19 Chapter 16 I will become the Number One Hero!

The individual fitness tests pretty much as Kagami expected it to.

Most of his group got above the average person from his old world and depending on the test, excelled because of their quirk.

Tsuyu managed to hop her way past the 50 meter line in 5.58 seconds

Momo managed to get the highest on both the long distance running by creating a scooter to scoot around with and a pole vault to leap over the sandbox.

The side step was actually won by Jirou who gave an aloof look as she told her score to Kagami.

"89.".

I smile and move closer to her my shoulder brushing up against her shoulder.

"This one?".

She is a little surprised by the sudden closeness and gets a little flustered but doesn't move back and leans into it a little.

"Yeah, right there".

I bring my arm around her back and pull her closer into me with the pen in the same arm.

"Sorry. Just a little more and I can reach-".

"Ehem!".

The speed at which I moved away from Jirou must've been faster than when I use [Reduced Earth]. Turning back I saw Momo with her arms crossed and a raised eyebrow, "Do you want to know my score?".

"Yes of course, I could never forget about you Momo". I speed around to her back and rest my head on her shoulder and move my hands to wrap around her front.

"Show me were to put it".

My words cause someone behind me to spit out water but I continue to hold onto Momo.

"Its right here". She whispers and wraps here hands around my own. I have to stop after Ochaco comes up to me with a red face and her bubbly personality popped.

And with that she speed walked away to the taps her ears gradually reddening as she walks.

"Ah, scared her away".

"Is there any girl in this class you whose pants you don't want to get into?". Momo's voice had an edge to it that made me turn her around and hold her in my chest.

"No actually there isn't". My sudden response causes her to giggle before looking up at me and saying, "Whose pants do you want to get into the most?".

I didn't say anything but tore off a piece of paper from the bottom of the test record sheet and write something down and put it in her hand.

"Sensei! I got 69 are you proud of me!", Mina said while running over towards me. I pat her on the head and give a give Momo a look while biting my lower lip. She puts it in her pocket quicker than I could blink and walked over to the taps were Ochako was.

"Did I do good sensei?". The pink girl gave me a smile while I continued to pat her head.

"Yes Ashido-chan, I'm very proud of you. Keep up the good work and I'll give you a reward, okay?".

The girls eyes lit up and ran over to the taps becoming several shades of pink deeper.

On the flip side many of the boys were staring at my actions and gasping in awe.

"I've changed my mine. All Might isn't my favorite Hero anymore".

"I hear you brother. It's like he's got a attraction quirk... is that thing though?"

"Maybe, but look at the guy. He's tall, handsome, smart, confident and mysterious. He's like a walking chick magnet".

Aizawa frowned and threatened, "If you take too long I'll make it the bottom three that get expelled!"

All the boys back straightened and continued to do their tests although one of them still held his neck and clenched his hand.

"Damn 'quirkless'. First it was Deku and now this upstart..."

He gave a quick glance to Kagami flirting and his feeling on the ball tightened.

"F*cking DIE!".

With a massive explosion the ball was thrown close to a kilometer which caused many to whistle and nod.

"Damn that was good throw. How far do you think Midoriya?", asked Iida.

"Not a kilometer, but...".

"But what?"

Midoriya gulped, "That look on Kacchan's face is the same one he makes whenever he's about to get into a fight".

Tenya was a little taken back and turned to see the look and Bakugo's face and was more than a little surprised.

It was a face filled with a cold fury, he didn't even look at the score he got before started to walk over to Kagami his hand open and causing miniature explosions.

"Kacchan! Wait, don't do anything that you'll-".

"Shut up Deku! I've had enough of your sh*t!".

This caused the green haired boy to stop following Bakugo and his extended hand to drop. Bakugo gave Midoriya one last glare before running over to Kagami with a shout.

"Oi! Sensei? Can I ask you a question?"

Kagami turned around and appeared a little confused by the boys actions, "Do you mean me?".

"Of course I mean you dumbass! Who the hell do you think I'm talking about!".

The intensity of his voice drew everyone's attention. Aizawa rolled his eyes at the boy and wrote down the words 'Shut him up' on a spare piece of paper and held it up for me to see.

Turning back to Bakugo I noticed that he had already leaped towards me his right hand extended forward in a clawed position.

"DIE!".

With a massive explosion that rocked the sports field Bakugo ignited his sweat and pushed forward and explosion.

"How's that pretty boy! You think you're all talk but-".

Before the smoke could clear everyone heard the sounds of fist hitting cheeks before Bakugo was propelled out of the smoke before doing a back flip and wiping the corner of his lip.

"Hehe. So you're not a complete pansy, however-".

As soon as he started to run I pulled my hand back into a punching position and waited.

"What's he doing?"

"He'll get hit if he waits for Bakugo to get closer".

"Momo! Your boyfriend is fighting with Bakugo! Help him!".

The girl in question was surrounded by the others shouting and yelling over the top of each other.

"It's just Bakugo? It'll be alright. Kagami can beat most of the teachers here one on one so he's no threat".

Momo just created a chair and a cold glass of juice before sitting down in it and enjoying the fight.

The others just stood there gobsmacked. He is your boyfriend right? Were's the concern? Aren't you going to try and stop him?

Shoto just walked up to her and asked, "Can you make me a seat too?".

She smiled and in the blink of an eye a fold out chair was created. She looked around and said to nobody in particular, "Does anyone else want one?".

"Sure, I'll take one". Their real teacher, Erasure Head raised his hand and sat down in it with a sigh.

His gaze glanced over the two boys once before closing his eyes.

"Haha! Don't believe you can hit me when an explosion hits you first!". Bakugo thrusted his hand forward and the nitroglycerin like substance exploded towards Kagami.

The latter only smiled before saying, "[Mana Burst - Flames]".

A huge torrent of flames came shooting out of Kagami's hand heading directly towards Bakugo's explosion. The two masses of heat collided with each other dispersing the energy upwards towards the sky.

The entire class was shocked.

"How did he create flames without a quirk! Aizawa-sensei how did-".

"I don't know alright? Kagami's skill set is very unique and isn't limited to strength and agility techniques. He can do a multitude of things. That is why he was brought here. If we took any body enhancement quirk user of the street they could easily do the things that anyone can do with a little training.

Kagami Ren is a special existence. He defies everything we know and have established about the human body and its potential. That, is why he is here. That, is why he is teaching you. So that the next generation of Heroes will be faster, stronger, and more powerful than the previous. All Might's not old, but what happens when the symbol of peace dies? Will a new one step up and take his place?".

His gaze landed on Midoriya who flinched before moving on.

"It could happen any day. A freak accident, a medical condition, or just plain old age. The symbol of peace isn't gonna be around forever and the criminals in the world know this. They only be the occasional robber or thief today, but whose to say that in 2, 5, 10 or even 20 years from now it will be the same.

You're the next generation of Heroes. Start acting like it".

Class 1A dropped their heads down and clenched their fists. They only thought of being a Pro Hero to be to them was to become famous or for money. They always believed that saving people from a burning building or a cat from a tree was amazing but...

"I know sensei. That's why I came here".

Nearly everyone turned to Midoriya to stared directly in Erasure Heads eyes.

"The reason why I studied to so hard, the reason why I trained so hard wasn't to play around. I have to- I need to make someone proud. Someone trusted in me with their wish. Someone whom I look up to.

That's why I will become... the number one Hero if the time comes. The time when All Might cannot be the symbol of peace. Then I will that symbol. No matter what it takes".

The words made a certain man peeping around a corner cry tears of joy.

'Midoriya shounen. I wasn't wrong to chose you'.

Aizawa scoffed and said, "Then keep watching. Kagami is the same age as you and is already closer to becoming the number one hero than you can even dream off. Look at his devotion, his drive, his ambition!

He pointed up towards the sky.

"To reach the top".

Kagami heard every word of their conversation and smiled, 'Looks like I've got to crank things up a notch'.

He installed the Saber Class Card causing his hair and eyes to change color and a katana to appear in his hands.

"A sword! Where did that come from!".

Everyone had an idea and looked at Momo who just whistled.

"Get ready Bakugo! This is something I developed myself! Not something that has been passed down to me!".

The blonde raised an eyebrow and watched the sword carefully. No matter who it was, someone who possessed a sword was someone to be wary of. One wrong slip on either parties end and it could end in disaster.

"Bring it on! I can take anything you can dish out!".

I chuckled and held the sword in its sheath at my waist, ready to draw it out.

Both of us stood there for several minutes eyeing each other, waiting fro the other to make the first move before Bakugo created several explosions causing dust and dirt to be kicked up into the air.

"Ha! Gotcha!".

When I heard his voice I smiled and drew the sword while saying,

"Original Phantasm - [Mukō, Kyuu Renzoku Sōkon] (Void, Nine Consecutive Slash)"

The technique was inspired by both Okita's Lightless Swordplay and Alcides Nine Lives Technique. It was the combination of both unseen speed and unsurpassed power. Although it had yet to be perfected, it was still good enough to test on Bakugo.

With nine gushes of wind been shot out and dispelling the smoke away the only thing Class 1A saw was the tip of Kagami's blade milimeters away from Bakugo's throat. His sport uniform shredded and nine distinct cuts were left on his upper body. Both Biceps, both lungs, underneath the left armpit, the stomach, the liver, the kidney and the left side of his neck.

Anyone of those was if not an instant death a very long recovery in the hospital.

Bakugo on the other hand smiled, "At least you're not a p*ssy about it".

I raised my eyebrow, "Is my teaching up to your standing, Bakugo?".
