Chapter 15: Towards the Dothraki Sea.

[David POV]

[one week later]

With all the pack we have been on route to Meereen, we still had a long way to go. Traveling with all the young pups., And be careful not to draw unnecessary attention to our pack, as we were vulnerable, it took us a lot longer to travel. Also, sending small scouts groups ahead to gather information on the Khyzai Pass, our chosen route to Lhazar. And for there, it would be a little more travel into the Dothraki Sea.

In one of our rest stops, a lone rider came to me with a letter from Pentos, bringing news of Westeros. In the letter, it started talking about Kings Landing and other important houses. As soon as I read that, I knew I should pay attention to it. So Before I did anything, I gave it to Tyrion. And continue with enjoying my meal.

Maybe I should take it more seriously but with the increase in my strength this past two years. I was not scared of many things in this life. And it's still a few years left until they were born again in this world, the dragons. And for the other scary things, I was not going to poke around.

And as Tyrion was reading the letter, and his expression was changing a lot. I got near some young pups in their true self, turned myself, and started to play rough with them.

And after about 10 minutes, Tyrion approached me.

"Well, David, all the realm has truly turned upside down. The king has started to hear rumors of the exile Targaryen in Essos. And as he is not the same drunk as before, planning on how to get rid of them is his top priority. But finding them would be a pain in the ass, even for the King.

Another unexpected situation to the change with the king, He was trying to fix his relation with Cercei, so that might bring unexpected situations in the future.

Also, the queen has started taking this opportunity. Getting more of her family guards inside of the Red Keep, preparing for something big. Having Joffrey guarded by at least 30 guards at all times. Replacing all the missing maids, covering for what her monster of a son was doing to them.

And some news from the north. Jorah Mormont was exiled last year for slavery. And have recently arrived at Essos with his wife. So we have to watch out for that. Just to be safe.

The news of the Stark triplets also was included in the letter. It was a rare occurrence for anyone on having more than one healthy child, and for someone to have three as strong as those young pups, it shocked Westeros.

With Robb and Jon starting to go on campaigns. Through all the north. To gain combat experience, and they are having great success making a name for themselves.

And as Varys was the one giving us the information, coming from Illyrio, it could not be trusted. But the core of it gave us some valuable intel. He seems to be wanting to get the siblings under our protection. As the information in the letter had the town in which they were at this time," Tyrion explained most of the more important and relevant news and waiting for me to give him my instructions.

But as I had no idea what his plans were, I told Tyrion to sent some Unsullied and Tommen, as a training exercise, to keep an eye on them and protect them if necessary. They may be useful in the future. And also to prepare that we will be leaving in 10 minutes.

I told the young pups we would be continuing our way and that they should go to their parents. And with that, I went to our vanguard and joined them in our way.

[Varys POV]

Things get more and more complicated, now the King is starting to take his job seriously, and the Targaryen are at great risk right now. I hope he can help me take care of them till I can send Illyrio to take them under him and protect them.

My plans for them have to be sped up by a lot. I just hope they don't fall apart. a lot of things to do and not enough time for everything. But my priority will always be the young griff, everything and everyone else is expendable.

So let's hope for the best. Now it's time to continue my planning for the future. And as all is a mess that needs to resolve.

[One month later]

[Davids POV]

We finally arrived at the Khyzai Pass, and as our scouts told us, it was full of bandits and dangers, but thanks to our careful planning, we didn't have much trouble. In about half a month, we would arrive at Lhazar. And from there, we would take about two months to rest and let the young pups get accustomed to our new climate.

One week ago, Tommen returned to us. With news of Illyrio taking the young ones to Pentos with him. And thanks to the multiple assassination attempts, it was clear that the King had found them. So who knew what the future hold for them.

Hodor has been spending more and more time with the young pups, educating them, taking them on hunts constantly, making sure that they don't go on the wrong path. Also, it helped the new Lycan parents relax and don't be so worried about them on our trip.

It was a great change in every one of their lives. So even though they had accepted their new reality. It still takes time to adapt to all the new changes that came with it.

So having all this in mind, it was a great feat to be able to make this trip and for every member of the pack to get safely to our destination.

[Half a month later]

We finally arrived at Lhazar. The scenery was quite beautiful and peaceful. We arrived at one of the poorer towns there. And after a little negotiation, we were able to buy our way into two months of stay in this territory.

We had enough food, and it was the perfect time for our scouts to check the Dothraki Sea, the dangers, and the power of the Dothraki. Also, to allow us to relax a little before we entered a state of constant battle and death.

But something curious to have in mind is that I wanted to enter that a soon as possible. My blood boils with the thought of battle and the challenges that will follow our path. Being with my pack, side by side, fighting for what is rightfully our.

And being able to bring the Lycans to where we should be will always be my top priority. and nothing will stop me from achieving my goals.

And right now, it was to secure the safety of my pack before everything went crazy and we had to get involved in a fight that concerned everyone who can still breathe and not be an undead ice zombie under the control of the night king. So a lot had to be done before thinking of that.
