28 Chapter 27: *Title at the bottom*

So yeah, I said there would be no chapter but I was bored and I am feeling quite good so here it is. I'm still not better tho so if I suddenly don't update you guys know.)

(Alexander POV)

With cheerful steps welcoming a new day, I hummed a famous tune from Earth as I left the cave.

"We're no strangers to love,

You know the rules and so do I,

A full commitment is what I'm thinking of,

You wouldn't get this from any other guy."

I sang while snapping my fingers as my body swayed with the tune while walking towards the cliff the Song of Broken Pines was yesterday.

"Never gonna give you up,

Never gonna run around and desert you,

Never gonna make you cry,

Never gonna say goodbye,

Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you."

As the song and dance cover by myself finished, I reached my destination.

Standing on the cliff where Eula was supposed to have fallen, I gazed at the bottom while my mind wandered around.

'I should be able to survive a jump from here. Then I can waste at least a few hours looking for Eula. For peace of mind, I wanted to know whether she was alive.' I scratched my head before activating my presence concealment and took a deep breath before jumping down the valley.

While I was in freefall, I planned my path, 'After looking around the valley for a few hours, I should take the water route so I can adapt to a higher level of water pressure coming from the ocean. Then swim towards the mountain areas where the ghost village (Mingyun Village) is located.'

'That reminds me, would there be monsters on the ocean? The game has no content on the ocean waters connecting Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma. Would there be living gods, adapti, or mythical monsters like Krakens? Mmm, this is exciting.' As the fall was quite long, my mind kept wandering about random things.

'Should I go to the Wangshu Inn? Mmm, there is nothing really there except an emo boi. Meh, waste of time. I should then continue traveling to Liyue using the normal route as I look for a Geoculus so I could adapt towards the Geo element.' As I landed on the ground, I felt the fall damage.

'Not that bad as I already experienced fall damage a few times but this is definitely the highest fall so far.' I said to myself as I could feel my regeneration kick in and after a few moments, the damage was completely gone.

With my body completely healed, I re-activated my Low - Presence Concealments which got deactivated after taking fall damage.

As I said before, the plot of Liyue would not start anytime soon so there should be no reason for me to be there.

But you know what? my mind changed after thinking about a few things and decided to take a quick visit probably a day or two before running toward Inazuma.

I loved the game Genshin so it would be a waste to only care about power or fame, I should at least enjoy the world I wanted to be in the most. Strength is only to survive and the plot is only there for fame. What I want is to live and enjoy the world that I saw behind the computer screen.

With that said here are a few reasons why I should go to Liyue for a short visit.

First, would be the Wanmin restaurant. As a foodie, it would be blasphemous not to eat at Xiangling's Restaurant. I just hope she is present when I get there. I know Xiangling's father Chef Mao is also a superb cook but I would like to eat Xiangling's cooking more.

The second would be to buy a new set of drip. Either I get clothing similar to what Daddy Zonglii uses or I buy something from Inazuma. Assuming there would be Inazuman apparel that could be bought on Liyue's pier as Inazuma was close to Liyue.

The third would be to see Yun Jin. Hopefully, there will be a performance when I do get there. No matter what everyone says, Yun Jin is one of my favorite waifus. But I am not there to flirt, I just want to see her perform in real life as I loved the performance she did on Shenhe's quest.

The fourth would be to see if the CEO of Geo could notice the Abys Energy hidden inside my body. I know this is equivalent to playing with fire. But I believe Zongli would not straight up attack me inside Liyue, he is too cool for that. If ever he does ambush me outside of it, I believe I could escape. I planned to go underwater to enter Inazuma anyway. Worst comes worst, I'd die once before escaping.

Lastly, I want to see the pretty Onee san NPC Ying'er on Liyue. I could say that she would be my second favorite NPC character, the first would be the pretty android lady. I simply want to see her for no big reason. It's like meeting your favorite celebrities.

After roaming around for a few hours with my presence concealment, I finally saw what I was looking for.

'Why is this girl this unlucky? At least she survived my rampage.' I sighed as I gazed at pale-faced Eula who was now covered in bandages while sitting near a bonfire beside a man that looked like Albedo but without the golden star pattern below his neck.

Not only was the girl born from a family hated by the people of Mondstadt but she was unlucky enough to be present when I rampaged and now she finds herself in the middle of chapter 2.3 early, without Amber, Traveler, and Bennet to assist.

'Sigh, should I just deal with Primordial Albedo? But to be honest. He was not bad. Anyone who would have been born a 'failure' would try their best to take over the successful experiments life.' I said while watching the two of them interact.

'Mmm, this should be the real Primordial Albedo and not the Whopper Albedo unless the dude decided to steal Albedo's notes early but I doubt since that should be an event later on in the story.' An idea then came into my mind.

'Tails for killing Primordial Albedo and Heads to recruit him as the third member of my party.' I said inside my mind before flipping Yuna's Fatui Insignia.
