2 The manor

Since she came walking to the restaurant she didn't have her car to drive towards her cousin's law firm. So Misaki thought of hailing a taxi is better than going back to her housing complex's garage to get back her car.

After standing by the roadside for a few minutes Misaki got into a taxi and told the driver to go to the Legal Capital law firm. Since the Legal Capital law firm was a famous firm in the capital city Misaki didn't need to give the directions for the driver.

Arriving in front of the law firm Misaki paid for the ride and went inside the law firm. Interior of the law firm was spacious while giving a luxurious aura. Since it was coloured in white colour it gave off pure image to the firm.

While admiring the interior design of the firm she went near the receptionist to ask the direction towards Momo's office.Since this was her first time visiting her cousin's law firm since most of the times they meet each outside the working environment.

"Excuse me, Can you tell me the directions towards Ms Tachibana's office?" said Misaki in a polite tone.

Receptionist eyed at the beautiful girl in front of her. Her facial features were extremely pretty while her black hair was done into a ponytail and the most attractive part was those ocean blue eyes which were like a pair of blue diamonds.

Seeing the receptionist not answering her question so she gave a small cough to get the attention of the receptionist. Hearing the light cough receptionist broke out of her stare." Miss do you have an appointment with Ms Tachibana?" asked the receptionist in a professional voice.

"I don't have a business appointment but she told me to visit her at her workplace," said Misaki with a small smile in her face

"Misaki!!" said an extremely familiar voice. As she turns around she saw her cousin walking towards her. Her cousin always got an elegant aura around her, also when she was in her business suit she looked beautiful while looking professional.

Misaki followed her cousin to her office. Her office had a simple design while it was clean and comfortable."So, Momo why did you call me to your working place?" asked Misaki out of curiosity since her cousin was a workaholic and dislike even her parents disturbing her work.

Momo showed her hand a legal document. Misaki started reading it while her beautiful face turns uglier each second."Why does Sato real estate company buy that manor? Its already burn to ashes? asked Misaki.

"I do think that they are going to demolish that manor and trying to make a new apartment complex They came to my firm asking legal support this morning. " Mom said with a frown in her pretty face.

"But that manor was taken by the government after the accident saying it was too dangerous ?" questioned Misaki ."You know Misaki it has been 11years since that accident and the government had already given their permission " told Momo folding her arms across her chest.

"Momo..should I really buy that manor.?" asked Misaki while glancing at her cousin. It wasn't a secret that Misaki hate that manor to its bones. It was told that because of gas leakage and the poor condition of the manor was the reason for a small explosion to turn into a huge fire that took her parents lives.

"Misaki you should know it was the house you lived your whole childhood until that day.Not only that it was a gift given by your father to your mother to represent his love towards her " told Momo gently without hurting her dearest cousin's feelings.

Misaki knitted her brows while sank into her own world. Momo's words weren't wrong, This manor was given to her mother by her father as an anniversary gift though it was quite hard buying this manor because of it's the perfect location. And her parents deeply loved this manor. Yes, she will buy this manor to make her parents happy despite the fact they were gone.

"Okay, Momo but how can take the contract from Sato real estate company.?" asked Misaki hesitating for a while. Although she was a genius in the computer she couldn't take an in the written contract through hacking into the companies network.

"Misaki you should have heard about the Igarashi cooperation," said Momo as Misaki nabbed her head."The Sato company is below the Igarashi cooperation so if you can join hands with the Igarashi cooperation you have the possibility of taking the contract from Sato real estate company." added Momo.

"Mm...I will think of a way " showing that she agreed with Momo's idea. They talked about an hour before Misaki leaving the Legal Capital law firm.
