New High School

After the shower, I carried Zenos back to the bed. "Do you feel any better?" I asked.

"I'm not that fragile y' know. At least you went easy on me." He said. "But I am hungry, can we get food?" he asked so shyly my heart fluttered.

"I'll go down and get some," I said.

"No, I'm coming too!"

I glared at him. "What, so you can run away again?" He looked at me in regret. "I'm sorry, I didn't know you and listened to the rumors which are so hypocritical of."

I saw pain in his eyes. I leaned down and kissed his forehead, then his lips. We shared a deep passionate kiss until his stomach grumbled below. I quickly got off him and turned away trying to hold in my laughter. "I know your laughing at me!" He yelled. I look back to see his face bright red. So cute. "Okay, since your stomach needs it let's go. Do you want me to carry you?" "No, I would die from embarrassment." I chuckled. "Them seeing you trying to walk is already an embarrassment." He threw a pillow at me but I dodged. "Fine." He mumbled.

With Zeno's on my back, I walked down the steps carefully. "You're really light," I said. "And you're really fat." He spat out. "Ouch, I'm gonna die from your hurtful words." I dramatically said. We reached the kitchen, no one was there, not even a single servant. "Can you sit on a chair?" I asked. "Yes! I won't break that easily!" "Haha, I guess not, you lasted longer than I expected in bed too." He just glared at me.

After I made a quick dinner for us, I sat down in front of him and we had a peaceful talk. "I still have to go to school." He said. "I know," I replied. "How?" He asked surprised. "Background check." I said. "When will I go back to school?" He asked. "Hmmm... when you feel better." I replied stoic. He glanced at me with his tinted cheeks pink. "When will that be?" He asked shyly and meekly, I could just eat him like last night. "Tomorrow maybe."

After dinner, we went back to my room and slept in each other's arms. Although Zeno's didn't have a choice, he didn't refuse either.

■ Zeno's P. O. V.□

I woke up to Damon nipping at my neck. "Hmm... Good morning." He said. "Goodmorning." I said. "Why did you wake up so early today?" I asked curiously. "Because I had to wake you up before your new school starts." I flipped my head around. "What?! You didn't tell me anything yesterday." I said in a mad tone. "Yeah, I did. I said when you feel better. How are you feeling then?" He said staring at me? "Fine, I'm great!" I said annoyed. I laid back in bed. "How much longer until I need to be there?" I asked in annoyance. "An hour." He replied. I tried sitting up but flinched in pain. My back, waist, and hips hurt. What a beast! I glared at him who's looking at me with an innocent smile. I struggled to get out of bed, just wearing a robe to hide my body. I walked into the bathroom and took a shower.

Is Damon still in there? it's like he doesn't have work as an Alpha! After I finished my shower, I got out and looked in the mirror. Red spots and bite marks were all over my body. Even down there! I cover up in a towel and went to ask Damon about the clothes I should wear.

"Damon~ What clothes sho-"He threw a pile of clothes in my face. "Was that really necessary?!" He was still lying on the bed smiling at me. No, he was staring at my body. "No don't even think about it, I learned my lesson. And I have school today!" That just made him pout with puppy eyes. I ignored him and went back into the bathroom.

He gave me a black turtle neck shirt and white skinny jeans. I guess he was prepared. I thought.

I came back out of the bathroom, but Damon wasn't on the bed anymore. "Damon?" I called out. No answer. "Maybe he went down to eat breakfast." I said to myself. I went downstairs to check if Damon was there. I saw him all refreshed looking and talking to everyone in the dining room. Servants serving everyone their breakfast. I walked down quietly and snuck in the kitchen. I tapped the closest servant and asked her for a quick breakfast. She replied. "Sorry, Luna, Alpha said if you wanted breakfast then you had to eat with everyone." I saw my anger bubbly out.
