59 New Limits

"That was amazing! I can control the air so easily and I'm not even feeling tired. I guess my previous low stats were holding me back."

"Now, let's try other states or matter."

Silas closed his eyes as he tried to feel the liquid matter around him.

It didn't take before Silas felt himself standing on a huge body of water and his body becoming moist.

Feeling this, he subconsciously stretched out his hand as he tried to control the huge body of water.

Slowly, he felt it respond to him as the surface of the water started vibrating, and a huge ball of water rose up and started floating in the air.

Silas opened his eyes and what came into his view was a massive ball of water floating above the island.

"What the?! Is this really my doing? It now feels so easy to control such a huge mass of water," Silas said to himself in surprise.

He remembered when his stats were very pitiful and to control even a ping-pong ball size of water would leave him feeling extremely mentally exhausted to the point of dizziness. But now, controlling a ball of water that looks like a massive boulder is so easy for him.

"I can now easily control air and water easily but I still have one more to worry about; earth," Silas said to himself and took a deep breath, before releasing his control over the ball of water in the air and immediately, the water lost its shape and splashed to the ground.

Even when his stats were pitiful, Silas could control air and water to some extent but he has always had trouble with controlling earth.

Silas looked around him and saw a small rock lying on the floor.

"Good. I will use this as target practice."

With a deep breath, Silas looked at the rock and mentally tried to control it to float from the ground.

At first, nothing happened but as time passed, Silas saw the rock start to shake before it finally lifted from the ground and started floating in the air.

"Yes! I finally did it!," Silas exclaimed in happiness when he saw the floating rock in front of him.

With a toothy smile on his face, Silas continued to control the rock as he made it to change directions while it was still floating in the air.

He also tried to shape the rock and carve something out of it but he stopped trying after he failed multiple times. Every time he tries to carve something out of it, something entirely different comes out.

"I will take things slow. There's no need to rush. I have all the time in the world and it's not like I'm in any imminent danger."

With that thought in mind, Silas decided to stop testing his superpower and started testing his physical strength.

"10,000 in all stats except charisma. Let's see what 10,000 strength stat can do," Silas said and walked towards a massive Mango tree in front of him.

Standing in front of the trees, Silas touched the bark of the tree and gave it a light flick with his finger.

"Sturdy enough. Let's see who breaks first; you or my hand?"

Silas took two steps back and took a boxing stance. Closing his eyes briefly and taking a quick, deep breath, he drew back his right and concentrated every ounce of strength he had on it, before throwing it towards the tree.

A sharp whooshing sound was heard as Silas' hand flew towards the tree, and a loud booming and cracking sound was heard as his hand made contact with it.

"My hand won," Silas said with a smile, when he saw the tree's cracked surface.

"Is this what 10,000 Strength stat can do? I was expecting… more."

"Even though it was disappointing, it's still better than nothing. I mean this should be a record, right? Falling such a massive tree with just my physical strength."

"I would have loved to check my other stats but the geography of the island isn't favorable," Silas said, and was about to start walking towards the cabin house when he heard a cracking and snapping sound coming from the tree.

RUMBLE!!

CRASH!

Seeing this, Silas was speechless.

"Okay?.."

...

Few minutes later, in Silas' hotel room. Silas had already packed his things and was ready to leave.

It was finally time to go home as he has already achieved everything he set out to achieve and more before coming to Venezuela.

He got the island and even a partnership with Mr Andrés. Even though Mr Andrés is yet to call him, Silas believes that his conditions will be accepted. He just has that strong feeling that it will.

"LUNAR, is everything ready?"

{Yes, sir. The driver is waiting for you outside and the plane is already waiting on the runway.}

"Good. Now, it's time to go home," Silas said and took his bag, and walked out of his room and made his way to the reception to check out.

At the reception, Silas walked towards the receptionist and checked out before walking out of the hotel when he saw Mr José waiting for him in front of the car.

"Mr Silas," Mr José greeted and opened the door for him.

"Thank you. Airport," Silas said as he got into the car and took his seat.

"Yes, sir."

Mr José got in and started the car, and drove off towards Caracas International Airport.

...

Some minutes later, a blue BMW pulled up at the parking spot of Caracas International Airport and a young man in tropical clothes came down it.

"Thank you, Mr José."

"Thanks for your patronage, Mr Silas. Please don't forget us the next time you visit Venezuela."

"Of course, I won't," Silas said and walked into the airport building.

After walking in, Silas made his way towards the runway where his private jet was waiting.

Unsurprisingly, it was the same thing as the first time he came. He didn't walk towards any checking point and he wasn't stopped by anyone.

It didn't take him long to see the aircraft parked on the runway.

"I still can't believe that something like this belongs to me," Silas said to himself in awe when he saw the matte black aircraft parked on the runway.

As Silas got closer to the aircraft, he saw the boarding door open up by itself.

"Still can't believe that it's a fully automated self-driving aircraft."

Silas walked into the aircraft and the boarding door closed automatically.

"Destination: Oakland International Airport," Silas said, as he gave the aircraft AI his destination before taking his seat.

"LUNAR, is it possible to create a game that the in-game economy can affect the real world?"

{That's almost impossible. You're asking this because of the plan you asked me to draft related to improving Venezuela's economy?}

"Yes. But even without the problem of Venezuela's economy, I still want to create a game that can be played on the headgear and pod. If not, the free passes I got will be useless."

{Do you want me to start creating the game?}

"No, I will create another AGI for it. It will be responsible for managing everything related to the game, from contents to its gameplay, mechanics, in-game economy and character."

With that thought, Silas tapped the screen on the arm of his chair and a holographic screen popped up with a floating holographic keyboard under it.

"Neat."

Silas touched the holographic keyboard and instead of his hand passing through it, it felt like he was touching something solid.

"Dope," Silas said with a smile.

Immediately, he got to typing the code for his new AGI; APOLLO.

An hour later, Silas was already done with writing the codes and a loading page could now be on the holographic screen.

'That was fast, unlike when I was creating LUNAR. I guess it's because of the difference between this and my laptop.'

"LUNAR, when APOLLO comes online, connect him to the main server and mainframe."

{Yes.}

"Good. Now, I will spend the rest of my time gaming. Only alert me when we're about to land."

{Yes, sir.}

"Thank you."

Silas stood up from the seat and walked towards his room.
