Zhou Hanyou stared dazedly at the sight. This was the first time she had seen someone break through her ice wall through sheer physical strength. 'Just what kind of freak is he!'
As he got closer and closer, a dangerous thought also appeared in her mind. 'Do we really have to do that to win the match? Hai..'

A strange energy emanated from their bodies. Zhou Tian'er's first soul ring lit up as she raised her hand. Vines appeared from beneath the two sisters, wrapping around their legs and waist before rapidly dragging them backwards, instantly opening a wide gap between them and Tang Wulin and Gloxinia.
Tang Wulin reacted without thinking; Bluesilver Grass shot out as he activated Bind and charged ahead whilst Gloxinia followed behind.
On the other side, Wang Dongqi had reached Gu Yue.
Gu Yue met her straight on with a fireball mixed with ice elements, planning to end it in one move!
Rather than retreating, Wang Dongqi stepped forward to welcome him with a newly manifested sword in hand.
Silver lightning ran in jagged lines along the length of the sword's violet blade, enshrouding it with an aura of magnificence.
A simple slash of her sword sent a bolt of silver lightning at Gu Yue's attack!
As the lightning and fire and ice ball met, sounds of friction appeared before both attacks went up into smokes, being negated!
Unlike Wu Zhangkong's Skyfrost Sword, Wang Dongqi's Thunderflash Sword used soul power to enhance its lightning-attribute soul skills rather than the sword itself.
She raised her Thunderflash Sword high into the air, calling down a storm of lightning snakes around her.
This was her second soul skill, Chaotic Dance of the Silver Snakes.
Wang Dongqi looked down upon Gu Yue. Although she had two rings at the young age of ten, she felt she couldn't possibly compare with her. Three rings and two rings had a major difference, as vast as heaven and earth!
She had decided to use Chaotic Dance of the Silver Snakes the moment Gu Yue had moved against her since this soul skill had a lot of versatility and could even restrain other soul masters.
Not only did lightning have explosive power, its paralysis effect could cripple the speed of a soul master.
The lightning blossomed into a flower of silver light that instantly swallowed Gu Yue.

However, Gu Yue cared not about this, as she quickly turned around and coldly gazed at Bai Yun'er who was heading her way.
The ice shards thrown by Bai Yun'er had arrived by now. However, Gu Yue simply flashed silver and her figure was gone once more!
With their target gone, the ice shards stabbed into the arena. Some of the ones farther from the main group even hit Wang Dongqi, causing a terrified expression to appear on her face!
However, instead of the ice shards cracking the ice and cracking Wang Dongqi herself in the process, it was almost as if the ice where the ice shards had hit were eaten!
This was a characteristic of Bai Yun'er's martial soul!
Actually, although her martial soul was the Ice Dragon, it was actually a variant type martial soul. The reason being quite simple, her mother had the rogue dragon martial soul while her father had the Ice Sprite martial soul, hers was just a combination of the two.
Thus, as a combination, it similarly had some of the characteristics of the rogue dragon, which included the Annihilation element, which annihilated all other elements other than ultimate ones!

Author's Note: Okay, the 'skysea alliance tournament' titles end next chapter.. Honestly, this chapter was pretty mid but I didn't want to leave any plot holes so I had to cover Gu Yue's fight aswell.. Anyway, I hope y'all enjoy it.
