Chapter 32: Like a Deity

"There you go. I already made a little change in your brain. Now, you three should be able to learn the psychic powers." said Kurono.

While they were searching for that Brachiosaurus Aliens, Kishimoto pestered Kurono, asking him to teach her the psychic powers. After being pestered for so long, Kurono complied, and decided to teach all three girls.

"Now, practice your power by moving things with you mind. Start with something very light. After that, try to increase the weight. Think like this, 'I can move it', and make you mind be confident in doing the task."

The three girls nodded. They continued walking while the girls practice the ability by following Kurono's theory. At the back, Sakata asked Kurono for advice, "Leader, can I ask you something?"

"Sure. What do you want to know?"

"How are you able to maintain the use of psychic powers for such a long time without bleeding out?"

"It was actually depends on your body. If you wanted to maintain a good control and a better output of psychic powers, you need a strong brain, correct? Then, you must strengthen your brain. However, it's not only about strong and capable brain.

You body must also be strong to keep up with your brain. If you have difficulty on maintaining the use of psychic powers, then it could be because you are somewhat lacking in this two area. Therefore, you should strengthen both body and mind. Only then you will be able to achieve a greater psychic prowess." explained Kurono.

The psychic duo contemplated his words, and nodded in agreement. Their bodies were actually not that strong compared to the majority of the people. That's why both of them experienced being bullied.

"Roar!!" "Roar!!"

Two Utahraptors suddenly appeared and attacked the group. One of them charged at Sakurai, while the other one bit Reika on her torso.

"Aahh!!" "Kyaa!!"

Both Sakurai and Reika screamed in shock and fear. The two raptors were moving so fast, and made a sudden ambush on the group. The two Utahraptors then attempted to kill their victims by biting hard on them, while slamming the two hard to the ground. Fortunately, both of them are wearing the Gantz suit.

"Ahh! We need to save them." Said Sakata. He then tried to kill the one who bit Sakurai. "Damn it! Their skull is too thick for me to scan it's brain. Where is the heart?"

He tried to aim for the heart, but the raptor was moving too fast.

On the other side, Kishimoto and Sakuraoka tried to shoot the Utahraptor that still biting Reika, but the raptor keep on avoiding their shot.

Swish! Swish! Swish! Swish!

Within seconds, Kurono used his power to launch hundreds small and sharp stones towards the eyes of the raptor. The raptor hurriedly turned it's head to the side to avoid the stones, but those objects seems to have eyes and followed the movement of the raptor. The sharp stones crushed the eyes of the raptor, causing it to open its mouth and releasing Reika.

Kurono moved his left hand and his psychic power brought Reika close to him. "Are you alright?"

"Ye...yeah. Thank you." Reika nodded and thanked Kurono.

"Actually, with the Gantz suit, you can overpower that thing." said Kurono. He then used his left hand to control and lift up the raptor, while his right hand launched some hard and sharp stones that swirling so fast like a drill. Those stones drilled into the head of the raptor towards it's brain. Not long later, the raptor died.

After that, Kurono checked on the others, and saw that the raptor was running away with Sakurai in it's mouth. Sakata who was trying to catch up to the dinosaur yelled at Sakurai, "It's heart is on it's right chest. Try killing it by destroying it's heart."

Sakurai who was still inside the mouth of raptor hurriedly followed the instructions, and aimed for the heart. As soon as the heart was destroyed, the Utahraptor dropped down, throwing Sakurai out of its mouth.

"That was a close call. I thought I was a goner for sure." Sakurai wiped away the sweats on his forehead.

The other walked towards Sakurai, while Sakata asked, "You okay?"

"Yeah. That was really dangerous."

"I think I need to talk to the both of you about your power." said Kurono, looking at the two with some serious face. "The way you two find the weakness of the aliens is a bit cause. When you two wanted to defeat the enemy, you directly aimed for their brains or heart, right?"

The two nodded in agreement.

"This is effective mostly for a weak and slow opponents. If you encounter someone strong and fast, your ability will become almost useless. Do you remember when the two of you got killed?" asked Kurono.

The two suddenly reminded of the moment when they tried to kill that murderer, but got overwhelmed, and eventually got killed.

"Rather than aiming for their heart or brain, try weakening your opponent first by destroying their other vital organ. You can also disturb their movement, for example, try to pull the leg that about to step, and make the opponent trips on their feet. That should momentarily distabilize their movement, and allow you guys to have enough time to aim for their heart or brain." explained Kurono.

After that, they continued their search, while Kurono talked about his stone-drill skills, pyrokinesis theory, and some other theory related to psychic powers.

Not long later, they saw two Brachiosaurus laying down on the ground. Of the two giant dinosaurs, one of them looked even bigger than the other one.

"There are two of them. I will take care of one of them. You guys go take down the other one." said Kurono, while the other nodded with a serious face. Kurono gave them some encouragement. "You can use the suit to overpower that dinosaur. If you still cannot beat it, just hold on until I'm done with my target."

Saying so, Kurono launched some stones towards one of the gigantic Brachiosaurus in order to bait it to follow him. However, one of the smaller dinosaurs rises it's head, causing the launched attack to hit it.

The stones blinded one of it's eyes, causing the alien to turn mad.

"Human, how dare you injure my eyes. I will kill you."

The dinosaurs then started swinging it's head. Suddenly, it slammed it's head towards Kurono. Kurono just jumped lightly to evade the attack. After that, he X-rayed the animal, and easily found its heart. He gripped his palm into a fist, and the heart of the dinosaurs crumbled. The first Brachiosaurus was dead.

On the other side, the psychic duo were hardly able to scan the heart of the monsters. That's because, the dinosaur have thick meat and skin. Though they are not powerless, as all of them have their Gantz weapon.

Sakuraoka used a sword to slice down the monsters. After knowing that the dinosaur's heart are on the right side of it's chest, she aimed her cut on that place. With that, Sakuraoka killed the other Brachiosaurus alien.

"Let's move on to the next target. We are running out of time. Let's go." said Kurono. He and the group then started moving to the next target.

Kurono glanced at the two mountain not far from the dead Brachiosaurus and thought of going to attack it. However, he was not so sure he could fight this two gargantuan dinosaurs. 'Let's think of a solutions first. I'll go back to fight them later.' thought Kurono. After that, he followed the group.

ROAR!!

"Eh!? What was that?"

"Hey look." Sakuraoka pointed towards a direction. The group then saw four big T-Rex in that direction moving towards, and eying them like a prey.

Dammit! This is the thing that can shoot fireballs from its mouth, Thought Kurono. He then warned the others, "Run!!"

As soon as he said that, all of them run away, and headed towards the place where they got transferred to.

At the back, the two Supersaurus slowly got up from its' laying down state. One of them looked at the two dead Brachiosaurus not far away from them. A glint of cold light flashed in it's dinosaurs eyes.

At the starting point, a Kappe Alien was leaning on a wall, while looking at it's pet dinosaurs eating the remains of some dead human. There are ten Utahraptors scattered in the place, eating several dead bodies. Other than Kurono's and Kato's group, the rest of them got killed and eaten by these raptors.

At this time, Kurono's group arrived here, and was shocked at the sight of dead bodies and raptors all over the place.

"Oh no! This is bad. What should we do now?" Sakurai become anxious as he saw the dangerous situation.

Right now, the situation are not really favorable for them. Reika who was a newbie to this kind of situation didn't feel good when she saw those scattered dead people, and barfed at the side.

"I will try to hold those T-Rex. You guys try your best to clear those raptors." said Kurono.

"What? Are you sure?" Sakuraoka frowned when she heard that.

"No time to consider. Go." With that, Kurono moved towards the approaching giants at the back. He flew up and moved as fast as he could to the right of the four T-Rex. After that, he used his psychic powers to enhance his voice.

ROAR!!

Imitating the dinosaurs, Kurono roared at the big four. The enhanced sounds created a sound waves that reverberated in the surrounding. The sound waves managed to distract the four giant dinosaurs, making them change their target to Kurono.

"Come after me, you oversized dog!" shouted Kurono, giving the dinosaurs a middle finger. Somehow, the T-Rex got irritated, and one of them throw up a big fireball.

Seeing the incoming fire attack, Kurono hurriedly evaded to the side. The fireball flew away and hit a building, causing it to melt instantly, and got burnt.

"That fire power is too damn dangerous." Kurono sweated profusely when he saw that. He will be a goner for sure if he got hit by that ball of fire. Suddenly, he thought controlling the ball of fire, and he thought that it was a feasible action. Another thought was that would he be able to keep the thing in his inventory?

"Hey Freya, do you think I could keep those oversized ball in my inventory?"

*... technically yes. However, no one ever tried that.*

"Then let me try that. It will be useful to me. Also, is this called using weapon?"

*...I can exempt this from being a weapon as long as you managed to store it. It's not Gantz weapon, and not man-made. So... it's not in the specification of weapon that registered in the system.*

"Nice. Then, its settled then."

After confirming that, Kurono tried harder to anger the dinosaurs. In return, four fire balls were launched at him. He hurriedly used his psychic powers to contain all the fire. After that, he tried to store those balls. To his delight, he managed to keep all four of them. Moreover, those things are kept in it's state as if frozen in time.

Kurono smiled happily, and looked at those four T-Rex as if looking at a precious toy. "Nice one. Alright dog, keep it coming. I need more of these things."

The dinosaurs complied and send more fireballs at him, in which, Kurono kept them all. After collecting twenty fireballs, his inventory is now almost full. So he decided to stop collecting.

"It's time to end this. Come give me some more if you dare."

The dinosaurs cannot reach Kurono with their claws or mouth. Therefore, they could only comply and send out more fireballs. Kurono contained all four fireballs, and combined them into on giant fireballs. More fireballs were launched at him, and he took it, combining it to the previous one, creating a small sun that floated above his head.

"Now, try your own attack."

Kurono levitated in the air like a deity and launched the 'sun' towards the four T-Rex. Seeing the giant fireballs, the four dinosaurs tried to evade to the side. However, the ball go faster than them, and followed wherever they go.

The fire hit the first T-Rex and melted it's body in just a second. After that, the fireballs become a little smaller, but still moved towards the next target, until all four of the T-Rex got incinerated.

The sight of Kurono easily controlled the fireballs to kill those giant dinosaurs astonished everyone. Even the raptors looked at him with some fears.
