4 Chapter 4 *Title Hidden*

A girl with ivy green hair-, no wait green ivy for hair, sat in front of me while watering a flower.

Her smile was beautiful and her figure was gorgeous.

"Are those tulips you're taking care off?"

Interrupting her train of thought, her original happy smile was replaced with a amicable one, a false one.

"Yes, they are. I'm sorry I don't believe I know your name?". She appeared genuinely sorry for not knowing my name. It appears my reputation for being a 'quirkless' is not as infamous as I thought.

"My name is Kagami, Kagami Ren".

"Nice to meet you Kagami-san. My name is Ibara Shiozaki", her old smile came through again.

I chatted with her about flowers and her studies for a long time and didn't realize that it was so late.

"My apologies Shiozaki-san, we were talking for so long it's almost sundown, I'll walk you home".

She appeared somewhat reserved however my trusty condition helped smooth things over.

"If I try anything funny, you could probably beat me up anyway". She giggled at my remark but didn't question it.

"Okay Kagami-kun, if you would be so kind". I walked her home which was in the complete opposite direction to my house and got home extremely late that night.

Lying down on the couch in the living room I looked down at my notepad to see my checkpoints.

I had already ticked the first two checkpoints and was tapping the third box with some degree of frustration.

While Saber, Rider and Berserker all have relatively low mana cost. Everything else, including the Alters have a Mana of at least B! With Kagami's measly E- he could only use those Servants for several minutes before passing out from from the lack of prana.

He couldn't find a way to increase his mana other than training, although besides Luck it grew the slowest out of them all!

Putting the notepad away and pulling over the covers I slept on the couch last night.

For the next 3 months I trained and flirted like crazy. Ibara was the only person at school who would hang out with me despite my 'quirkless' status and Momo would talk to me everyday. The two of them were difficult to get close to, but easy to get along with.

It took roughly 15 days for Ibara to give out her phone number and around 20 to get Momo to give hers. It was the greatest week of my life.

The other boys at Gorudo Middle School were jealous because two beautiful girls were hanging around me all the time but didn't do anything about it, because they thought they were feeling guilty about my condition.

'Ha! At least I've got one thing you don't', was the expression I made every time they tried to glare at me.

And another good thing that happened over the last 3 months. I managed to meet Saiko Intelli, a former student of Gorudo Middle School who seemed to be acquainted with the old Kagami Ren.

She seemed surprised at the change in my personality but she only encouraged me to chase my dreams.

Needless to say I got her phone number as well.

I hadn't met any of the other future Class 1A members but things between me and Momo got closer than I would've thought, faster than I would've thought.

"Umm. Kagami?".

"Yes, Momo?".

"Can you come with me to meet my parents?".

I was surprised by the sudden question, but I gave her a smile and replied, "Sure, anything for you Momo".

She blushed a little but quickly covered it up. Grabbing my hand this time, she entwined he fingers with mine and we walked all the way to her massive family home.

"Whatever happens in here, just follow my lead".

I waited a moment before giving her a nod. Her actions reminded me kinda like a person who...

"Mother, father, I'm home and I've brought a guest".

Taking off my shoes I was led through the mansion of a home until I was brought to the same room as the one Momo taught the 'dumb*sses', for lack of a better term, of Class 1A. Inside the room was four adults, an average-looking young man and a maid and butler in the corner of the room.

As soon as we walked in all eyes were on us, me in particular.

"Momo? Who is this young man?". Asked a woman who looked similarly to Momo. Even her hairstyle was the same and body was even greater, the years looked as though they took a considerable toll on her.

"Mother, father. This is Kagami Ren, my boyfriend". She paused and ignored the other people in the room. The other parents and the young man furrowed their brows and then looked at Momo's parents.

"I see how it is. Come Ryuunosuke, it appears we've outstayed out welcome".

The family of three left as quickly as I came in, but not before the young man glared at me.

"Momo, how could you do that. If you didn't want to marry that boy, you could've just said so?", said her father.

"Sorry Father, I didn't want to trouble you".

Her parents looked at each other before smiling then looking at me.

"So introduce us. It's not everyday our daughter brings a boy home, and a handsome one at that". Said her mother while cupping her cheek.

Turning red, Momo exclaimed, "It's not like that! Kagami and I- and I...".

She puffed out her cheeks and didn't say anything. Looks like it's my turn to step up.

"I wouldn't mind. You're one of the smartest, most caring person I know. Anyone would be lucky to have you".

Her face lit up. And then turned a tomato red. Although her father raised an eyebrow, her mother just giggled.

"And a charmer. I wonder how many girls have fallen for you young man".

I give her a smile, "Zero, ma'am. I don't have any friends".

That certainly earned a reaction from everybody in the room, especially Momo.

"You shouldn't say that about yourself Kagami! Just because your 'quirkless' doesn't mean that you're in the wrong. Everybody else is just an idiot for only looking at your 'quirk' and nothing else". She also appeared a bit bothered by it. Mainly because everyone at school is only her 'friend' in name, not in deed.

The night went by fairly quickly. We all had dinner. I told her parents a bit about myself making them feel sorry for my living conditions. I hadn't told Momo that yet.

"What! They abandoned you! That's horrendous, what's their names!".

I just dismissed it and said it wasn't important. In fact living alone was probably for the better since I became a Gamer. It really allowed me to become stronger without hitting a threshold yet... except for that damn Mana stat!

After a few hours I bid them goodnight and Momo saw me off. She was still a little upset I hadn't told her about my family so she had puffed out her cheeks a little and turned he head to the side, not meeting my gaze.

"I'm going now".

"Whatever", she said pretending not to care.

I smiled and pointed to nothing behind her, although this didn't stop her from looking.

"Huh? What is-".

The moment she turned around my lips were touching hers.

They were soft and I swear I could taste strawberries. A couple of seconds had passed an she didn't slap me so I kept going and cupped her cheek. She stood up on her tippy toes trying to meet my height and continued to enjoy the feeling of my lips connecting with hers.

She slowly, but surely moved into it, and just as I was about to put a little tongue-

"Ehem!"

Her mother and father were standing in the door, one covering her eyes with her hands but looking through the gaps and the other with crossed arms tapping his index finger on his bicep.

"I think it's time fore bed Momo. You have to let Kagami-san walk home now. The streets are dangerous and night".

A threatening aura emanated from his body.

Momo blushed slightly before running off to the second floor towards her room.

I scratched the back of my head while walking away from the house feeling the stare of an over-protective father on my back.

Arriving home I laid down on my bed laughing. After getting a text from Momo. She wanted to prepare when we'ed get married, how many kids we'd have and what house we'd buy.

This is where things got a little tough. I wasn't some dense harem protagonist, nor was I a main character that had a relationship then ditched the girl for 300 chapters. I was a very handsome normal guy.

I had to be honest and not lie... maybe bend the truth a little.

"Momo, what would you do if I had a relationship with another girl?".

"I'd break up with you".

I put down the phone for a moment thinking, 'At least she's not a yandere'.

"What if someone else fell in love with me? The same way you did?".

"Why? Are you trying to make other girls fall in love with you?".

I took a deep breath, "Yes".

I didn't hear a response.

"Momo? Momo?".

I heard crying in the background. She didn't hang up or call for her mother and father which was a bonus.

"Why?". Her teary muffled voice cried out.

"Two reasons. One because it's the dream of every man to have a harem of beautiful women who love him and-".

"I don't believe that!", she didn't muffle her voice that time. It caused me to stiffen.

"You were so nice. So thoughtful. So caring... ". I grab the deck of cards install Saber and run out the door. Although I had only been there once the route from my house back to the Yaoyorozu estate was firmly engraved into my mind.

"You were my first love. The single person who didn't look at me for my Quirk, my family or my body!".

I activated [Reduced Earth] and boosted my Agility to A++ which boosted my speed so high I created a sonic boom. I knew that, that would attract nearby Heroes but right now I didn't care.

A girl that was in love with me was crying right now and it was all my fault.

"I can't believe you betrayed-".

"Momo listen!". I shout trying to hear the sound of my voice over the whistling wind in my ears.

"Yeah?", she said hopefully.

"I am about to do something very stupid that might get me arrested. So look out your window".

"Why should I?". she asked.

I felt a pain in my chest. It was times like these I wish I didn't have emotions. But I needed to tell her. What I felt.

I'm just a f*cked up guy looking for his own piece of mind.

"Because I love you Momo! I didn't make you fall in love with me because I 'want' a harem! I am genuinely in love with you! The afternoons we spent together. The times you giggle at my jokes. The time you took me to the infirmary. You can't expect to do that to a guy and not have him fall for you".

"Really?", she said hopefully.

"Yes really! Now are you looking out your window?". I uninstall Saber and Install Lancer. I quickly feel my prana drain as my hair turns white and my eyes turn a heterochromatic red and blue.

"Yeah".

"Then look up to the moon!".

"The moon-ah! What is that!".

I jump and using Karna's power over the Sun I create streaks of fire in the sky.

"Can you see it?!". I ask.

I hear another crying this time, but it wasn't as lonely as the time before.

"Yes I see it! Of course I can see it. Everybody in Musutafu can it you idiot!".

I finish my leaving streaks of fire in the sky and land on a nearby building panting heavily. I could hear Momo's voice coming from the phone but my eyes were so heavy.

The last thing I saw, were the words 'I love you Momo Yaoyorozu' floating high up in the sky.
