27 Chapter 26: Rerolling Artifacts

Also, Alexander ADAPTED towards the Abyss Energy and Craziness/Madness it brings.
He ADAPTED the craziness saying it twice to be clear. So his alignment would mostly be Chaotic Neutral. He would Turn Chaotic Evil when certain circumstances are met but he would return back to Chaotic Neutral after his fit.
Sorry to the people who wanted a good-natured MC but it is impossible.
Alexander merged with Mahoraga was already on the negative side of the alignment spectrum, adding the Abyss? The same Abyss Energy that could be called the source of evil on Teyvat to the mix? Well, yeah, it's already good that he could still be somewhat chill and not full-blown I will destroy the world.
Maybe in the future, he will turn better. Depends on how the story would go but no goody two shoes right now.)

As my eyes opened up to welcome a new day, I remembered I was semi-naked with only my badly damaged pants, the same pants that came from Earth.
With a stretch of my body and a complementing yawn, I sat up and then opened up my inventory.
Sitting straight inside the cave, I saw something that I had forgotten. The pouch that was dropped by La Signora.
'A Spatial storage huh? There are spatial storages on Teyvat? Hmmm, probably super rare and pricey since only La Signora had one with thousands of Fatui on the battlefield.' I gaze at the black pouch with a red butterfly design on the front.
Being too occupied with my thoughts last night made me forget about this pouch. If not for myself being naked and needing to take out the treasure hoarder drip, I may have forgotten the pouch until later.
'Hmm, still this changes everything. With Spatial storage a thing, I could pass off my inventory as a Spatial storage. I just need to get a well-made bag to be my cover so I could use my inventory anywhere freely.' Noting to get a good bag in my mind, my focus left for La Signora's pouch.
Peering inside the pouch, I could see a 10 cubic meter storage.
Inside were a few chests filled with Mora and Primogems, a few dozen fancy dresses and lingerie mostly in the colors red and black, cosmetic items with the same color scheme, and an artifact set releasing a golden aura.
'There are no food items inside. So this is only a storage pouch and no stop time feature to keep the food preserved and fresh.' As I nodded with understanding my eyes stopped wandering around as I stared into a piece of sexy clothing.
'That red and black laced thong looks hot ngl. The flaming bitch has a nice taste, no doubt she would have looked stunning in that, 11/10 would tap. A pity she had to come back when I was out of control.' I said as a random thought ran inside my mind.
'Hmmm, well, I think Yuna would look good in this stuff, I'll ask her later if she wants to have the pouch. The female stuff inside looks brand new would be a waste to simply throw them out. Probably cost a fortune too considering how fancy they look.' My gaze then went towards the artifact set emitting a golden aura.
'To think my first artifact set would be a 5-star crimson witch of flames set. How do I even equip them in the first place?' With curiosity, I started to mess with the artifacts.
From equipping them physically to placing them inside the inventory. La Signora had them stored inside the pouch and not physically equipped for the fight. 'So do they work even inside the pouch? Or she is just stupid to not equip it before a fight?' A question that I would never find the answer came into my mind.
After a while and a few trials and errors, I found out that I only needed to open the system interface to equip them there like in the game.
As the artifact set was equipped, the set inside the pouch disappeared into light particles before getting absorbed by my soul.
'Neat, this way I won't look dumb with the witch hat and flower brooch on me.' I nodded in approval.
Gazing at the interface, I saw a button beside the main stat and the sub-stats with the word Reroll.
With curiosity, I clicked on the Pyro Elemental Bonus on the goblet. A pop-up appeared asking if I wanted to spend 1000 primos to reroll. After clicking Yes, the Pyro Elemental Damage Bonus % changed into Atk %.
'I see. So this is where I would spend my primos, gg system.' With a chuckle, I started configuring the set.
The stats and sub-stats don't have a definitive value, probably because I broke the attribute system so nothing is displayed in numbers, but I could feel their effects.
There are also no enhancement levels on the artifacts.
Even without the numbers to define the values, I knew the artifacts were working.
The me before and after I equipped the artifacts were not the same.
I could feel my strength get a huge boost and the vitality inside me was raging with energy.
After a few dozen minutes or probably about an hour and after using about 300k of primo gems, my artifacts now looked like this.

With a nod, I was satisfied with the rerolls. I decided to go EM on the sands for elemental reactions and went ATK % on the goblet because I prefer raw damage.
The raw damage would be more efficient than placing a single element when I could use them all.
In the future, after I unlock all of the elements, I can imbue my elemental skill with different elements before launching them toward the enemies in a fixed pattern for a full elemental explosion chain effect.
While I do not understand how the CRIT stat would work since this is not a game, I still prioritized it because I'm a CV Monkey.
'Crit Values FTW baby!' I said to myself all pumped up.
'Still, with the artifact set, I need to unlock the Hydro and Pyro elements soon. Hmmm, I'll think of this later. Even without the set effect, I should be fine.' I said to myself before standing and heading out the cave which became mine and Yuna's base for quite a while.
