1 1-Fractal's Terms..

Find your Geo Gene was the phrase, From young to old people from all walks of life were taken back to a age of the 2000 but not it was 2113 and well you would think the earth had progressed to flying cars and hologram screens with your personal Al giving you a different choices on your favorite food, but 2020 the world caved in on itself and people from all countries drifted to the north and colonized the Arctic or what's left of it. Now close to 100 years later the term had risen again but this time the world was stuck but stabilized in a system where Survival of the fittest was a staple, From those who could survive being born in the cold and the rest of their lives it was a game of survival.

"Sta cshhh"

The sound of a broken tv loomed in the background as stiffing winds and swept through the Icy steel colony of Yiden. Over time Yiden had become the main colonization point in the arctic and had kept a steady development with the power of the ice generator which gave way to the stabilizing of heat and brought forth electricity but with the shortage on food the government adopted the one child policy to keep the population in check and the food in it's limited qualities under control.

"Tack,Tack,Tack"

The steadily increased motion of racing feet on a silent night caught the attention of the 6th ward residents as one by one the moved their curtains and paired out there windows. Heyy! Heyy! Ladies slow down why don't you, with a twirl the deathly faced females twirled examining there pursuer a heavy set man with a brighter skin tone stumbling over his own feet with the stench of alcohol on his breath, Ladies Ladies!! he shouted again stretching out his hand grabbing hold of one of the ladies shoulder. The dimly lit street froze with the eyes of guests upon them the motion less the man stood there without a word and looked around, in a tug and a high scream the words LET ME GO echoed out rumbling through the ward as all eye's loomed in on the brightly skinned man as his giggling belly whipped around and proceeded to escape the scene he backed away from the two thin boned ladies and began his drunken waddle back down then street.

Hey Dk what is it what was all that shouting outside a soft feminine voice slide to his ear; The slender 6'2 male towered over the window and swept the curtain back and grabbed a hand full of his tightly twisted dreads which has a bright brown and black tones in it hung off his head and wrapped them tightly behind his head, with a deep tone he replied it was just a second warder and a couple of crow eaters, Ohh the strippers are out below cold point tonight the she replied getting up slowly reaching for her panties to put them on; he looked over with a sharp look with the intent to kill behind it. Sorry Sorry i forgot ik your mom was..she stopped raised her hands trying to avert any conflict, "Hey" trying to change the subject "It's been a year you haven't gotten a GeoSphere yet she spoke in a soft and off hand supportive tone" Dominic looked over calming his feelings;

She looked at her panties and picked them up and put them on "No reason i just want to spend time with you more, you know i can get you one right" she replied with a smile and a upbeat attitude. Dominic shook his head and looked for a shirt "No Taylor i'm fine you just look out for you and your second ward family'' then a pause came over the room "Ohh Be careful going home ok" his eye's whipped to the door with his words of concern. Taylor smiled and nodded knowing when the term second warder came out of Dominic's mouth it was best to leave it alone and leave and that became the end of there short catch up..

"Clang"

A screw driver fell and rolled on the wooden floor over it's cracks there where plastic sheets hanging in the room and all types of metal parts and books scattered around so Dominic picked it up and placed it on the head of a tiny screw and spin it down locking everything in place and a bright light flickered and then went dead then a lit green light next to the word Geo began to glow steadily..Dominic looked down at his watch and the time said 8:45pm and the cloud lit day had disappear so he picked up the head piece and placed it on the table an searched for the Geo gloves that went with it and in 15min dominic had assembled what he need the helmet was placed on his head and the gloves where on linked up, he stood up and walked into an large Sphere lick device and stood there for a second. Thinking about the all the work he had to do in assembling it and all the shit he had to take getting the parts the a smirk slowly crept upon his face and he spoke the words "Geo-Gene" A beam of lights flew into his eye's and the gloves on his arms gripped tighter a short burst hum then a old but gentle voice could be heard.

"Welcome player I will be your Guide Sebastian"

Dominic blinked at the voice whipped his head from side to side seeing feeling and stumble abit to his kneels; a gentle hand materialize on his shoulder and helped him to his feet. Come on now son, you alright" the silver hair man spoke while lifting Dominic to his feet alright now. Dominic looked over seeing at silver beard with a bread in it looking over at him I'm ok thank you he replied " Sebastian nodded and stretched out his hand pointing to a type of hollowed mirror bouncing his image back.

Now player Listen up you are about to enter the land of Fractal this is a land is not for the faint of heart from the rulers to Monsters and all one in the same,From you to the first player to step foot in one of the 4 kingdoms started as Human and unlocked there Fractal Gene shortly after there raised there level, now everything you do in this world is your choice and if you choose to do nothing that is also your choice, Now Ik what everyone that comes here want to know what will be your Geo-Gene well sorry I can't tell that because idk myself, Dominic mind paused seeing the awkwardly placed grin of the AI's but he brushed it off and stared at his Status and the words next to the reflecting image of himself.

"Hey"

Sebastian what exactly is a Geo-Gene Dominic turned and spoke in a low and deep tone, with a shocked looked Sebastian paused at the question the proceed to explain "well player a Geo-Gene is a Gene change from human to another races such as〚Elves,Orc's,Dragons,Felines,Lesser Demons and Angels〛Etc..and many more in Fractal that is gifted to all the players to activate but it is a different activation sequence for every player no two activation's are the same however there is a Time limit a player has until they turn level 15 to activate there Gene, if the Gene does not activate it will dissolve and the activation will not happen now that is not to say the human race doesn't get a nice boost to compete with the other race of players. "Sebastian can you give me a list of all the solo players in fractal" Dominic looked up from his deep thought after hearing the explanation.

"Ding"

A medium screen popped up in front of Dominic with the world ranking of solo players numbering in the 100 Thousands and a small title saying this didn't include players that worked solely for the countries guilds. "Would you like see the list of the Top Clans" Sebastian looked over and saw Dominic slightly puzzles faced at the words clan and suspected that he was missing something so he decided to try a jump start explanation; well you know In Fractal clans are the way you connect with other players or even family, WAIT!!! Dominic eyes widened as he shouted " Do you mean Guilds" Sebastian gave a sarcastic laugh and shook his head with a sly Nahhh.

"Clans and Guilds are two different entities in Fractal, first off Clans are player made while There are only a few guilds within Fractal such as The Adventures Guild,The Thief's Guild etc..which allows players to join after paying their membership price.. While a Clan is player made which can incorporate a Npc as a member and also a clan can not be made or operate without a Council of 7 players. A moment of silence approached the lips of Dominic and the words thank you can tumbling out. Sebastian bowed and pointed to the mirror which had changed slight.

Dominic looked at his dreaded face and defined jaw line and his slightly slanted eyes and asked for a hair band Sebastian snapped his fingers and white thin band appeared in Dominic's hand he nodded slide it onto his arm and looked at the floating screen in front of him.

As the name rolled out his mouth a gust of wild came tumbling behind him and launched him into the mirror with the trailing words Safe Travels lingering behind him as he plummeted to his doom.
