40 Chapter 40- Debate of life

Zoro realized that this fight was big and it need him as well to get through or he would drag this person with him in the death who just tried to help him.

He's standing up summoned both katanas in hands, standing in the back of new person while facing other side and killing monsters.

Zoro was breathing in a haggard and tired manner but he still continued to fight as his competitive fighting spirit took over. He didn't want to accept that he would weak than anyone especially if the person in question wield katana just like him.

He will never accept that even it was his fast. He even didn't ever bowed and accepted to the teacher who taught katana technique.

Zoro kept conquering and surpassing everyone that he discovered to be near him in Katana or sales wielding style.

Zoro who had now again assumed his special stance along with family technique. But Zoro's hands were now shaking with too much flow and strength that his swing stroke had gained.

On the other side was new person with horrifying mask who was doing proper piercing attacks that was like a hunter with very strong patience constantly waiting for killing the prey. His each made pierce was killing monster and some of them even killed or more monster as his long katana pierced through one monster and killing other along.

This pierce attacks was fast but still energy saving compare to what kind of attacks Zoro was making.

Zoro forcefully raised his power and tried keeping up the speed of the person but his stamina levels were already down and that imapact of attacks made by rhino monster on him left him even more vulnerable to energy drain as his muscle were hurt. Even though there was no injuries but it effected his battle effectiveness negatively.

His one hand went numb from katana shaking with overly strong flow of stroke, he called back the katana from the hand that went numb.

His eyes were now getting hazy due to exhaustion as his efforts of overdrafting the energy from body was taking toll on him.

View around these both people can be straight compared to hell or scenes from horror movies because of the dead bodies of monster and blood seeping from them.

Monsters were now low in numbers and they eventually backed away at the roar and orders of leader monster. As they have seen that these humans have strength and ability to kill them.

Zoro putting tip of katana on ground was using katana as a way to support that helped him avoid falling to the ground. But his tiredness catches up to him as his eyes started closing forcefully but in that state he can hear the words of person who saved him saying, " You fought well. Stand proud, you fought well. I will take care of you until you return to your peak condition."

This words coming from stranger may sound weird as to why would he he save him but Zoro knew that this person have already saved him once so he does not inspect anything wrong here and Zoro was not the brightest mind in the group.

Zoro when fell unconscious losing all sense of outside, then his monster soul of katana also turned into a light orb along with armour monster soul before entering the body of Zoro.

The person killed some of the monster who still dared to come in their way while guarding the Zoro. Then picking him up, he went and left with fast speed in the other direction from the monsters.

In the room

"So, it happened like that. I don't believe what you said, Arc is a lazy guy and he would never make the first move to learn from others until others made some move themselves to lure him." Gojo said after hearing Rimuru explained that how Arc wanted to learn from him and that's how it all end up happening.

Gojo didn't believed a single he said because of him the having the good understanding of Arc till now and this trait of Arc was not also mentioned in the information he received from his family in regards to that task.

"You can go, I can look after myself now as I am here. Others need to be gathered first before we can go on that hunt of peacock monsters, and it will take some time for that to happen as Zoro run off in the forest by himself and Vero went looking for him along with his loli friend." Gojo said before side eyeing Rimuru and gesturing him to leave.

"Okay, as you leader. But, remember he is still in effect of that gel not that much though, so, go easy on his body." Rimuru said in cold tone before leaving. He knew that Gojo would discover what had actually if he questioned Arc after he woke up.

Gojo's stare turned to death stare as he looked toward Vero walking away.

A black hand made out of energy appeared behind Gojo before it went toward the Door and slammed it shut.

Then hand moved and appeared in front of Gojo.

Gojo touched the hand and murmured, "Energy solid construction still need a lot of work before I can utilize it in my high level fights. But for now it will be sufficient to cast that skill."

After that hand made out of energy evaporated. A symbol appeared made out of sane energy before Gojo grabbed it and placed it on the chest of Arc and putting pressure on it. Symbol directly went through the shirt of Arc and made the symbol on his chest.

"I have done this for the first time. I hope it work correctly." Gojo made a remark in low voice.
