There's Magus

Ajax decided to take a ride to the Juberly. That should be where he can learn to be a mechanic, at least he hoped he could. He called up a direct line ship and paid 110 Enas to fly there. Luckily, nothing happened on the trip and he had time to look at his interface that was similar to Han Xiao's.

He was surprised by him being in line for the throne of the random kingdom he started in. Still, he didn't want to be watched like a hawk by people who knew him. That would give away that he was different now.

After arriving, he was received by the VIP secretary, earning him some stares. His face and stomach had burn scars on it, so it was likely that they only knew because someone from home sent word ahead that he was someone special.

After getting registered with the station, he went over to the market and bought the basic knowledge for Basic Assembly. So kill him, he liked the mechanic class in the book he read about this universe. He quickly learned the knowledge and earned his main class. Then he bought the rest of the basic knowledge and stored them away for when he was ready for it.

What he was in need of, was a source of money and experience, so he went to the Mercenary Hall and registered. Then, he signed up to do minor tasks on station that earned him a small sum of Enas, some experience, and some Rating score.

He leveled up as he went along, hoping to get easy Advancement Missions. It only took a few month of missions to reach Level 20 and he got lucky on the first one. He had to learn 7 Basic Knowledge. He picked a few, then started working again. When the Beta came around, he had completed enough missions to have reached level 60.

Some might wonder how he completed so many missions. Well, when you just complete easy missions over and over, along with some basic repair work with one of the shops you tend to make a lot of experience.

The Advancement and Class missions were easy so far, so he reached level 60 no problem. But at 60, he had the mission to learn an Advanced Knowledge. Unfortunately, that was beyond his finances right now. He could make due with something like Advanced Radar and Detection, but that wasn't super great right now. Well, it was good, but he would need to make use of players to make it worthwhile.

"Should I go to Planet Aquamarine?" he questioned.

After some thought, he realized he could possibly get some Advanced Knowledge by giving the six nations less restricted communicators. The drawback was he probably had to go up the chain of command from Godora, to Purple Crystal, to the three Universal Civilizations to get permission to "Help" them a bit. He would probably need the help of his Home Cluster level Civilization, which happened to be the Rol Nel Kingdom. He had to look it up.

"Damn, I started out as someone important, didn't I?" he muttered to himself in his base.

"Sigh, maybe I can get some support, even though I left the family," he lamented, but still called the Rol Nel Public Relations Department.

The call rang for a few moments before connecting. The woman on the line looked bored at first, but then looked alarmed.

"H…How can I help you, your…I mean, Sir?" she asked, clearly nervous.

He frowned for a moment, then asked, "I was hoping to support a planetary civilization, and was wondering if I could get the ok from home to get things rolling."

She swallowed, then asked, "Is there a reason you want to support the civilization?"

He nodded, "Yeah, I want to get some Advanced Mechanic Knowledge from them in exchange for letting them see the news in the galaxy and having the ability to contact me if something comes up."

She looked confused and spoke carefully, "If you need Advanced Mechanic Knowledge, you could request it from us. While our pillar might be a Mage, our kingdom has all basic, advanced, and High End knowledge. The only ones you would need to make contributions for would be the Cutting Edge Knowledge."

He looked surprised and he decided to go with memory loss due to smoke inhalation.

He put on a nervous look and then sighed, "Actually, I don't even know much about myself. Due to the fire," he motioned to his face, "I lost consciousness for a bit and lost my memories. It was part of the reason I left. I didn't want someone to think I was crazy or upset someone who thought I was important."

His sad look made the woman tear up, and she spoke with a subtle sob at the beginning and end of her sentence, "It is alright. You are the son of the Eighth Princess of the main royal family. She hid her identity from the lower nobles and commoners, so that you might never know the pressures of fighting for the throne unless you wanted to. His Majesty and the Lord Magus know of your identity and are willing to support you however you need, for they said you will always be a member of their family, even if you never take the throne or ever return."

She looked off to the side and typed something, then almost immediately, he received a message from someone named Regal Rol Nel that had every knowledge up to High End attached, as well as a pledge to support his decision if he wished to help the Planetary Civilization Regardless. Then, he received a ding, and it showed he received a payment of 5,000,000 Enas noted as Inheritance from Mother.

He felt a little bad that the guy he was, had died, since the ROB said he would bring someone who just died back to life with him taking over and the guy who died would pass on.

He teared up for real, this was support he never had in his last life, he cleared his throat and blinked away the tears and replied, "Tell them thank you for me. And I would still like to support the planet I had in mind."

She nodded, then asked, "Which planet are you wanting to support?"

"Planet Aquamarine. They are under Godora," he replied.

She nodded and typed some things. Her eyes widened for a moment, then bowed her head, "It seems Lord Magus would like to speak with you. He should be calling any moment, so I will end the call. If you need more support, then you may call back."

The call ended and an unknown number appeared, he answered and a childlike elf appeared on the screen, "Lord Magus."

He bowed his head to show his reverence, and Austin laughed, "No need for that. Your family is like my nieces and nephews. Now, tell me why that planet in particular?"

"I…sensed? Something. It has a sort of "This place might have something special soon", kind of feeling, so I want to become friendly with the people there. It is hard to explain."

Austin smiled and looked excited, "Did this feeling come after you were affected by the fire, or did you have something like this before?"

Ajax nodded, "It is something I acquired after getting smoke inhalation."

Austin laughed, "That feeling is most likely a foretelling sixth sense. It is a rare ability that doesn't quite reach the level of an Esper Ability, or Divination Magic, but is still useful. Good, I will let people know that my nephew is…Wait, I will adopt you, yeah. My Adopted son has taken an Interest in Planet Aquamarine and so it is under my jurisdiction. All external Developments must come through either you or me."

"Thank you, lor…I mean Father," he corrected himself.

Austin blushed a bit, "I have never been a Father before. Anyways I will get it sent out so you don't have to worry. Just do your things."

"Thank you," Ajax said with a smile.
