Game of Thrones-The Black Lord

(Sequel To “For The Queen, Not The Prince”) It all started in Summerhall. Aegon The Unlikely’s attempt at resurrecting the Dragons was successful but at the cost of his life. The fire was able to be put out, not before it took Aegon V's life as well as his son, Ser Duncan The Tall, and a few rooms. Ever since then, the events that decide the fate of Westeros had vastly changed. Dragons had returned; it was said that during the night of the fire, a bright crimson comet was seen in the night sky. During the end of King Aerys’s reign, a Rebellion started. But it wasn’t started by Robert Baratheon due to Rhaegar’s actions. Robert instead fought for the Targaryens and was married to a Princess which resulted with them having a son, Rhaegon. Rhaegon Baratheon is the rider of Morghul, a massive Black Dragon that Hatched at the end of the Rebellion started by the River Dragon. He was not just named after the Dragon that was bound to Aegon III's first wife and cousin, Jaehera but because of Rhaegon's unique sense of humor as he inherited his mother's spirit. (Third Person POV)

Oberyn stepped back as his face was distorted with several emotions, trying to process what he had just seen.

"I..." He said as he frowned, "Who are you?"

Khal Daegon stopped as he twirled his arakh in his hand, his dragon behind him, "Me?" He said with a thick dothraki accent, "Khal Daegon."

"Daegon...." Oberyn said, "Who are your parents? Your father, your mother."

"What do you care?" Daegon said seriously as he walked to the side, circling around Oberyn as the prince did the same, "What does it matter to you?"

In an instant, the Khal lunged at Oberyn, swinging his curved blade at him while holding it with both hands. Oberyn blocked the attack and immediately stepped back, a bit surprised by the power behind the swing.

Daegon followed it up with another swing, this time it was much faster than the first one, which was dodged by Oberyn who kept backing away.

As this happened, Oberyn carefully scanned Daegon's features and noticed one thing; His eyes.

"Those eyes...." Oberyn said as he widened his eyes once again, "Those eyes!"

Daegon had black hair and black eyes, but Oberyn saw something within his eyes, besides the brutality of a Dothraki.

Daegon lunged at him and swung his arakh, "What about them?" He said with a bored expression, "Martell...."

Obery blocked the arakh with the pole of his spear and as the two of them struggled in a clash, he leaned in closer to see the Khal's eyes.

"E-Elia...." Oberyn said with bewilderment

"Elia?" Daegon said as he pushed him off, "Who is that?"

As Oberyn stumbled back, he was attacked by two dothraki who swung their blades at him. In the heat of the moment, Oberyn dodged their attacks and impaled one of them with ease as he avoided the other one's attack. He then kicked the other one in the chest and as he stumbled back, Daegon swung his arakh at the dothraki's neck, beheading him in a swift motion.

There was anger in the Khal's eyes.

"He's my prey!!!" Daegon bellowed in Dothraki, warning any nearby riders that heard him as Drogon let out a roar

He then pointed his weapon at Oberyn who pulled his spear out of the dead dothraki's stomach. The Prince of Dorne was staring at him with nothing but surprise and shock in his eyes.

"Rhaegar's mark...." He said softly, "Elia's eyes....it cannot be...You're...."

Daegon spat on the ground, "I am Khal Daegon, son of Drogo. Son of Meleys." He said with a serious look on his face, "Rider of Drogon, The Black Stallion. I descend upon this land to enact my vengeance."

"Drogo....Meleys?" Oberyn said, "No."

"No?" Daegon said

"You're not....it can't be....t-there's no mistaking it..." Oberyn said as he began to sweat slightly, "It can't be....."

Daegon charged at him and swung his blade at Oberyn, who dodged the attack and countered with the butt of his spear, hitting the Khal in the shoulder and pushed him back. As Daegon stumbled, Oberyn thrust the butt of his spear at his face, hitting him hard and pushing him back. As the Khal fell, he immediately flipped back and stood up in a swift motion.

Daegon had an enraged look on his face, "You dare!!!" He shouted

"To put me on my back is an offense!!!" He bellowed in Dothraki, "I shall separate your head from your neck, feed your entrails to my dragon, and whatever daughters you have, I shall rape them till they die!"

Oberyn, who had traveled to most of the known world, understood a bit of Dothraki. He understood this statement, taking the threat seriously. However, he was still in disbelief, memories of his beloved sister filling his mind.

Elia Martell was once married to Rhaegar Targaryen and during the River Dragon's Rebellion, she was killed in Dragonstone, victim of a terrible incident that was conspired by an unknown party. For years, Oberyn had worked day and night to find out the truth. Eventually, he ceased his vendetta at the behest of his brother and Rhaegar, who did not want to be reminded of the terrible heartbreak.

It was not only Elia Martell, Oberyn's sister, who died. Rhaenys and Aegon Targaryen, Rhaegar's children were also killed. Rhaenys was but a toddler at the time and Aegon was still a babe. They were Oberyn's niece and nephew, which added more to the heartbreak, the despair of that day.

And now, a young man stood before Oberyn, bearing Rhaegar's mark on the exact same spot as all of his daughters.

Khal Daegon did not look like the traditional Dothraki and that is because he is not Drogo and Meleys's biological son. He was taken in by the Blackfyre, and adopted by the Khal. Tradition would've forbade Daegon's position but due to some strings being pulled and the influence of Zaldrizes Jaes, Daegon was accepted as Drogo's son.

Who was Khal Daegon really? Where did he come from?

Oberyn looked at him as he saw Elia in his face, "You're...." He said, "Aegon!"

Daegon narrowed his eyes, "Aegon?"

"You're Aegon Targaryen!" Oberyn shouted, emotions filling his mind, "E-Elia's boy! But how?!"

"No idea what you say...." Daegon muttered as he lunged at him, "Stupid dornishman."

He swung his arakh at him only for Oberyn to dodge his multiple swings. The Red Viper easily backed away from the Khal's attacks and countered with simple kicks and punches that stumbled him away.

"You speak to me like you don't realize that you are yourself one!" He shouted, "You ride a dragon? A Dothraki? How do you think that is possible?!"

"My Mother is Meleys." Daegon said with a serious expression, "She is the daughter of Zaldrizes Jaes, the Dragon God. She is a Blackfyre, sister of Valerion Blackfyre."

"You are the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Elia Martell!" Oberyn shouted, "I have no doubt in my mind about it. I feel it in my bones, Aegon, you are my blood!"

"Your blood?" Daegon said with an amused expression, "Do not make me laugh, Red Viper."

There was no doubt in Oberyn's mind, in his heart. He had made up his mind. He had the Martell's black hair and eyes and Rhaegar's mark. Khal Daegon was of Dragon's Blood, that much is apparent; Drogon was right behind him, waiting patiently.

The only other dragonrider that did not have the typical Targaryen features was none other than Rhaegon Baratheon, which made it so that it wasn't that unusual for it. But Oberyn saw it, Rhaegar's mark and Elia's eyes.

In his mind; Daegon was Aegon Targaryen, the son of Rhaegar and Elia.

"Aegon...." Oberyn said, "You are alive..."

Khal Daegon straightened up, "I am not Aegon." He said, "I am Daegon!"

Oberyn chuckled, "Adding a single letter doesn't change anything..." He said, "You are in fact him.....I just know it! But how is this possible...? When my sister died...who was it that was stabbed? Whose babe died then? Were you switched during the Dragonstone incident?"

"Enough of this." Daegon said, "Time to die."

"Red Viper."
