1 Chapter 1: Meeting with the author

'What the hell?? Where am I right now? What I remember clearly is that I died once and got reincarnated into Westeros. What went wrong after that??' Thought Edward to himself after looking left and right to check where he was. He could not see anything outside of some stars that covered the sky at night and gave the place a calming effect. He continued to wonder about what happened to him in Westeros when he was supposed to be in The North. He remembered that the canon events were about to start, so how could he get here when he was ready for everything that would happen from that moment.

'Did I die again or something? But this time, I did not remember anyone stabbing me with a dagger or anything. Was it poison? But I don't remember any symptoms, and I did not feel anything wrong with my body. So what the hell is happening here?' Thought Edward to himself after he spent more time in that place without getting a reply and not knowing what would happen to him in this place. Is Brandon Stark coming out of his grave to kill me after what I did to him? Nothing indicated what would happen to Edward this time.

"Hello there, Edward." Said a voice that came from a little far away. When Edward heard that voice, he felt a little fear inside his heart towards that voice. But the voice came again, and it was chuckling after he saw Edward's reaction.

"Who the hell are you? Show yourself, motherfucker." Asked Edward as he shouted as loud as he could while looking left and right for the place where this voice came from, not forgetting to insult the newcomer here and there.

"I am the author, you motherfucker. No wonder all readers asked me to redo my whole book again because of you. You are an arrogant brat. How dare you cause me all those problems? Could not you behave normally like other author's characters?" Said the author as he looked at Edward's soul with some mockery in his eyes as he swore to make him suffer a little by little. He did not believe that the character he created would fucking speak to him like that and insult him in their first conversation. It seemed that the author had spoiled his characters a lot in his previous book that they dared to insult him in his face like that. He would have to cut some of Edward's long tongue to force him to behave like a human.

"Author!!! What is that?? I did not know anyone named 'author.'. As for the other characters you talked about, they did not dare to dominate the world the way I did because they are pussies and chickens." Said Edward with a confused voice, but he was still arrogant and did not acknowledge his mistakes and decided to insult the author and the other people.

"Do you think you are a real person or something??? I am the one who created you in the first place. I am the god in this place, so if you did not show me your respect, I am going to fucking kill you. As for the other people you insulted, they behaved like that because they are normal people that behaved the way a human should, but you are a fucking maniac that killed everyone." Said the author with some authority in his voice after seeing Edward's arrogant attitude towards him and the others. He was not like the other characters who tolerated Edward in the past. He was the one who created Edward in the first place and could erase him from existence if he wanted to do that. He could imagine a million Edwards that would obey his command and not cause him any trouble.

Edward, who heard the author's words and the fear in his heart rose to a different level, had a change in expression and thought it was better for him to offend someone like that and stay low as much as possible. He would do himself any good if he angered that person.

Edward had done all that in Westeros because he had had enough power to protect himself, but what could he do in front of this existence that created him in the first place? He could make his soul vanish without a trace without hesitation, so he had to behave himself and ask about what happened to him in Westeros to know the truth.

"I apologize for that, and I hope that you could accept my apology, Mr.Author. Can you tell me what happened to me? I know nothing about what you are talking about." Said Edward with a soft voice, trying to get on the author's good side, but he sounded so weird trying to do that. Although he was trying to suck up to the author, the author felt a little creepy and did not like Edward's attitude since he was the one who created Edward's character and knew that he would not behave like that, normally.

"Speak like a man, damn it." Shouted the author as he was not used to Edward's soft attitude and did not like it in the first place since it was all an act to get close to the others. He knew that Edward would only smile like that when he started scheming against his enemies. Since he knew all that, how could he allow Edward to behave like that in front of him?

"Ok, I am sorry for that. Please, tell me what happened." Said Edward with a normal voice as he saw that his soft attitude was not working against the author or getting any good result since he saw that the author might get angry instead. He decided to talk with a calm voice since he knew that was his only way to know what happened to him and his children in Westeros. He did not like it when he left them hanging like that.

"Well, many readers complained about your cruel actions and wished for a less cruel version of you that did not kill a friend or a brother here and there. I also decided to change some complicated and illogical events in that timeline, and I would need your help. That is why I decided to cut part of your soul that lives in the other timeline and reincarnate it to another timeline to see what good things we could do there." Said the author with a smile as if he thought that this idea was the best while, in fact, it was a terrible one. How could someone sane enough do that?
