1 Survive

Sanxi woke up in a void with a lot of souls. The souls look like white blob of small lights, I was confused and afraid of the unknown at the time because i was one of those white blobs. It took me some days to recall some memories of my death, what I recalled we're fragments of me falling from a high place then splat and the buzzing of noises in my ear and my vision were blurring a red fluid.I tried willing myself to stand up, and then waking up in this void. After seven days, an event occurred in the void, all souls were restless I had no idea why until I saw a bigger purple soul swallowing other white blobs. That is when I became restless as well and try to run. I recalled Two days ago another white soul informed me of the situation in the void, basically once every month the gate to reincarnation opens and we can try our chances to reincarnate but we don't know what we will reincarnate into or where . At the same time some souls which are more powerful swallows other souls so that they have a better opportunity to have good luck or chance of survival wherever their reincarnation takes them. I thought to myself I don't want to be a soul devourer there is always karma associated stealing away others free will, but if others try to devour me I will fight for a chance to reincarnate.

Back to the present there were a lot of purple soul running towards the door at the same time devouring souls along the way. The stronger souls can't stay in the void to reincarnate the next time because whenever a soul get too strong lightning always struck does soul this is part of the law of the void, only when the gates open will the law stop. As I was nearing the gate to escape the chaos I was caught by a big purple soul, and I thought to myself it's over after my death my chance to reincarnate was ended by this big blob; other souls were also caught, crying and struggling to survive. All of a sudden another purple blob slam into the blob that captured me in order to get stronger. There was a lot of souls that were crushed during this process hastening the death process awaiting me. Eventually the soul that I was caught in succeeded in swallowing the other blob and at that time the soul was weakened. I was never going to wait for my death I rushed towards the soul and try to over- power it in it's weakened state which after several seconds I succeeded, without waiting any longer i jump towards the gate and my mind went blank.
