9 Money and Home

I needed to find a place to live and buy the gaming setup needed to play Yggdrasil.

I also needed an ID. I do not exist in this world, which is a problem.

And i also needed a lot of money. I need money for a place to live and for the gaming setup. And I also need money to play the game.

You can buy a lot of useful in game items with money. There are even limited event items that you can buy with real money and you can even buy items from other players with real money. Atleast that's what i know from my memory about overlord.

So money is very important right now.

Maybe i should just 'borrow' some money from a rich guy. This sounds like a good plan. I could also ask the same guy to make me an ID. Rich people have connections, so they won't have a problem.

So i just went towards the beggar once again used Sharingan. I asked if he knew about some corrupt rich guy. Maybe some kind of big shot in the city. If i am gonna rob someone, why not a bad guy?

He told be about a corporation owner. Hiroshi Nohara. Most people work under him in this city. He has worked many workers to death. Heavy schedule with low pay. People can't even quit as there are no other options. Hiroshi had already crushed any other companies that could compete with him. And anyone new that tries to go against him gets killed overnight. And he's never blamed for it. He's got a lot of connections. And most people in the government are corrupted.

All in all he's a guy most people would be happy to see dead. And since I was gonna 'borrow' from someone anyway, why not from him.

Apparently this city was divided into two parts. The upper city city of the rich and the lower city of the poor.

He lived in the upper city. The northern part of the city where most rich people live.

So i went towards a flying car that was not flying. The car just stopped and parked in front of a building. So i went towards the guy that was coming out of the car and used Sharingan on him. I then ordered him to take me to the upper city.

Soon i arrived at the upper city. It did look way better than the other parts of the city. It was like comparing cities from underdeveloped and developed countries. There difference was pretty huge. This place screamed expensive. Everything looked luxurious. And the flying cars look cooler.

Anyway, i don't have time for this. I need to focus on my current objective.

I exited the flying car and ordered the man to forget about me and go back to what he was doing before.

I quickly entered stealth and went running towards the tallest building. Hiroshi lives on the highest floor of this building.

so i entered the building and went inside the lift and started ascending towards the top floor.

When the lift opened on the top floor, i could see a corridor with a lot of bodyguards. They were confused seeing an empty lift but i didn't care. I came out of stealth and used Sharingan on them all. I made them continue what they were doing and ignore me.

I asked one of them about their boss. Hiroshi was in the room straight ahead.

So i entered the room without hesitation. Seeing an unknown guy like me enter without permission Hiroshi was confused quickly angered.

He was about to shout but i was faster. I used Sharingan on him and ordered him to sit down.

"You will be working for me from now on. Do you understand?" I asked.

"Yes boss" He answered.

" I need to make new ID and i need lots of money. You will give me both. You will also arrange a place for me to live. Understood?" I asked.

"Yes boss. I will quickly order my men to make a ID for you and you can have this card. This card is connected to my main bank account. Most of my money is in this card. The password is xxxxx. And for the living place, i have a appartment complex under me. You can use the best appartment there."

"Good. You can go back to your work. You should be able to manage your corporation without this money. Afterall you are a pretty good buisness, even though you are a shitty person."

"Yes boss. I will assign a bodyguard to guide you towards your new appartment." He said.

"Yeah, do that." I said and went out. A bodyguard soon followed and guided me towards the parking lot and a flying car.

He drove to the appartment complex and showed me my appartment. After the bodyguard went away, i entered the Appartment.

It looked pretty good. A big luxurious living room, 3 bedroom with expensive looking bed, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and a gaming room.

Since DMMORPG games like Yggdrasil bacame popular, expensive appartments like this one started adding a gaming room with all the equipments needed to play those games.

My appartment was one of the best and most expensive ones. So it had all the top quality equipments.

After entering my new home first I took a shower. And then i ate some Cheese burgers with some french fries and a nice strawberry milkshake.

After eating my food i went towards the gaming room. It had a huge futuristic looking computer. And a big mechanical bed. It's probably the machine used to play the game.

Anyway i needed to buy Yggdrasil first. Going to the computer i started to try using it. After half an hour, i finnally learnt how to use it. I quickly opened the game store. There was Yggdrasil on the number one position with a few other new DMMO RPG games behind it.

I bought Yggdrasil using the card give to me by Hiroshi. It seemed it will take 12 hours to prepare the game for playing.

So i went towards the bedroom. I knew i was gonna spend a long time inside the game once i start it, so i wanted to rest now.

I woke up after 15 hours. Yeah, i sleep a lot even when i am not tired.

Anyway i went towards the gaming room once again. I checked to see if the game was ready to play.

It was ready. So i equipped gaming set, and started Yggdrasil.
