1 THE EMPTINESS WHICH HAS SURROUNDED ELYANA

"Mrs. Isolde, these are all the drafts which I have finished for our new project. "

Mrs. Isolde took the file from the girl who is standing in front of her with a sick face and said to her with a little bit worried voice "Elyana, I think that you should go home now. You have worked hard these days without getting any proper sleep.So, go home and take a rest for a few days. You seems to have become so weak without having any proper rest. "

Elyana Valente who was also not feeling well immediately agreed with the suggestion of mrs. Isolde and get readied to leave the office while carrying her all stuffs with the both of her hands.

Elyana has rented a small place to live near her workplace with one of her friends because it would save her both money and the time. So, She could able to easily reach her place within ten minutes by foot.

Elyana who reached her rented place, put all the stuffs on the floor and started to open the door with the key. After opening the door, she entered the living room with her all stuff.

She put all the stuff on her table and looked at the empty space around her. Elyana's friend is working at night until the morning and Elyana is working till the morning to night. So, she and her friend are like day and night. They would interact with each other very rarely.

Everytime, Elyana came back from her work, she would feel this emptiness in her life. She doesn't have anyone to wait for her when she comes back from her work unlike the other young people around her age.

Other young people's parents would welcome their children with love when they are coming back from work. Those parents would ask their children that if they are doing well at their work . They would cook delicious meals for their kids and they would look after them when they are sick.

Elyana is really envious about all of these parents and their kids because she didn't ever get the chance to experience any of these things since she was a 5 year old kid. She could only look at them with envy.

Elyana Valente is 25 years old to this year and she is a orphan since her birth. She was raised in a orphanage by mrs. Agatha who is the dean of the orphanage. If it wasn't mrs. Agatha, she would have been already dead.

Mrs. Agatha is a really kind woman and she looked after all the kids in the orphanage well. Because of her, Elyana got the chance to study at a kindergarten to a highschool. After that, Elyana got a scholarship to attend to a fashion designing course in her own country.

Then, she got her degree in fashion designing and following that, she started to work in her current workplace. She is still a newbie to this field.

Elyana is really grateful towards mrs. Agatha for all of these things.

Now, Elyana has everything. She has her own life. But she still felt this indescribable loneliness and emptiness in her life everyday when she always comes back from her work.

Since she was a 5 years old kid , she didn't wish for delicious foods, beautiful dolls , sweets or any other things . Even now as an adult, she just want to have a place to live and something to fill her stomach.

But as a child , she wished to have a closest person to love her with their whole soul.

A person who will stay with her all the time, in her pain and in her happiness.

A person who will willing to give up his life in any kind of life death situation for her. Eventhough she would never let it happen.

A person who will like her weaknesses too.

A person who she can show her weak side too.

A person who will spoiled her once in a while.

A person who will not expect anything back from her and only willing to give her.

In short, Elyana wanted true love from someone around her.

Small Elyana prayed every day for all these wishes to come true before she was going to sleep. She was taught by her kindergarten teacher to pray like this every day and her teacher told her that eventually her all wishes will come true.

But 25 year old Elyana knows that this way is not going to work. Reality is more cruel than a child's imagination. But despite that, she is still praying every day for all these in her heart before she was going to sleep.

Even if she is a grown up now, she still have these wishes deep down in her heart.

With all kind of thoughts in her head , Elyana headed towards the bathroom to take a shower.

After few minutes, she came out of the shower while wiping her hair with a towel and she was going to head towards her room to lie down for awhile but before she reached there, she looked at the messy living room.

Her friend really knows how to make trouble for her.

Elyana sighed and started to clean up and sort the things in the living room in a fast pace.

While cleaning around the living room, Elyana noticed a book lying on a one corner of the sofa. She took the book in her hand and checked what it was. It doesn't belong to her. So, it must be her friend's.

It seems to be a story book. Her friend is extremely addicted to novels. She would finish many books in a one week. When she comes back, there would be atleast one new book lying around the living room.

Sometimes, Elyana would also read them when she has time to read them. Sometimes, she would read them even without having a free time , if the book seems to be interesting. Out of this habit, Elyana picked up the book and checked what was the title of the book.

It was written ' The destiny of Land Alcazar ' with big glittering letters on the surface of the book cover.
