48 Chapter 48: Who is gonna be the Lady?

Edward made a list in his mind about all those who would suit him. He then started to eliminate those who he would never even think. The process was as follows:
1) Lyanna Stark: Edward did not like her in that way. He only thought of her as a friend or the sister of a friend. Plus, Marrying her would fuck everything regarding the night king. After long thoughts, Edward was sure that he could not defeat the night king, himself. Plus, why would he even try to fight that thing when others would do that for him? So, he decided to eliminate Lyanna from the list. Lyanna was a dreaming girl. Yeah, Edward liked her personality a lot, but he did not feel anything when he was with her. Edward would want such a thing to come, naturally. He did not want to force himself to like Lyanna. Robert and Rhaegar could have her all they wanted as Edward was not really interested in the girl. If he did something, that was because he did not like his brother nor Rhaegar.
2) Elia Martell: Edward thought that Elia would be a great wife. Yeah, she was the ideal and beautiful wife in his imagination. Plus, if he had her, he would stand to control Dorne in the future. He could have Dorne either by controlling it directly or killing the rest of the Martells and appointing one of his sons as the prince. All the south might even fall under his rule. There were only two problems that pushed Edward to eliminate Elia from the list. The first was her weak body. She would not be able to bear him more than two children. To achieve his future plans, he needed more children. The second was her death in the series would help him to accomplish some of his goals. He would use her death as a reason to do some actions. Yeah, it sounded cruel, but he did not care. He had never seen the woman, nor Edward had any relationship with her. Plus, he was not the one who was going to kill her. He was only using her death, though he did not mind described as cruel in the first place.
3) Dacey Mormont: The daughter of Maege Mormont and the cousin of Jorah Mormont. Edward always had a fetish towards the female warriors. That was clear as he always liked the She-Wolf and the She-Bear from the North. That was why Edward was insistent on improving the lives of the female warriors in his territory. But after some deep thought, He found that he would not gain anything from the bear island. And since he was not going for the She-Wolf, he would not go for the She-Bear. Yeah, call him superficial or anything. Edward would not even care. This the world where power is everything.
4) Catelyn and Lysa Tully: He just thought of them for a moment before eliminating them from the list. Edward always dispised house Tully, except Ser Brynden the Blackfish. House Tully would be the last on Edward's, and he still would not marry from them.
Edward hated three houses the most, but the reason for this hatred was different. The first house on this list was House Greyjoy. Edward found those from the Iron islands as scumbags and Ruffins that he wished to kill every one of them.
The second was House Tully. Such an inept house that Edward wished to drive to its extinction. If not for their rich lands, Edward was sure that many would have killed them already.
The third was House Lannister. His hate for Lannister was for pure revenge and rivalry. He did not despise them. On the contrary, he thought of them as the most deserving house of the throne. Unfortunately for them, Edward was born here.
5) Cersi Lannister: Just a thought of Tywin's face before eliminating her. He also did not want someone from the Lannisters. He saw them as his rivals, and after Tywin's multiple tries, there were no chances of reconciliation.
6)Besaraa Reyaan(An OC character): Besaraa from Bravos, Her father is one of the Keyholder of the Iron Bank. If he had married her, he might have a good relationship with Bravos. But that was going to fail sooner or later, as he was preparing to start his own bank.
7) Allyria Dayne: The sister of Arthur and Ashara Dayne. She was one of the candidates, but after Edward had inquired about her age, he found she was only 12. He wanted to marry at once as he could not wait to have his child this early on.
8)Ashara Dayne: Edward did not want to marry this reckless woman at first. He knew all about the famous Ashara Dayne, one of the most beautiful women in Westeros. But the woman was flirtatious and so daring. She would attract flies everywhere. Eddard Stark, Ser Barristan, and even Jon Connington all fell for her, not to mention Brandon Stark and their anonymous relationship. God only knew what these two had. But after some persuasion from his mother, Edward decided to visit Starfall at first and never judge without meeting the woman.
That was why Edward was in Starfall. The woman had committed suicide before the show's events. Plus, he did not see the woman since he was born in this world, and all he knew about her was the description from the books. Actually, Edward had some curiosity to see the woman. Everyone talked about how beautiful she was in his previous life.
Edward was staying in an inn in Starfall. Edward had sent a letter to House Dayne that he would only arrive after a week. Edward came a week earlier to see the magical castle and judge her himself. He knew it was not a way to treat his future wife, but he did not trust the woman. Plus, he was not sure if she would be the wife. Actually, Edward prepared to reject her.
Edward only brought ten of his men with him. He did not want to attract much attention. He acted as a merchant with his men as his helpers.
Edward had only sent a letter to House Dayne saying that he wanted to discuss business with them. He did not tell them that he was seeking marriage or something.
Edward was now walking through the streets of Starfall. He was going to the market in the city. What was the best way to know more information? Of course, from the stories of the Smallfolks. And the market had many Smallfolks.
