29 Pimple

He walked to the dining table, pulling the chair slowly. He took two plates, one for Meghan and one for his. He took two pieces of bread, put into the toaster. He then went to make some coffee.

After he satisfied with the breakfast, he walked to her room, smiling happily.

"Good morning, sunshine. Wake up…" his words trailed off to see her room already clear, so empty. He sighed, walking back to the kitchen. How could he forget that Meghan already moves out?

He stirred the coffee slowly, looking at the plate, the one Meghan suppose to use. He sighed heavily, remembering one funny morning when she was still living there.

~flashback~

He was making breakfast when he heard yelling coming from her room. Then, she ran to him, already crying.

"What is it? What's wrong?" he asked, gently wiping the tears on her cheeks. Still sobbing, she pointed to a pimple on top of her nose. He tried not to laugh.

"What should I do? I have photo shooting in few hours…" she cried. He swallowed the laugh, quickly hugging her, stroking her back to soothe her down.

"Shh… it's just a pimple. Not a big deal," he said soothingly. She pulled back from him, crying even louder.

"Not a big deal? I use my face and my body to gain money and you say not a big deal?" He chuckled, brushing the tears away.

"You can use make-up, right? This is just a small matter. Come, have some coffee and then I will help you solve the problem," he said, pouring a cup of steamy hot coffee into her mug, giving to her. Sobbing, she sipped a little before putting back onto the table.

She showed him all the make-up she has. He looked at the compact powder, the brown liquid in a very tiny tube and other weird things.

"What is this?" he asked, showing her the tube. She smiled, already stop her crying.

"A foundation," she replied.

"Hmm… use this one to cover your pimple," he suggested. She obeyed him, dabbing some onto her pimple. He frowned.

"Hmm… add with this… and this… and this…" he gave her more make-up to put. At last, she looked like she was wearing a mask. He laughed.

"Vic…" she sobbed again.

"Okay… okay… go wash back. I will think of something," he promised, gently pushing her to the bathroom.

~End of flashback~

He sighed, finishing all the food before lying back onto his bed, closing his eyes. His hand automatically held a pillow, pulling close to him. He sniffed, smelling Meghan's scent but it almost disappears now. He sighed heavily.

"Meghan…" he murmured sadly.
