26 He is not yours anymore

She yawned, walking slowly to the kitchen. Then, her phone rang. She quickly ran to answer it.

"Hello," she said gently.

"Good morning, Meghan. Have you had your breakfast yet?" She giggled.

"Not yet. Hmm… you want to treat me?" she asked seductively. She could hear him laughing.

"Of course. So, I pick you up…"

"No need. We just meet in Chelsea Hotel in half an hour, okay?" she suggested.

"Okay, meet you there. Bye." She groaned slowly, putting back the phone onto the table.

"Who is that?" Vic asked, putting down the newspaper. Meghan frowned to see him just lazing around.

"Why don't you go to work today?" she asked weirdly. He chuckled.

"Today is Sunday," he replied. She nodded dumbly before walking to her room.

"Meghan, where are you going?" he asked when she walking out from the room, looking so sexy. She smiled.

"I'm going to have my breakfast," she replied.

"But I've already made you some breakfast," he said, pointing to the kitchen. She chuckled.

"I'm not a little girl anymore, Vic that you have to look around. I've grown up already," she said, patting his head. Then, she walked out of the house, leaving him sighing heavily.

"Why everything changes? She's not the girl I knew any more," he murmured slowly. He sighed, walking back to the couch.

..........................................

Meghan looked at the hotel, sighing heavily. She hated to have breakfast outside, especially when Vic already made her something delicious.

"Meghan, remember. He is not yours anymore. You have to make some distance so he won't feel that bad when you move out," she said to herself. Taking a deep breath, she began to walk into the building, to the restaurant, bringing along her broken heart.
