14 Nature, Lesson, and Warning

Spectre POV: 

'Okay this is weird. I am about to do something that should disgust me to no end, but I feel totally at peace? I mean part of my mentality is definitely against this plan, and leads me to think I should feel horrible for even thinking about it, but then there is this deep feeling all the way to my core, that just feels overwhelmed by peace and just pure joy for what I am about to do. As if it was the most normal thing, a part of my very nature, and answer to any given situation..., I guess the old Oblivion is not totally gone, is he? Hehe.' I say in my mind, as I finish my thoughts with an amused and slightly perplexed chuckle.

As I was already given permission by Infinity and Eternity to enter their main universe, I directly entered through the Mirror Dimension. It's funny how the heroes, think they need to summon me, but I am already here. Listening and planning what to do to teach them a lesson. 

As Doctor Strange starts the summoning, I transform into a shadow version of myself, and slip out of the Mirror Dimension and into their reality. I start to circle under them and move through the top of the roof of the Baxter building. Some heroes seem to have noticed me, especially the instinctual, and magically inclined ones.

After a few rounds of weaving through the heroes, and after Doctor Strange finished the so-called summoning. I appeared completing the symbol of the Ouroboros dragon, on the Baxter building roof as a shadow. From the head of the shadow, I start to rise and materialize once more in the mortal realm.

Everyone, including the ones who saw me in person or through that recording before, were shocked speechless, which was better for me, as I wanted to talk to Reed without interference anyway.

"Reed Richards, I see you have kept your part of the bargain, so I too shall keep my promise. Now I grant unto you a choice. You can choose whether I erase your wife, and unborn child or I can erase your Illuminati group, that clearly does not have any form of accountability."

Time seemed to have stopped, nobody dared to even breathe as they all looked at Mister Fantastic with ashen looks on their faces. Johnny Immediately snapped out of his shock and wanted to intervene, but to spare myself from the hurt and possible cracking of the persona I was portraying, as well as to satisfy that desire that had been building up ever since Reed and the guys showed up in the Negative Zone. I proceeded to erase him before he could voice his first complaint. Following him I erased Ben, Wanda Maximoff, and Bruce Banner as they were all victims that should not be put through what is about to happen, there were definitely more victims, or people who were not bad like the spider people, but they all had their own lessons to learn as well.

As that happened, and everyone seemed at a loss, torn between attacking or staying still, knowing full well, they could do nothing against me. I voiced my displeasure to Reed, "This is a conversation between him and me, no one is to interfere. However, if you take too long to answer, I might just make that decision for you, Reed..." 

Saying that appeared to make him wake up from what seemed like a nightmare. His face was drained of color, and he somehow seemed paler than Lady Death herself at this moment. He kept looking around, looking at the pleading faces of his friends, and while sobbing and letting out near silent tears, he looked at me, and I mean really looked at me..., with fear, anger no with hatred, and the slightest traces of some form of hope for forgiveness, and mercy. Sadly for him, I was fresh out of mercy.

"I will make that decision for you in 3..."

Desperately he opened his mouth to speak, "CAN'T WE TALK ABOUT THIS?!"

"PLEASE! We can work something out!?"

With tears clearly falling from his eyes, and undisguised fury, though at this point, it seemed more so at himself than me, who was clearly a force of the cosmos he should never have messed with, even by accident. he said, his voice cracking while he uttered the words through sobs.

"MY WIFE!!! ERASE MY WIFE, AND LET THE ILLUMINATI GO!" 

The Illuminati collectively breathed a sigh of relief, but everyone had a bad taste in their mouths, as they processed the situation, and the decision Reed took.

"As you wish." and just like that, the pregnant Susan Storm, ceased to exist. Honestly, I was very thankful he was such a moron, otherwise I probably would have still erased her, so she didn't accidentally get involved in what was about to happen.

Reed was looking at me like a broken man, who had lost everything, and it was all his fault. Which honestly it was. Seeing him broken like that, I was satisfied that he seemed to have learned his lesson, and was properly traumatized, just like I promised Infinity and Eternity he would be.

Now to deal with the rest of these scum in human clothing. "Charles Xavier, you are probably the man that most disgusts me out of everyone present here. The birth of the Dark Phoenix is almost always your fault, Onslaught is almost completely your fault, so many problems with the X-Men, and others are also your fault. Your track record for causing problems is rivaled only by Reed Richards himself, and he has a title that forces him into those situations, so what is your excuse?"

Having his eyes widened, completely unprepared, Professor X stammered out. "I apologize, b-but I admit that I do not n-know what you speak off, is there something I can do to fix this opinion you have of me?"

"Yes, remain sane through this, and all will be forgotten." As I finished speaking, I threw the same Darkness Lost move I used on Odin, sound barrier and everything, at Charles, and chose my next target. Stephen Strange.

"Honestly Strange, you are part of the chaotic trio. It is Reed, Charles, and you. When all three of you get together and have any form of decision-making power in a universe, that universe is usually on the right track for destruction. The only reason this universe is different is that my siblings are actively orchestrating events to maintain this world safe, sadly for you, they gave me free reign to discipline you all."

Having finished that, I temporarily negated the blessing Strange had received from the Vishanti's Master Blessing, and put him in the same Darkness Lost field with Xavier.

I proceeded to turn to the rest of the heroes and punished them according to what they deserved and lectured each specifically on what they were lacking. For spiderman it was something like almost always going along with other's choices, thus causing a lot of people harm, especially when following Earth 616 Ironman, the guy is a menace.

After that I erased all of their temporal sense to some degree, making them feel like they were there for a long time, when in reality only a few minutes passed outside.

Having had enough of traumatizing the renegade heroes of Earth 616, I freed everyone from their personalized lessons, and restored their sense of time.

Everyone jolted as if woken up from a nightmare and were perplexed to notice everyone else was fine. At least physically.

At that, I smiled lightly at them, and restored, Johnny, Ben, Wanda, Bruce, and the pregnant Susan. They seemed lost and confused, especially Johnny that was about to scream at me when he noticed his sister right in front of him, looking at Reed, who had a dead look on his face, as if he were dead, but his body didn't know it yet.

Concerned, Susan walked up to him and spoke. "Baby, are you okay? I was resting and then I was standing here, and you look like you just went through hell. Did the helper Johnny mentioned make it here yet-?" 

It was at that moment that she noticed all the heroes looking at them, and then she saw me, and was very confused, and just a little bit scared, before saying, "Um, did you summon some kind of eldritch monster in one of your experiments again?"

That was all I could take, before I burst into laughter.

"Pft! I can't, I'm sorry, but wow. You definitely know your husband. Yes, that is exactly what he did."

At that Reed finally seemed to notice Susan hugging him and talking to him. His eyes widened in disbelief, and the faintest amount of light could be seen in his eyes once more. "Susan, b-but, how?" he said in a soft defeated voice, as tears appeared in corners of his eyes.

"I can answer that. You see, I never meant to take away your wife or friends in the first place. But I could not think of anything else to teach you a lesson of what normally happens but on a universal scale when another Reed messes up. Do remember, that the Prime Earth can be changed by the Abstracts through voting, and the moment that happens and you mess up, there will not be an Infinity or Eternity or forgiving entity such as myself to clean up after you.

The direction this Earth or universe is going is leaving more and more to be desired, by the day, and someday The Living Tribunal or another Abstract will have enough, who will save you then?

Besides, as horrible as it may seem to you, erasure is actually one of the most merciful states of being I can grant to someone. They will not feel pain, and I am free to bring them back into existence whenever I want. The best part is that to them, it would be like blinking. One second you are here, the next you are here again, no in between, just a strange sensation, as if you had traveled through time. Besides that strange sensation that lasts for about 5 seconds, there are no other side effects.

Now for the real reason all of us are gathered here today." As I said that everyone seemed to understand, that I was being harsh because I had to, or someone like Reed would never learn otherwise, and they paid close attention to my next words.

"For this opportunity to visit the main Earth and play this more serious than usual prank on you, as well as to experience a developed universe for myself through cosmic awareness while inside said universe. I had to promise three things to Infinity and Eternity. The first being a lesson specifically for you, and also everyone else here. So would you say my methods worked to bring the message across to even your thick skull Reed?"

Reed answered immediately as if scared I would do it again. "It most certainly did, I swear to never work on anything without strict supervision, from someone outside the Illuminati that also know their stuff."

Nodding satisfied I replied to his vow. "Good, just in case though, I will link your matter, to Susan's direct dog commands..., and done, now she has full control while executing those commands, and let me make a notebook that will only react to her and be connected to you as well, now whatever rules she writes in that notebook must be followed by you. Alright Susan say the phrase, Down Boy!"

In bewilderment at apparently having been erased and brought back, she nodded her head and said the magic words, "Down Boy!" and Reed proceeded to slam against the floor. "Wow, this is going to be SOOO useful." She said while smiling brightly.

"Just in case, you will have to be in your right mind for that to work, in other words you cannot command him or write rules while brainwashed, mind controlled, crazy, etc.

Now the second thing I promised them, was to end the Skrulls on Earth and warn you of their invasion, so that the Earth may not be too weakened for the next challenge." As I said that everyone was stunned, especially Nick Fury, who was sweating buckets. So, I once again located every Skrull, except this time only on earth, and spared two, which I teleported in front of myself and therefore the heroes, and proceeded to make 3.5 nanograms of antimatter appear in the brain and heart of the rest of the Skrulls on Earth, and made a nothingness field around them to not accidentally hurt anyone else in their surroundings. They all, save the two I spared, proceeded to explode, and die.

"Alright the third condition was to lecture you all to my heart's content so let's get started. Reed, well you are done. Charles, see a therapist, and send all your kids to a REAL therapist that will not mind break them, also stop abusing your powers. Strange follow the rules and you will not have any problems. Ironman, Ant/Giant man NEVER EVER under any circumstances work on AI, PERIOD! 

Spiderman and co. follow your guts and instincts, do not let others manipulate you. Now to the ones I was asked to take special care of. Bruce, I will reserve you for last, as this will change your life. Wanda, here." As I said that I erased all the mental problems she had, and strengthened her control over herself and magic, while leaving directions imprinted in her mind to maintain sanity, and control over her powers.

"Susan, I will heal you right now..., and done, your body has been adapted to cosmic energies perfectly, and will never be destabilized by them. You will also become by far the strongest member of the fantastic four power wise, so use that power responsibly. Also, your son is not a mutant, he has just been tainted from birth with the cosmic energies of both of your bodies, that was what caused all the instability.

I altered his DNA slightly, not in looks or anything, just the parts about adaptability, and control, essentially his powers are biologically sealed now, and will take conscious effort on his part to unseal them. The best part is that it will still be unsealed gradually, and unless he can perfectly control what he already has, he will not have access to more of his power."

Realizing that meant their child must have been disastrously powerful, or this Cosmic Entity would not have brought it up. Both Susan and Reed were very thankful to him. Especially Reed, who realized that he would have just unleashed all that power and potential the moment he stabilized his wife with that element. Now he had an even colder sweat running down his back, he had to admit, he really was stupid at times.

"Now about mutants..., Done all mutants now and in the future, will have full control over the effects their mutations cause on their bodies. Meaning, no more monster looking mutants unless they want to look like monsters. Also, your real enemies are Sublime, and Essex, look up those two people, they are the enemy of all of humanity not just mutants.

Especially Sublime and the only ones completely immune to him, are mutants, so he has been brainwashing humanity for literally millennia to make all mutants go extinct and then have full control over the human race. Thus, I highly suggest all of you heroes here work together to bring him down. Especially you X-Men, and Brotherhood. 

Sentry, see a therapist, a really good one too. Now Bruce, I will need to speak to the green guy." I said with a visible smile on my golden appendages.

He hesitated, but knew he didn't have much choice, and that I would bring him out myself if he didn't comply so, he did. After making sure the Hulk was in control and not raging, I began my speech.

"Hulk, you are a wonderful guy, and I know you feel alone and hated, but I know of a place, where you can be happy." Looking at me in disbelief the Hulk listened to me some more. "If you go to planet Sakaar, you will have difficulties and challenges, but if you are true to yourself, you will eventually find happiness, a wife and kids." At this the Hulk's eyes widened to saucers, and his jaw dropped, so did everyone else who heard this.

"But if you do not want to lose all of that, you will need to kill an alien named Miek, as he will try to befriend you, but ends up betraying you. So, remember the name Miek, when someone by that name tries to befriend you, kill them, and you will have a family to call your own, buddy."

At that Hulk eyes shined in determination, and he nodded excitedly.
