1 1st The Writing Secret

Dark Dark was sitting in the studio and writing concentrated. A young, beautiful girl with long, wavy, purple hair and purple eyes called Menace was standing behind him and asked curious: "What are you writing?"

He answered a little shorttaken:"Oh, you know, I never tell anyone before I'm finished. Just like when you are drawing." "But I know how proud you are normally and you wanna tell everyone", she said trying to tease him a little. He looks at her confused and disparaging:"Proud? As if I was ever proud of something I did" and turned back to his sheet.

Menace continued:"Oh yeah. You just think it's shitty every time." "Yeah, that's me", he agreed.

"But you know it never is, right?", she asked and seamed a little concerned. "I'm not that confident", Dark Dark replied. Thoughtful she looked over his shoulder again and said:"can I still see it?" He sighed, shook his head and put the sheet away.

"You wanna play some music with me then?", she asked. Dark Dark looked back at her while running a hand through his black hair:"But I play drums." "Yeah, I know and I play piano", she answered. He nodded and got up, heading to the back of the studio. Menace followed him.

A young, handsome guy with light blond hair and colorful eyes called Fade was sitting in the back, staring at his bass. A little confused Menace looked at him and asked "What you doing?" Fade woke up out of his thoughts and stammered "Eh... I was just... thinking". "You wanna play with us?", Dark Dark said and sat down to the drums, picking up his sticks.

Fade nodded and started playing bass. Menace smiled and ran to the piano, hitting the keys. They played some random sounds and had fun.

After a while, a short, young girl with long pink hair and pink eyes with the sweet name Sugar came into the studio and everyone went quiet. "Dinner is ready!", she shouted happily and left again. Dark Dark was wondering what they will eat and followed Fade and Menace into the big kitchen.

At the huge stone table in the kitchen there already sat eight people. Frosty with her short light purple hair looked bored, impatient and villainous as always, Care and July waited with a smile, Thrill, Trick and Saturday were quite neutral looking, Numb hid his blond head with his face down laying on the table and Young Blood was watching Phoenix who handed out plates. Cherry Blossom was late as usual.

Sugar got to the stove, put the big pan with yummy pancakes on the table and sat down next to Dark Dark and Menace. Fade took place next to his best friend Numb and carefully put his hand on his back. He slowly raised his head and looked at the others who already got some pancakes on their plates.

Frosty reached for the ice cream and put a big portion of it on top of her cakes. July and Trick got some blueberry jam on their plates. "Don't start without me!", Cherry Blossom called and squeezed herself between Menace and Phoenix, who looked at her uncomprehending.

"Why are you always late?", Phoenix asked. "You know, I'm busy", she replied. Phoenix rolled her eyes and took some pancakes. After everyone had their food, all started eating.

Numb turned to Care and requested: "Did you talked to your brother and gave him some pancakes?" He answered after swallowing his bite: "yeah, don't worry about him, he's fine."

"He never is fine", Numb mumbled, still was concerned and planned on visiting him later. Care probably didn't even knew if he really ate something. He started to hang out with July more lately and seamed to spend less and less time with his brother. At least July is happy about having a new friend.

Thrill accidently got some jam from his plate on the table and Saturday looked at him disrespectful. "Are you really 18 ? Cause you can't eat", he said but Trick interrupted him with "don't be rude" and continued chewing.

Fade touched Dark Darks shoulder and said: "You were writing something back in the studio didn't you?" Dark Dark sighed and replied "and you were staring at your bass, didn't you?" Fade rolled his eyes and tried to hide a smile. "I know you are up to something too", he went on.
