6 Spirit of Vengeance.

(A/N: Real chapter this time)

''Sinner!'' Ghost Rider said while pointing his skeleton-like finger towards James.

James cracked his knuckles, ''What the fuck are you?''

Cullens looked with shock-filled gazes towards Ghost Rider.

''I am... The Vengeance!'' Ghost Rider said with a bone-chilling voice.

Laurent turned towards Cullens and bowed, ''Help us to defeat this monster!''

James snorted, ''I don't need help! I have never seen a monster like this before. I bet that hunting him will be exciting!''

Laurent glared at him, ''He is made of fire!''

''Doesn't matter as long as the fire won't hit me,'' James said and started taking steps forwards, his sadistic grin visible on his face.

''James! Don't!'' Victoria cried out.

James didn't listen; instead, he sped up and appeared in front of Ghost Rider and punched him in the gut.

''RAA!'' Ghost Rider was sent flying towards the nearby forest, destroying dozens of trees in the process.

''Hmph.'' James snorted, ''Not that tough.''

Laurent sighed a breath of relief.

But Victoria was retreating more and more.

*BOOM!*

The forest where Ghost Rider was sent flying to was set in flames!

*Crrkkk*

Sound of fire crackling was heard and from the sea of fire... A man with a flaming skull appeared.

''RAAAAAAAA!'' Ghost Rider menacingly screamed.

Ghost Rider looked towards James; his eye sockets had a golden flame, burning brighter than ever before.

''Carlisle, what should we do?'' Edythe asked.

All of the Cullens turned their heads towards Carlisle.

Laurent as well, he started pleading, ''Let's work together! This monster is our natural enemy!''

Carlisle was looking conflicted.

Alice looked at the Ghost Rider and also at the motorcycle, which had some similarities with certain someone.

Ghost Rider left the flaming forest, his every step making grass underneath him set in flames.

James again sped up, appeared in front of Ghost Rider, and punched him in the gut once again!

But this time, Ghost Rider was only sent sliding a few meters.

James wasn't done and punched him in the gut again, which seems the only place where there wasn't fire.

But this time, Ghost Rider didn't even flinch.

James looked shocked, but then Ghost Rider caught his arm.

''ARGGHHH!'' James cried out, his arm slowly changing colors, from pale white to charred black.

''Scream more! Scream until the screams of innocent have been silenced by your screams!'' Ghost Rider roared and lifted James with inhuman strength.

Ghost Rider swung James around him like a rag doll and threw him towards Laurent.

Laurent widened his eyes, but then James' body crashed with him, and they both were sent flying towards Victoria.

Both of them landed in front of Victoria.

Victoria couldn't fight against her instincts anymore; she turned around and started running towards the dark forest.

Ghost Rider started walking towards them; his every step echoed in the forest.

His every step is like a countdown to death!

Cullens retreated closer towards their house.

Ghost Rider turned his flaming skull towards them and glared at Jasper.

He pointed his skeleton finger at him, ''I am keeping an eye on you!''

Jasper slightly trembled when the flaming monster looked at him; it felt like he could have died in a second if the flaming monster wanted to.

Edythe stood in front of Jasper protectively, same with other Cullens; they prepared for the worst.

But Ghost Rider turned his flaming skull and started strolling towards James and Laurent.

James stood up angrily.

His right arm was burning, slowly turning into ashes, and crumpling apart.

''W-Where is Victoria?'' Laurent stood up and looked around.

James looked behind and didn't see Victoria, he was shocked, ''Victoria..?''

*STEP*

The earth trembled from a single step.

James slowly turned his head and was face to face with a flaming skull.

*Grab*

Ghost Rider grabbed James from his neck and lifted him.

''ARGGHH!'' James cried out; his neck was burning from Ghost Rider's touch.

His neck was slowly turning from pale white to black, and his face started slowly crumbling like a marble statue.

''NOO! MERCY!'' James cried out in agony.

''I am all out of mercy!'' Ghost Rider pulled James closer and stared at his eyes.

James tried to struggle out of Ghost Rider's hold but was not successful.

''Look into my eyes; your soul is stained by the blood of the innocent; feel their pain!''

James' eyes were locked with Ghost Rider's eye sockets, and there he saw small golden flames flickering.

''Ah... AHHHH!'' James cried in agony; he started feeling every innocent human he had killed.

He felt their fear, their pain, their hate, their anger, and the feelings they had moments before James sank his fangs on their flesh.

''AHHHHH...!'' James let out a final despairing scream, his previous blood red eyes turned into black, and his face crumpled apart.

James' corpse fell to the ground; the rest of his body was lit in flames, slowly burning rest of his body.

''A-Ah!'' Laurent fell on the ground on his butt.

Ghost Rider turned his flaming skull towards Laurent.

''N-No!'' Laurent stood up and started running away in hopes of being faster than the monster.

But before he could even take a second step, someone powerful grabbed him from his jacket and threw him to the ground.

Laurent turned his shock-filled gaze towards the man with a flaming skull.

''P-Please!'' Laurent pleaded.

Ghost Rider grabbed him from his collar and lifted him, "Now, we teach you the meaning of pain."

''Look into my eyes; this is the pain you deserve!''

Laurent unwillingly gazed at Ghost Rider's flaming eyes.

''AAAAHHHHHHHH!'' He cried out in despair, he didn't have as much sin as James did, but the pain was close to the same.

Soon Laurent's eyes turned similar black, his dark-skinned skin became charred black.

Slowly his body started fading away into ashes.

''Hmph.'' Ghost Rider threw Laurent's corpse away like a pile of trash.

Ghost Rider turned around and reached his flaming motorcycle.

He sat down on it and gazed at Cullens; his gaze made them flinch.

"The Spirit of Vengeance rides this night!''

Ghost Rider then turned his gaze towards the dark forest where Victoria went.

Her scent of sins is still clear, and he can smell her miles away!

"Run, sinners. Vengeance comes for you all!''

*VROOM!*

After those words, Ghost Rider started driving towards the dark forest, only leaving behind a blazing trail and shocked Cullens.

A/N: I don't know why but I had sudden inspiration of making Speedster fanfic, not now of course, but in the future. I feel like there aren't any good ones, in my opinion.
