Spacecrafts and space vehicles, airplanes, are entirely different beasts—so much so that the gap between them could almost be described as interdimensional.
To put it into an analogy, a spacecraft could be likened to the amalgamation of a large cruise liner and an aircraft carrier fleet—capable of carrying loads of people, a vast amount of materials, and requiring a rich array of weapons, a communication system, all the while being able to roam freely through space.
Wait a second.
With so many functions, the internal structure of a spacecraft is bound to be incredibly complex, and it's hard to determine what kind of talent would truly become the backbone of the project.
Moreover, how should the design proceed?
This question determined the previous one, knowing how to approach the design would definitely reveal what kind of talent needed to be recruited.
