yourself like a totally different person. I want you to think that every time your holding a weapon, someone else take the control of your body. You become someone else, someone thing else, a true warrior. Lets try that from now one}
"Hum!" Agreed Akiko. Because she know that she had a weak personality, she had to change, but change like that can't happen in a day, except if you pretend to be someone else.
The day after, they started to apply the new idea, but in the first hour, nothing changed, in fact if yesterday there was progression then it all vanished into ashes today. And that because Akiko was thinking to much of how to not think like her usual self. When Akio realised that she stopped Akiko to train furthermore. She then try talked normally with her to distract her so she can be more relaxed in the training, and it worked well. And they resumed the training.
This time, while she didn't change right away, there was a clear difference between the her of today and the her at the end of yesterday training. The aura of fighter, was much more revealed than before. And because of that, she improved much faster. The hours kept passing and she kept changing, but it wasn't a complete change. And at the end of the day, even if she didn't succeed to totally change her personality in fight, she improved a lot was not in the verge of crying each time she was hit. And so the days goes like that, the moment she woke up, after eating, she had to fight squirrels or rabbits to improve her fighting experience and not put shame to her level.
After a week of training, she finally started to catch the movements of the animals, and succeed in her split personality. But unfortunately, changing her personality completely take her to much time. So the second week, they focus on reducing the time it to her change personality. At first, it took her, two hours, but at the end of the second week, she could split personality in thirty minutes and now even have the true aura of a fighter.
And when Akiko wasn't training, she was learning how to read. At first it was really hard, because she was alone, and even with image, sometimes she just couldn't understand, but eventually Aki lend her a hand and started to teach her.
It's not that before she didn't, but she wanted Akiko to focus on her training first before other things. But when she saw how much she was eager to learn, she couldn't support it anymore. And if at first Akiko took Aki like a tyrannical person, she eventually started to realise that Aki was just a tsundere. And even if she didn't say it, she liked the improvement and perseverance Akiko was showing.
That created a bond more tighten than before, a'd because of that Akiko's LUCK increased which lead her to learn <Swordsmanship> and <Fighting Stans>. But because she never used magic before, she had to wait learning reading, so she could finally learn the grimoire and cast spells.
And then, four weeks goes and Akiko in the middle of the fourth finally succeed to defeats the animals, but because Aki want her to be able to kill them instantly, they trained for another week before Aki was truly satisfied. And while her level didn't raise exponentially it went to four, raising at the same time, all her stats.
