"As I was saying, aside from being greatly known as The Great Tengu, Reizenbou was also a tactician. Her strategies revolved around changing the environment with those four elements for the army's advantage." Raiden-Sensei lectured, while once again, adjusting his useless monocle.

"While Yoshitsune on the other hand, was a tengu warrior. She combines the elements with her acculumated sword techniques, mainly the electro one." He continued.

"Adding to that was her absurd instincts, making her hard to defeat in battle. Everytime a battle finishes back then, she'll come back bathed in blood and full of injuries. A perfect example of a battle maniac... or just a muscle brain." Lu laughed lightly, after recollecting some past memories.

"Those are their respective roles in the battlefield. And I want you to find your own, Sara." He said with his usual smile.

"...For some reason, I feel like I'm the only one you're actually teaching, Lu." Sara blurted out casually.

"Wha-! Nonsense, Sara. As your teacher, I am responsible for all of your growths." Luckily, the dumbfounded deity was able to retort calmly.

"Nevermind... It's just a gut feeling of mine." She shrugged.

"I prefer this version of you more, Sara. No need to be that tense all the time." Lu gave her a thumbs up.

"I can be like this when we're alone... I guess." Sara focused back on her bow, but not without a hint of redness on her face.

"I have decided, Lu. My role will be that who fires the warning shot. To strike first, to be exact." The tengu said, full of resolve.

"Artillery, huh? I like it! I always thought that we tengus should focus on bombardment since the skies are our domain." The deity gave her the sign of approval, and placed his hand on her shoulder.

"What? I'm just lending you my energy so you can bust out a big one." Lu smirked.

"You should refrain from physical contact, Lu. Else people would misunderstand your intentions..." Sara suggested while blushing.

"Suggestion taken. Now show me your best shot, Sara!" He shouted to motivate her.

Electro and Pyro once more gathered in her bow at an absurd level. That bow is the one that's gonna explode at this point...

"Hmm? Anemo, huh? Wise choice. Now, Fire!" Lu complimented, and the anemo element boosted its speed as it flew into the skies.

*BOOOOOOOM* The two silently watched the big explosion in the sky disappear.

"Nice Explosion!" The deity gave her a thumbs up, in which she returned with a smile.

"From now on, you shall embark on the mastery of explosions!" Lu dramatically posed.

"Yes, Uncle Lu. Hehehe~." The Former Great Tengu then gave the giggling tengu general his greatest 'what the heck's expression yet...

"Here I thought, you forgot about me already, Lu." The tutor was welcomed to his third destination, by a pouting Kokomi.

"Forgive me, my angel. I thought I should give you some time to get used to the rules first so our games will be more exciting." Lu had no choice but to give in and apologize. The divine priestess was simply too bright for him.

"Hehehe~ It's fine then. You're always considerate of others, Lu..." Kokomi stared at him unusually long.

"This game... Chess, was it?" She inquired, to stop the awkward situation she made.

"Yes. It's a strategy game from Fontaine. I hope you enjoyed it so far." He gave his usual smile.

"I did! Thank you for the wonderful gift, Lu. But I must admit, playing against a puppet is nothing compared to my joy right now." Kokomi blatantly said.

"I have a lot to compensate then. Shall we play? I'll inform you once again of the exercise as we do so." Lu offered, and gave her the white side.

"Gladly!" She accepted with a bright smile.

"To repeat what my substitute, Puppet 3 said. This exercise is mainly for intelligence, and the ability to adapt in any situation." Raiden-Sensei lectured as they played.

"I see your point. I can already notice a lot of strategies you can use for this game!" Kokomi's smile has never left her face since the game started.

"But in every action, there's always some underlying motive. In this case, although what I said earlier is also true, I mostly picked this game to build up your confidence." Lu smirked as he checkmated her in their first game.

"I don't believe that everyone is like that, Lu. But do enlighten me on what you said in the end." Kokomi lost her smile with the deity's backhanded insult.

"Don't take it the wrong way, Kokomi. What I meant to say is that I want to train you to be decisive in any kind of battle. One moment of hesitation in the battlefield can easily change the tide after all." Raiden-Sensei elaborated.

"The moment you understood the situation, you move your piece. If you felt like it was not good enough, then simply find another solution among your options... In a battle between intellectuals, speed is key." Lu finished, yet they haven't started their second game still.

"Just like how you overwhelm people with your antics to lower their guard?" The Genius Strategist of the Resistance looked at him straight in the eyes.

"I wonder..." Was all he could say. The girl in front of him was acting abnormally. It bugged him over and over for a while now.

"Let's continue our game, Lu! But this time, I have a request." Kokomi stood up from her seat and whispered something to his ears.

"Is this fine... Kokomi?" The bewildered deity questioned. The cause for his confusion was the gorgeous priestess sitting on his lap.

"All good! You can play without your hands right?" Although he can't see her face right now. Lu could easily imagine the bright smile on her face as she said that.

"I guess..." The deity relented and started the first move this time.

"Mmmm~... It's more comfortable this way." Kokomi adjusted herself on his lap to find the best posture, allowing Lu to be blessed with her ambrosial scent.

"You're right once again, Lu... Speed really is key..." The lady whispered to herself.

If Raiden Lu was able to see her expression as she said that. He would certainly understand...
