1 The Escape
-Year 1800-
"He's in the room!" Someone shout at to the fellow soldiers outside.
"Get them!" All the soldiers run to the direcation told.
-Inside Somewhere in a castle-
"Your Majetic, how could this happen?" ask the wife of the man in front of her.
"My Queen i am sorry but I was betrayed by my most trusted person." The King said while embracing his wife.
"I see.. I believe this is the last moments together." The Queen said as tears stream down.
"I am sorry." The King stroke his wife face and wiping the tears that fall.
"Then let us say some lasts words before they come, I'll go first." The queen close her eyes lifting one hand to hold the king's hand on her check and the other wrap around her stomach.
"I love you and our unborn child. I hope that in our next life we can be together once again as a family in peace and harmony. I wish we had more time together.... Because the time we spent to learn to love each other was long and hard... Until we find the sincere love we had for one another which was short and about to end. I don't resent those hard times.... Because without those we would not have a strong love, we have today. So now I thank you for marrying me and loving me. I hope in our next life we can be together longer."
And so with every long pause tears fall, as she speaks, her words full of love, sadness, and sincerity. Though her eyes never left her lover's eyes and her hand over his was never let go nor was the other around her stomach stop rubbing.
"I am very happy to hear the news of our child but sad, because I won't see the beautiful face of his. And I agree that our time we spent together was short and long but I to don't resent those hard time because I love you so dearly, I to whole we can live as one whole family in the next life with peace and love. Though I want you and our child to live, so please escape and get somewhere safe. I Love You. Goodbye."
As The King said his last words to his wife, he kiss her lips and stomach. Hearing footsteps coming near them, he push her into the hidden escape room.
"No you have to come with us!" she sobs but she knew he can't.
"I love the both of you, I hope the child becomes strong and get back his rights." He says as he closes the door, but not completely just a tiny crack open.
BAM!
"WE FOUND HIM! WE HAVE TO KILL HIM NOW!"
Before he could close the door tight the enemy storm in.
"LEAVE NOW" He shouts at his wife, as he took out his sword to fight them off to give her time to run away.
The Queen runs down the path into the dark corner to where she can still see what was going on, but no one can see her, She wanted to be near the king even in his last moment.
The King looks in the direaction of the door and see that she is gone. He smile as tears fall down, then someone cuts the back of his legs. Though he still smile and thought "at least I was able to protect them in my lasts moments."
The Queen sobs quitely, as she turns around and run for her life. All she had in mind is to live for her and the child stack. She run until the end of the path. She stop and look around to see if anyone was there. She sees someone looks like a guard with a horse. She looks around for something to defend herself. Her eyes landed on a brick near her, so she grab the brick and slowly walk towards him without making a sound. As she was about to hit the guard head, he turn around. The Queen froze, her eyes was shaking.
"Please let me go. I have to live." She plead the guard, as she put the brick down and look down her stomach.
The Guard follow her gaze, he knew what she was protecting, so he thought of letting her go because he didn't wanted this civil war nor did he want the person who started this war to be king forever. Also it was mostly the sad and despised eyes she had that he felt sympathy for her, so he pull his horse and guide it in front of her.
"Are you really letting me go?" she was thankful, but still question him because of unsure if he was playing her or not. Though the Guard nodded and said,
"I don't want this country to live in disperse for long." As he help her on the horse and dismiss her.
"THANK YOU! I'LL NEVER FORGET THIS." She shouts leaving.
She escape with the horse but once she gets twenty feet away from the castle, someone spots her.
"LOOK SOMEONE IS ECSAPING SHOOT THEM!" the person draws his arrow and shoot towards her. She looks back to dodge the arrow. the person sees the it didn't hit her, so he sginal for others to aim after her. She when saw many people aiming at her, so she picks up the pace of the horse. She looks to see the she miss all the arrows but one that hit her left leg. She leans down on to the horse, as if she is laying on it making it look like they got her and killed her. Once the attackers saw that they got her they cheered, and left.
1 mile
Once she got a mile away and saw that she was nowhere near the castle or any attackers, she got up and sat right on the horse. She relax a little but still tense because she still scared. she looks down at her leg. Her leg is basically covered in blood, and the pain from the arrow was driving her mad. So she pulled the arrow out, once the arrow was out she cried in pain regeting her desision a little. She wanted to stop and treat her leg but she knew she could not because it was safer to keep going until at least another mile or so.
Three Days Later
It have been a long journey, and the Queen lose the color of her skin, she is starving and thirsty. The horse drop done to the ground, while the Queen laid on top of the horse.
"Is this it? Is My child going to die?... Please dear Gods and Goddess please let this child in my stoamch live, and just take me."
LEAVES CRACKLING
"Whose there? Please help me." She reach her hand out to where the sound was coming from. The Stranger hold her hand and gentle stroke it. When a light beam started coming out from the ground and that was the lasting she remember before fainting.
