Given another chance?

When we die our bodies and souls are recycled to create new life, and that goes for both the mortal races and the deities of the divine circle. When a mortal dies their bodies return to nature and their souls are collected to be reborn as little babies. But when a deity dies they just...fade away. Leaving nothing behind except memories made with their peers. "How can a deity die?" You might ask yourself. Well, it's simple, Deities gather their power from their followers, but when there are none, they cease to exist. I only have a few hundred years left and I want to leave a mark on the mortal world...I've heard stories from my peers about choosing a champion to fight in their name and ignite great change in the world...hmmm maybe....just maybe.
