3 Definitely not a rip-off (Fixed)

"Jin!" Ruby called out in a scolding tone.

"What? He's a bad guy! He just tried to rob us!"

"Yes! But don't just take things too far! You didn't need to break his fingers!"

"Yeah, sending him flying and crashing into the window which possibly broke his back isn't taking things 'too far'." Jin said in a sarcastic tone.

Ruby was about to say something again but she was cut off by another voice.

"HEY!!" A voice yelled at them, causing the twins to stop arguing and look at the source.

They both saw a man with a bowler hat and was wearing a white suit, grey scarf and black pants. The man has a slanted, dark-green eyes and a bright long orange hair, with long bangs covering his right eye. A Black Eyeliner is traced on his visible left eye. The man also held a cane.

Jin smirked at the sight of the man and the man was surprised at seeing him, but soon the man's expression turned into anger and he shouted.

"YOU AGAIN!!"

"Yo Roman, how are ya?" Jin said cheerfully but with a mocking tone.

This just made Roman's anger grow. He then points at the twins and shouted.

"GET THE BRATS!!"

The henchmen immediately moved, and then twins pulled out their weapons.

Ruby had a big foldable black scythe with red designs. She smiles before twirling it around and striking its blade into the ground.

As for Jin, he didn't pull out a weapon. Instead, his fists were clad with red lightning as he released a terrifying pressure.

He seemed to be stronger than Ruby by alot, and by alot, it means ALOT.

Roman's henchmen charges at them and the twins went into their stances.

"Well, pick your side Jin." Ruby said in a casual tone.

Jin responded by dashing to the henchmen on the left, while Ruby just waited for her enemies to come.

Jin did a simple, but imperceptible and thunderous punch at the henchman, sending the man flying back to the walls of the shop with an 'Oof'.

Jin then turned his eyes on another henchman who was charging at him with a red sword in hand.

"Humph!"

Jin snorted and lightning crackled on his right arm. He then waved his hand towards the henchman and fired a red bolt of lightning.

The henchman was fried and was then sent flying with a kick.

On the otherside....

A henchman charges at Ruby, who twirls her scythe and kicks the first approaching criminal in the face.

She pulls Crescent Rose out of the ground and swings it off to hit another one upward with the butt of her weapon, sending the second criminal flying upwards.

She twirls her scythe again and faces another attacker, the criminal pulls out a machine gun and pulls the trigger.

(Insert Machine Gun Firing SFX)

Ruby just dodges all the bullets with an amazing speed and gets close enough to knock him into the air and jumped upwards to strike again, sending the man flying in front of Roman's feet with a long 'Oooof'.

Roman then looks around and saw that every one of his goons were easily defeated.

"Watcha gonna do now Roman?!" Jin said out loud in a mocking tone.

Ruby appeared beside him and asked, "Hey Jin, you know this guy?"

"Yeah, I encountered him many times in my.....um.....adventures? Yeah adventures." Jin replied in a weird tone and Ruby just looked at him with a suspicious gaze.

"You were worth every cent. Truly, you were." Roman muttered before turning back at the twins.

He drops his cigar and crushes it with his cane as approaching police sirens were now heard in the background.

"Well little Red and Sir Punisher, I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as I'd love to stick around..." He then raises his cane and opens he bottom, revealing a rifle barrel.

"I'm afraid this is where we part ways, and I swear I'll pay you back Jin!" Roman continued on in his dialogue but he said the last part with great anger.

Roman then fired a shot of red blast at the two and the twins quickly jumps away at the big explosion. When both landed on the ground, they look up and saw that Roman just disappeared.

Jin turns his head and Ruby does the same, they saw now that Roman was climbing up a ladder on the side of a nearby building.

'I already know that he'll do this, but damn! How can he be so fast!' Jin thought to himself before looking at the shop keeper, who just came out of the store and said.

"Hey old man! We're going after him, alright."

The shop keeper just nodded and the two quickly followed Roman to the rooftop.

"HEY!"

Ruby yelled out as she saw Roman running towards the edge of the roof.

"Oh come on man! Don't kill yourself now! We can talk this out!" Jin weirdly spoke out and this made Roman turn back, and saw the twins chasing him.

A tick mark appeared on his forehead after hearing Jin's words and then he spoke out, "Persistent!"

Ruby prepares herself to fight him, but then a wild Bullhead (An Aircraft in RWBY) appeared out of nowhere. The aircraft then opens the hatch to allow Roman inside.

Roman jumps in and then he turns around while holding a red dust crystal, "End of the line you BRATS!"

He throws it out at their feet and he fires a white shot with his cane, resulting in a large explosion.

Roman then laughs with a 'Whoa-ho-ho-ho!', but when the smoke started to clear up, he stopped laughing with an 'Oh Shit!' look on his face.

A woman with a blond hair and green eyes and wearing a purple cape now appeared in front of the twins, she was casting some kind of protection circle over them with her wand.

Ruby had a look of awe on her face while Jin just looked at her with a deadpan look.

'She definitely appeared in the right moment to look good.'

The woman lets out a 'HMMM' before waving her wand and summons several streaks of purple blasts and fires it at the aircraft.

The Bullhead was shook on the impact and Roman was thrown around in the back until he goes to the cockpit, where a woman in red clothes was struggling with the controls.

"We got a huntress!" Roman exclaimed.

The woman stands up and heads towards the back as Roman takes her place on the controls.

The blonde woman's body glowed purple before aiming her wand above the aircraft, resulting in summoning a dark storm-cloud above it.

"The hell?...." Roman said in wonder.

With a flick of her hand, the storm-cloud unleashed large amounts of ice hails at the aircraft, which shakes it around.

Some of the hails broke through the cockpit, and one nearly hits Roman's head.

The woman in red appeared before the trio and her arms glew with strange markings. She reaches out her hand and fires a blast of flames.

The huntress blocks it with her protection circle, but some of the flame splattered behind her and was glowing in heat , it was then that the enemy raised her hand.

The floor underneath the huntress glowed and then it exploded, destroying some parts of the roof.

The huntress back-flips out and she telekinetically manipulated the debris of the rooftop to form a large spear, which she fires it at the aircraft.

The woman in red just fires blasts after blasts of flames to destroy the spear, it was destroyed but it quickly reforms.

Roman saw the whole scene and he made the aircraft lean, the spear then hits the Bullhead.

The huntress waves her wand around and the debris separates and reshapes to form multiple spears that encircled that aircraft, but the woman in red summons some several flaming and glowing runic rings around herself.

The rings expanded and it incinerated the spears.

Ruby and Jin quickly decided to help.

Ruby changed her weapon into a gun while Jin just reached into his pockets and took out a lien coin.

Ruby started firing some bullets, to which the woman in red easily blocks all of it with her bare hands.

"Tch!"

Ruby was annoyed that her attacks didn't do anything and she looked at her brother.

Jin was just smiling as he flipped the coin. Red lightning was now crackling around his body.

Seeing this, Ruby's eyes got bigger and her mouth opened wide in shock.

The actions of her twin can only mean one thing.....

'Is he really gonna do that move here?!'

He was gonna do one of his strongest attacks.
