19 'You have shot the wrong person!'

Six vehicles cornered Akki and his group. Two cars were on their tail while three cars and a van blocked their driveway. Armed men holding bats went out from those vehicles. Their getups were like that of the men whom Zowie had encountered.

In a flash, they were violently hitting Akki's back up cars until his bodyguards went out and had to fight back. They were fighting with bare hands and skills. They must keep themselves from using guns as much as possible. It was a direct order before they went out today. Using of guns today must be avoided since their Master was travelling with his beloved wife.

But his bodyguards could not take it anymore. They were losing against these people so they had no choice but to do what's necessary for their Master's safety.

Akki got alarmed as he heard the gunshots, he immediately felt the need to protect his wife so he covered his wife right away. Then, he threw a deadly look at Lawrence.

Lawrence shook his head in return.

Akki's face gone mad with a little trace of anxiousness.

"Master Akki, stay in here. I need to help them." Lawrence hastily said.

"Then, go!" He angrily said.

'Who are these people? How brave of them to go against me?' Then, he looked at his wife who was with a terrified face.

A harsh sound from the car door near Zowie's seat alerted the couple. A man was violently trying to open the door. Akki looked for Lawrence but he was busy fighting outside.

He must protect her on his own!

"Whatever happens, don't go out ! Okay?"

"Where are you going? It is not safe out there!"

Zowie looked at him with worried eyes.

"I know. Don't worry, I just have to get rid of this man away from our car." His voice was serious while his face displayed a sense of confidence.

"Are you sure you can handle it?"

He did not answer her. Instead, he just planted a kiss on her forehead and went out.

As Akki went out, he was then instantly attacked by two people. But he had manage to fight back and put them down.

'He is a good fighter! He must have a good training.' Zowie thought while watching her husband outside.

Zowie felt that the car door next to her will be opened any second. She quickly moved to transfer at the driver's seat to escape the possible danger from the man outside.

Then, she looked outside to check on Akki. She saw him fighting hardly. As she looked around, Akki's men were already outnumbered by the bad guys. Most of his men were down. Next second, she saw her husband attacked by more than five men.

"You maybe are a good fighter Akki but with these men, you really need some back up!"

She felt guilty! She was tempted to help him but if she did, she feared he might know about her adeptness. With that, he might investigate on her identity and get rid of her after finding out the truth!

'Zowie think and decide wisely! He had only showed you goodness and yet here you are , letting him die without you trying where in fact you very are capable of helping him! And if he dies, your primary key to your mother's innocence and freedom will probably be at stake! He is also your husband!'

"Sh*t!" She uttered while opening the car. Her exit from the car was also in perfect timing for the man who was chasing her to finally open the backseat of the car. Then, the man immediately went after her.

Akki did not noticed her so she took the chance to fight. But before she could come closer to the men who were attacking Akki, she sensed something was coming at her back.

A man was trying to hit her with a bat.

She instantly turned back and execute a defensive attack to the man behind her. The man rashly went down. Then, she immediately went over the man and threw a hard punch on the his jaw which put him to sleep! She really targeted the weak spot to finish him right away.

She took the man's bat and ran to her husband's direction.

Akki finally saw her coming to him with a bat on her hand.

'Stubborn wife! I said don't go out! And do you think you can help me by holding a bat? That's cute but you are not helping!' He furiously thought while trying to counter attack with his opponents. Then, his eyes caught a man who was pointing a gun at his wife.

Zowie saw him clearing his way to her direction. 'Is he also coming for me? Why is trying to run as fast as he can? Is he mad? Worried?'

Then, as he finally reached her, a gunshot followed! He slightly moved her to alter her position.

In a snap, Akki was forced to hugged her!

Zowie was nailed to her position as she had received her husband's instant embrace. Her hand had touched something greasy at Akki's back. She slowly raised her hand and saw blood!

In split second, Akki's body collapsed.

"Akki!" She unmindfully shouted. She could not feel her heart. 'He took the bullet for me!' Her eyes begun to cry in despair.

'Is she crying for me?' The thought made him smile. Then, he lost his conciousness.

"Get him to the car." Lawrence commanded while still alert to secure the area. He was holding a gun. He had successfully killed the man who was responsible for Akki's shot wound.

One of the armed men had took one of the guns from Akki's bodyguard. He used it to aim a shoot at Zowie.

Zowie angrily looked around. There were still nine enemies standing. And only her and Lawrence were left on their side.

"No, you get him into the car!" She fiercely ordered Lawrence.

Lawrence was flustered by her order.

"I can't handle him. He's too heavy for me. I will just slow us." She tried to reason.

He was convinced by her so he moved right away.

"Give me your gun!" Zowie continued.

Lawrence' face was confounded. "Do you know how to use them?"

"Just give me your gun! And if you have another one, hand them over immediately!" She slightly yelled with a hint of spite.

"You're wasting time!" She exasperated and took the gun.

Lawrence shortly rattled and took another gun from his back. Then, gave it to her.

"Now, just carry Akki and focus on getting into the car as fast as you can. I'll be just at your back." She was telling him like a professional who knew what to do at this kind of situation. "Go!" She yelled.

Lawrence followed her directly. He could not believe she was Akki's fragile wife. The kind of woman she was acting right now was totally out from the blue, like she was possessed by a completely different person.

He was moving fast while carrying Akki on his back. He also heard nine gunshots. He was sure, the number of gunshots were the exact number of men left from their immediate foes.

Zowie did not waste any time. As soon as she saw Lawrence turned back and moved quickly. She expertly manipulated the guns.

'You have shot the wrong person!' Her heart was enflamed with anger. 'Sorry but I already have the guns now!'

She gave them direct headshots! One by one, suddenly went down. She was definitely an ace shooter even if some of her targets were moving!

In less than a minute, Zowie was already with them, just on time for Lawrence to set himself on the driver's seat.

"Please drive fast!" She was pleaded on him.
